1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad Variable Price (ASNB VP)& Fixed Deposit/Commodity Murabahah-i () Campaign 1. RHB Bank Berhad (Company No M) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (Company No V) will be referred to as RHB. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. RHB Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad Variable Price & Fixed Deposit or Commodity Murabahah-i ASNB VP & Campaign ( the Campaign ) will run from 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 ( the Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. The Campaign is open to all new and existing RHB customers, and excludes commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organizations, societies, schools and companies ( the Participant(s) ).RHB staff are eligible to participate in this campaign. 4. Customer must be a Malaysian holding a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad). 5. The Campaign consists of investments and deposits placement made by the Participant(s) during the Campaign Period in the product bundles of selected Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad Variable Price ( ASNB VP ) and Fixed Deposit ( FD ) / Commodity Murabahah Deposit-i ( CMD-i ) of RHB. 6. The minimum amount of ASNB VP investment and placement is RM10,000 respectively. The corresponding ASNB VP investment amount must be more than or equal to the placement amount. During the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) will be entitled to enjoy a promotional rate based on the ASNB VP investment ( Participating ASNB VP ) and deposits placement ( Participating ) in the product bundles as follows: Campaign Period 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 Bundle Type Minimum Amount ASNB VP Bundle 1 RM10,000 RM10,000 Bundle 2 RM10,000 RM10,000 Promotional Rate (p.a.)* 18% 8% *1-month and 3-months board rate effectively from26 July 2016 is 3.00%p.a. and 3.05%p.a..Effective ratefor 1-monthis18% p.a and 3-months is 8% p.a. 2 8. Please refer Appendix 1 for list of selected ASNB VP for the Campaign. The list of selected ASNB VP is subject to changes from time to time by RHB at its discretion upon giving adequate notice. 9. Further to clause 7,the Participant(s) must meet the following requirements with regards to the eligible deposit placement to qualify for the Promotional Rate: 9.1. The minimum required deposit amount must be placed into the Participating with a signed Declaration and Authorization; and 9.2. ASNB VP investment and deposit placements into must be made on the same day. 10. Further to clause 9, RHB reserves the right, at its discretion, and without prior notice to revert the Promotional Rate for the Participating (if applicable) to the 1-month and 3-months prevailing board rate, in the event not fulfilling any of the Campaign criteria as per Clauses 7 to 9, but not limited to the Participant(s). 11. The accountholder and the ASNB VP accountholder must be the same party or in the case of joint account, the and ASNB VP primary accountholder must be the same party as well. 12. Further to clause 10, return shall not be paid, should the Participant(s) uplift(s) or withdraw(s) the Participating before maturity. 13. Upon maturity of the Participating tenure, the Participating will be automatically renewed at the 1-month and 3-months prevailing board rate. 14. Disclaimer: The Master Prospectus of the unit trust funds of ASNB dated 30 June 2016, has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia, and are available at any office of ASNB and its agents. Units will be issued upon receipt of the registration form as enclosed in the prospectus. Before investing, please read and understand the content of the prospectus. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 15. RHB reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw/cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, and/or to vary, supplement, add, delete, modify or amend the Terms and Conditions herein, wholly or in part at its discretion, by way of posting on in other methods which RHB deems practical, by giving twenty one(21) calendar days prior notice to the Participant(s) on such variation, supplemental, deletion, modification or amendment, as the case may be, to these Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by RHB of this Campaign shall not entitle the Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against RHB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participant(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 16. The amended Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. 17. The latest Terms and Conditions can be obtained from RHB s website at and/or available on request from RHB s Premier Centres / Branches. 18. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the respective product Terms and Conditions for RHB. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the product Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail insofar as they apply to this Campaign. RHB shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of RHB. 20. RHB shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a direct result of RHB s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not RHB has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. 21. The Participant(s) shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign. 22. RHB s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the recipients for the Promotional Rate for this Campaign, and in case of any dispute, shall be final and binding on all Participant(s) who participate in this Campaign and no correspondence will be entertained. 23. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant(s) agree(s) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RHB. 4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB Unit Trust & Fixed Deposit/Commodity Murabahah Deposit-i Campaign 1. RHB Bank Berhad (Company No M) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (Company No V) will be referred to as RHB. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. RHB Unit Trust & Fixed Deposit/Commodity Murabahah Deposit-i Campaign ( the Campaign ) will run from 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 ( the Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. The Campaign is open to all new and existing RHB customers, both residents and non-residents and excludes commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organisations, societies, schools and companies ( the Participant(s) ). RHB staff are eligible to participate in this campaign. 4. The Campaign consists of investments and deposits placement made by the Participant(s) during the Campaign Period in the product bundles of selected Unit Trusts ( UT ) and Fixed Deposits ( FD )/ Commodity Murabahah Deposit-i ( CMD-i ) of RHB. 5. The minimum amount of UT investment and placement is RM10,000 respectively. The corresponding UT investment amount must be more than or equal to the placement amount. During the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) will enjoy a promotional rate based on the UT investment ( Participating UT ) and deposits placement ( Participating ) in the product bundles as follows: Campaign Period 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 Bundle Type Minimum Amount UT Minimum sales charge on selected UT Bundle 3 RM10,000 RM10,000 3% Bundle 4 RM10,000 RM10,000 3% Promotional Rate (p.a.)* 1-month at 15% 3-months at 6% *1-month and 3-months board rate effectively from 26 July 2016 is 3.00% p.a. and 3.05% p.a. Effective rate for 1-month is 15% p.a. and 3-months is 6% p.a. 7. The selected UT is subject to a minimum sales charge of 3%, excluding bond funds. 8. Further to Clause 7, the Participant(s) must meet the following requirements with regards to the eligible deposits placement to qualify for the Promotional Rate: Terms and Conditions Unit Trust & Fixed Deposit / Commodity Murabahah Deposit-iCampaign Page 1

5 8.1. The minimum required deposit amount must be placed into the Participating with a signed Declaration and Authorisation Form; and 8.2. UT investment and deposits placements into must be made on the same day. 9. Further to Clause 8, RHB reserves the right, at its discretion, and with prior notice to revert the Promotional Rate for the Participating to 1-month and 3-months prevailing board rate, in the event of the following, but not limited to the Participant(s):- 9.1 Exercising his/her cooling-off period or cancels the Participating UT purchased during the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) is/are not eligible for the Promotional Rate; and/or 9.2. Not fulfilling any of the Campaign criteria as per Clauses 6 to The accountholder and the UT accountholder must be the same party and in the case of joint account, the and UT primary accountholder must be of the same party as well. Further to Clause 9, return shall not be paid should the Participant(s) uplift(s) or withdraw(s) the Participating before maturity. 12. Upon maturity of the Participating tenure, the Participating will be automatically renewed at the 1-month and 3-months prevailing board rate. return will be paid upon maturity and the customer must maintain a RHB Current/Savings Account (CASA) for interest/profit crediting purposes. 13. The is eligible for protection by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM), whilst the UT is not insured by PIDM. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 14. RHB reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw/cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, and/or to vary, supplement, add, delete, modify or amend the Terms and Conditions herein, wholly or in part at its discretion, by way of posting on or in other methods which RHB deems practical, by giving twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice to the Participant(s) on such variation, supplemental, deletion, modification or amendment, as the case may be, to these Terms and Conditions. 6 17. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the respective product Terms and Conditions for RHB. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant(s) consent(s) to RHB processing their personal information for purpose of administering the Campaign and contacting them in relation to the same ( Purpose ). 23. It is necessary for RHB to process the Participant(s) s personal information for the Purpose, otherwise they will not be able to participate in this Campaign. 24. The Participant(s) s personal information may be disclosed to other companies within the RHB Banking Group (which shall include its holding company, subsidiary(s), and any associated company(s), including any company as a result of any restructuring, merger, sale or acquisition), service providers, and vendors and any of their respective agents, servants and/or such persons, whether located within or outside Malaysia for the Purpose, if applicable, subject at all times to any laws (including regulations, standards, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to RHB. 25. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant(s) agree(s) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RHB.
