2 Mission & Impact Statements Mission Offering hope encouragement and friendship to those in ministry so that they may finish well. Background After being in some form of pastoral ministry for 47 years, FishBowl Ministries was formed in 2012 in order to reach out to those in ministry to provide a safe and confidential place to just be real. Everybody watches what a pastor does...in other words they live in a fish bowl for all to see. I know the pressures and struggles they face. I know the impact that their job has on their marriages and family life. Our goal at FishBowl Ministries is to help them navigate through the rough places of life and be able to finish strong. CEO Statement As the Founder and President of FishBowl Ministries I am keenly aware that being in some form of pastoral ministry can be a joyous "calling" but also a demanding job. They need safe and confidential friendships to continue to do the work that God has called them to do. This is our main goal at FishBowl Ministries. 2
