Lcal Time JULY 28, 2015 fr CLASS A UNIFORMS, at which time the respnses will be pened, taken under advisement and evaluated. BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS 1. The Sumner Cunty Bard f Educatin reserves the right t accept r reject any and/r all respnses in whle r in part, and t waive infrmalities therein. 2. Any respnses received after the scheduled clsing time fr the receipt fr respnses will nt be cnsidered. 3. If a mistake is discvered after the respnses are received, nly the Sumner Cunty Bard f Educatin may allw the respndent t withdraw the entire respnse. 4. Partial payments will nt be apprved unless justificatin fr such payment can be shwn. Terms will be net 30 days. 5. Payment will nt be made until the said CLASS A UNIFORMS are inspected and apprved as meeting all specificatins by persns appinted by the Sumner Cunty Bard f Educatin. 6. 3 PROPOSAL REQUEST Fr Class A Unifrms Fr the Sumner Cunty EMS General Infrmatin Timeframe Sumner Cunty Gvernment (hereinafter referred t as Sumner Cunty ) is hereby requesting prpsals t be submitted fr Class A dress unifrms fr the Sumner Cunty emergency medical services (EMS) persnnel. General Requirements Prpsals, bids, r respnses will be accepted by Sumner Cunty n later than 10:00 a.m., July 28, 2015 (lcal time). Every prpsal must be enclsed in an envelpe clearly marked Sumner Cunty EMS Class A Unifrm prpsal, and shall include three (3) cpies. The timeframe fr all respnses must be cmplete and in pssessin f Sumner Cunty by 10:00 am (lcal time) n Tuesday, July 28, 2015 Prpsals will be pened at an unspecified time after the July 28 th deadline f 10:00 p.m. (lcal time).
