Keeping in view the expansin f this prject, the Spices Bard intends t select Interir Designers empanelment fr develping the Signature Stalls. Therefre Expressin f interest (EOI) is invited frm the interested and technically qualified Interir Designers. The empanelment f Interir Designers wuld be dne n the basics f technical cmpetence pssessed by the agencies/individuals t carry ut the tasks envisaged as abve. 2 Ntice inviting Expressin f interest (EOI) frm Interir Designers fr the Develpment f Signature Stalls BACKGROUND Spices Bard (Ministry f Cmmerce & Industry, Gvt. f India) has launched the prcess fr establishing a retail chain f signature stalls fr Spices in majr cities acrss the cuntry, with the bjective t bring farmers and retailers tgether and link Spice prductin t the market s as t ensure maximizatin f value additin, minimize wastage, glbal quality standards and imprve farmers incme and als t develp the brand name "Flavurit" The signature stall shuld be mre than just anther retail utlet with a majr bjective t prmte a unique brand image t Indian Spices and serve as an experiential centre fr custmers t tuch, smell and feel spices and educate them n varius culinary, neutraceutical and medicinal uses f spices. This stall wuld sell Spices and value added prducts f Spices in a state f the art infrastructure, s as t create an impressin and feel in the minds f the custmers, which will cmpliment t creating a sustainable brand image t Indian spices, as a premium prduct. It shuld als be seen as a great pprtunity and platfrm fr us t uplift India's image in dmestic & internatinal market. 1. Interir Designers: The agency may be engaged fr develping a retail chain f Signature stalls in majr cities acrss the cuntry. The details f the Specificatin and scpe f the wrks will be finalized thrugh a pre bid discussin with the Agencies wh had submitted the EI. 2. Terms f Reference (TOR) fr appintment f Interir Designers. 2.1 T design and assist fr develping the retail envirnment design cvering the fllwing aspects: Analysis f varius sites and lcatins Adptin f the existing retail envirnmental design t the prpsed Signature stalls Develp Basic Design and Strategy with prpsed ideas. Prepare Bubble Diagram, Blck Plans, Circulatin Plan and General Layut. Develp suitable in-stre graphic cmmunicatin Detailed design fr Interir wrks, Shp-build, Shp-fit and utilities elements Suggestins n Materials and finishes brands and specificatins Quantity Surveying and BOQ estimatin Statutry apprvals and clearances required

Assistance t Spices Bard/anchr entrepreneurs/prspective franchises in btaining key statutry apprvals/clearances including envirnmental clearances, which are prerequisite t cmmencement f the prject. 2.3 Assistance t Spices Bard/anchr entrepreneurs/prspective franchises in Vendr identificatin& RFP prcedure and vendr finalizatin. 2.4 Prject Tracking and Crdinatin with varius vendrs fr technical updatin. 2.5 Cmplex Vendr management/crdinatin f the fllwing Civil & interir Electrical Security lss Preventin Furniture & Fixtures Visuals & Signage Vendr Bill verifying and certifying fr payment 2.6 Cmpleted stre measurement and ensure smth handing ver t Spices Bard/anchr entrepreneurs/prspective franchises 3. Eligibility criteria fr Interir Designers They shall fulfil the fllwing eligibility cnditins: a. Shall be a Registered Cmpany/Partnership / Prprietrship, which has minimum 5 years experience in interir designing, develpment and executin f retail envirnment prjects. b. Interir Designers/Agency shuld have persnnel having p r f e s s i n a l qualificatin in Architect/Interir designing/civil Engineering and expertise in technical, strategic develpment and aligning prjects t Business needs. c. Shall be technically sund with practical knwledge in preparing precise feasibility reprts, DPRs with respect t bjectives f the prject and pssess gd knwledge in the stepwise implementatin f similar prjects. d. Shuld have quality experience in design, develpment and executin retail utlets. e. Desirable t have designed, develped and implemented retails envirnment prjects r similar kind.

4 f. Desirable t have experience in designing, develping and implementing agr cmmdity retails envirnment prjects r any f its kind. J. Shuld have financial strength t undertake such prjects cnsidering varius steps/tasks t be perfrmed frm the cnceptin t the cmpletin f the prject (i.e.) cnducting feasibility study, preparatin f DPRs, implementatin f the prject and t help in achieving financial clsure f the prject. 4. Fee Applicable A nn-refundable fee f Rs.5, 000/- is required t be depsited in the frm f a demand draft in favur f "Secretary, Spices Bard, Kchi" payable at Kchi alng with the EI. Fee exemptins are applicable fr eligible firms as per the Gvernment nrms. 5. Submissin f EOI 5.1 The agency qualifying the abve criteria shall submit the EOI alng with the dcuments in supprt f the eligibility cnditins as mentined abve alng with the fllwing dcuments: Expressin f Interest Details f similar prjects if any Details f Financial status f the applicant fr the last three years Incme tax registratin and incme tax clearance Service tax registratin certificate 5.2 The applicant in additin t furnishing cmplete infrmatin in the Frms appended with the dcuments shall furnish a cmplete dcument n the prpsed apprach; methdlgy & wrk plan fr rendering the services asked fr. The wrk plan shall include full justificatin fr prcedures t be adpted. A time schedule fr carrying ut the each cmpnent f the assignment is als t be indicated.

5 6. Evaluatin f EOIs The EOIs which fulfils the minimum eligibility cnditins will be called fr a presentatin befre a Cmmittee which will evaluate the prpsal. 7. The Spices Bard reserved the right T reject any / all applicatins withut assigning any reasns theref T relax r waive any f the cnditins stipulated in this dcument as deemed necessary in the best interest f the Spices Bard and the bjective f the scheme withut assigning any reasns theref T include any ther item in the Scpe f wrk at anytime after in the pre-bid meeting r therwise 8.
