President The President s jb is nging thrughut the year and extends beynd attending the cmmittee meetings. It will be different fr every President as t hw much they are able t be invlved and the amunt f time they are able t cmmit t the rle. The abve are the basic requirements f the psitin. The President: is the public face f the P&C and the link between parents and schl administratin. is the meeting Chairpersn. Mnitr the vlunteers accunt Keeping vlunteers details up t date and adding new vlunteers Prmting and rganising the register f vlunteers n an annual basis. 3 The Secretary: Secretary Prvides administrative assistance t the President Is a pint f cntact between the P&C and the cmmunity Writes and distributes the Agenda and Minutes f meetings Oversees the management f crrespndence Maintains membership recrds Fundraising Crdinatr Organise ne r tw fundraisers thrughut the year as determined by the P&C Cmmittee (ckie dugh, family prtraits, entertainment bks, fr example) Crdinate the majr P&C Raffle in Term 4, including applicatins, distributin and cllectin f tickets District and Schl Cuncil Representatives Respnsible fr representing ur P&C n the District r Schl Cuncil Will need t attend the District r Schl Cuncil meetings (usually nce per term) Reprt back t ur P&C items f interest frm the District and Schl Cuncil meetings.

5 5 Cmmunicatins Officer Oversee all P&C accunts Respnsible fr ensuring that the wrk f the P&C has a high prfile Prvide infrmatin fr the Cllege newsletter n a frtnightly basis Liaise with secretary ver P&C termly newsletter Will wrk with the facebk administratin fficers t run the Facebk page Prvide articles t the Valley Reprter, Rleystne Curier and lcal newspapers as required Frward regular updates t the Bttms up website fr psting n the P&C page f the Cllege website Develp the P&C pages (including the unifrm and canteen pages) in cnjunctin with Bttms up websites Autumn Festival Crdinatr C-rdinate a cmmittee including cmmunity members and Rleystne Cmmunity Cllege teachers, Delegate key cmmittee rles Mtivatin f cmmittee members Make key decisins n the directin/themes f the festival. Facilitate cnstructive debate. Manage all frms f feedback t the cmmittee. Liaise with and btain psitive supprt frm multiple key cmmunity, educatin and business peple. Drive the generatin f new ideas fr the festival in rder t keep the energy and therefre ppularity f the festival nging. Gift Creatin Team Crdinatr The Gift Creatin Team hlds three stalls a year, giving the children pprtunities t buy gifts fr Mther s Day, Father s Day and Christmas. The Crdinatr is respnsible fr: surcing and presenting gifts setting dates fr the stalls in cnjunctin with the Cllege administratin liaising with teachers t make a timetable fr the classes t visit the stalls making sure there is enugh stck t cver all the classes setting a budget and sticking t it reprting back t the Treasurer with receipts as prf f purchases advertising the stall in newsletters and placing signs arund the schl
