E F Funeral Home Est Rosewood Ave. Boerne, Texas (830) Fax (830) info@boernefuneralhome.com The policy of Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home, Inc. requires that all fees for services purchased be paid in full or secured at least 24 hours before services are rendered. A late charge of 5% per month amounting to 25% per year will be applied to the unpaid balance beginning 2 days after services are rendered. Payment in full via cash, check, credit card, or proceeds from one or more life insurance policies can be used to secure payment to the funeral home. No automobile accident insurance or government life insurance policies will be accepted in lieu of payment, as they are most always contestable or non-assignable.

2 The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Professional Services Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff...$3, This charge pertains to personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to the initial call, the arrangement conference, and coordinating service plans with cemetery, crematory, clergy and/or other parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. It includes clerical assistance in the completion of various forms associated with funeral arrangements, preparing and submitting obituary notices and securing and recording the death certificate and disposition permit. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead cost. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charge for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) (Non-declinable Charge) Embalming...$ Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. However, embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a service with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial. This charge does not include shipping charges, or services of staff or the use of facilities for any viewing, visitation, and/or funeral rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding the body. Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home...$ This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, necessary authorizations, and transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory within a 35 mile radius. It does not include shipping charges, cemetery fees and requirements or services of staff or the use of facilities for any viewing, visitation, and/or funeral rites or ceremonies. Immediate Burial... $ to $ This charge includes basic services of funeral director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, and transportation to cemetery within a 35 mile radius. It does not include cemetery fees and requirements, or services of staff or the use of facilities for any viewing, visitation, and/or funeral rites or ceremonies.
