Additinally, said whlesaler shall have cmpleted and can verify cmpletin f a minimum f ne year in business and shall nt engage in the service r cntracting f heating, refrigeratin r aircnditining equipment. (The crprate parent f the Integrated Whlesale Distributr making applicatin is required t maintain a Supplier Membership in the assciatin t ensure cntinued interactin with ther whlesale distributin members.) This membership classificatin prvides the fllwing benefits t the Integrated Whlesale Distributr: One vte fr each participating subsidiary in gd standing in the business f the assciatin Full participatin by each participating subsidiary in all prgrams and services f the assciatin Individual directry listings fr crprate and participating subsidiary including their respective branch lcatins Cmplete cmmunicatin f assciatin business t crprate parent and participating subsidiaries Any individual affiliated with, r emplyed by, an Integrated Whlesale Distributr is eligible t make applicatin, prvided such individual is in a psitin f plicy-level management fr the applicant cmpany.. Under Federal Law, cntributins r gifts t HARDI are nt tax deductible as charitable cntributins. Hwever, they may be deductible as rdinary and necessary business expenses.
