Ntwithstanding ther marks, students must achieve a weighted average f 50% n the midterm and final exams in rder t pass the curse. Students are nt allwed t miss an assignment r examinatin unless a valid medical excuse is prvided. Students with valid medical excuses must cmplete and submit the Medical Absenteeism Frm attached at the end f this syllabus. Bth the student and the attending physician must sign this dcument therwise the excuse will be deemed invalid. There will be n make-up assignments r examinatins. Students wh miss a cmpnent and have a valid medical excuse will have the weight f that cmpnent added t the final examinatin. Students wh miss a cmpnent withut a valid medical excuse will receive a mark f 0% n that cmpnent. Frmula sheets will nt be prvided fr the midterm r final examinatin. Instead, students are permitted t bring in any number f frmula sheets as lng as the frmula sheets have nly frmulas; explanatin f terms in the frmulas and graphs and its explanatin. Yu shuld begin preparing yur frmula sheet immediately. Imprper frmula sheets will be cnfiscated;

3 ffending students will be allwed t cmplete the exam withut any frmula sheet. After the exam, ffending students will be referred t the Dean s ffice n a vilatin f academic integrity.
