Eligible Lists: Eligible lists established by cmpetitive examinatin, regardless f date, must be used in the fllwing rder: 1) sub-divisinal prmtinal, 2) departmental prmtinal, 3) multi-departmental prmtinal, 4) service-wide prmtinal, 5) pen eligible list. When there are tw lists f the same kind, the lder must be used first. General Qualificatins: Candidates must pssess essential persnal qualificatins including integrity, initiative, dependability, gd judgment and ability t wrk cperatively with thers; and a state f health cnsistent with the ability t perfrm the assigned duties f the class.
