Demurrage Rs 500/ day shall be levied for the delay after the above date, for each vehicle. 16. Under exceptional circumstances where two or more bidders have quoted the same price and that being the highest one, fresh quotes must be submitted by such of those bidders by improving their earlier offer. 18. All the expenses in connection with transfer of ownership, delivery of vehicle to be borne by the successful bidder. 19. The bidder must enclose a copy of any two of the following as ID proof a. Voters ID Card b. Pancard c. Ration Card d. Driving Licence e. Aadhaar Card 20.
