The separate sealed tenders for each vehicle duly filled in along with an earnest money of Rs. 10,000/- per vehicle should reach this office by 3.00 PM on The tenders received after the aforesaid date and time will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on at 4.00 PM in the presence of the intending purchasers or their authorized representative. 3. Firms/ Persons interested in the purchase of the above mentioned vehicles may inspect them on any working day from to between AM to 3.00 PM at the State Bank's Learning Center, Sector-2, Vidhyadhar Nagar- Jaipur. 4. The sealed tenders with your highest quoted prices (In Indian Rupees only) individually for the make and models of vehicles listed above may be submitted in the Performa prescribed in this tender document. Bids may be submitted to the undersigned along with a Pay Order/ Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque in favour of the Asstt. General Manager (P&E), State Bank of India, Jaipur for Rs. 10,000/- per vehicle as refundable security (EMD). 5. 3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES AGAINST TENDER Interested Parties may submit their highest prices for each vehicle individually either for all or any one vehicles, in a sealed cover latest by 3.00 PM on or before The inner cover containing Bid and other relevant documents along with DD/ Pay Order / Banker's Cheque towards EMD should be sealed properly. The cover should be put in another outer cover and may be dropped in the Tender Box kept at State Bank of India, P&E Department, Ground Floor, Local Head Office, Tilak Marg, C Scheme, JAIPUR 1. Both the inner and the outer covers should be super scribed in Bold Capital Letters BIDS FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES. 2. The disposal of vehicle shall be strictly on AS IS WHERE IS AND WHATEVER IS BASIS and no guarantee or certificate of its worthiness or quality will be given by the Bank. The condition of the vehicles can be inspected physically between 11 AM to 3 PM on any working day between to at State Bank Learning Center, State Bank of India, Sector-2 Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. 3. The Bid should be accompanied by earnest money for Rs.10, 000/- per vehicle. The earnest money can be deposited by Bank Draft / Banker's Cheque/ Pay order in favor of Astt. General Manager (P&E), State Bank of India, Jaipur. The Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque/ Pay order should be attached with the Bids failing which the Bid shall not be considered at all. If the highest bidder/ successful bidder accepted by the competent authority of the Bank fails to deposit the sale price within the prescribed time limit, his earnest money will be forfeited. In case the offer is withdrawn by any bidder, the earnest money deposited by him shall be forfeited. 4. EMD amount is payable by means of DD/ Pay order/ Banker's Cheque in favour of Astt. General Manager (P&E), State Bank of India, Jaipur (payment by cash/ cheque shall not be accepted). Offers received without EMD amount shall not be considered at all by the Bank. 5. EMD of the successful bidder(s) will be adjusted towards sale proceeds amount. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the remaining bid amount by means of DD/ Pay order/ Banker's Cheque in favour of Asstt. General Manager (P&E), State Bank of India, Jaipur within four working days of acceptance of the offer by the Bank. 6. EMD of the bidders who fail to honor the bid in prescribed time limit shall stand forfeited. No representation in this regard shall be entertained by this department. EMD of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be released only after successful completion of the sale process. 7. The delivery of the sold vehicle will be arranged only after the successful bidder submits documentary evidence in support of residential status (Ration Card/ Voters identity Card/ Aadhar Card/ Passport in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of firms etc. Signature of the Bidder

4 8. The sold vehicle will be removed by the successful bidder(s) by depositing the money at their own expenses. No assistance/ transportation will be provided by the Bank. Permission to take out the disposed vehicles from Bank's premises will not be allowed on Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays etc. 9. The successful bidder will also be responsible for getting the Registration Certificate of the vehicle transferred in his own cost expeditiously. This Bank will not be responsible for any lapse on his part in this regard. Sale letter will be executed in favour of successful bidder/buyer after submission/execution of required documents by successful bidder/buyer. After delivery of sale letter by the Bank to the successful bidder/buyer, all liabilities, of the nature whatsoever, towards the vehicle sold shall be of the successful bidder/buyer. The Vehicle(s) shall be delivered to the successful bidder/buyer only after submitting by him the proof of transfer of registration of vehicle/s in his name with the respective RTO. 10. The successful bidder/buyer shall keep the Bank or its employees indemnified and hold harmless against all losses, claims including third party claims, damages, penalties, costs or expenses, duties, of any kind whatsoever which may arise against or be incurred by the Bank or its employees as a result of any act, omission or commission, negligence or any other reasons whatsoever, on the part of successful bidder/buyer. 11. EMD of the firms rescinding their offer, withdrawing or abrogating after submitting the bid shall stand forfeited. Decision of the Bank shall be final in this regard. 12. The Bank reserve the right to reject all or any bid in whole or in part without assigning any reasons thereof. 13. EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned within three weeks of the award of successful completion of the sale process. 14. The bidder is to require to reveal his full name/ name of the authorized signatory of the firm/ name of father, full postal address, telephone number and mobile number. 15. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction in the Court of Jaipur only. 16. The Vehicle/Vehicles shall be sold to the bidder(s) who offers highest price of the vehicle/vehicles. If the highest quoting bidder fails to honour the bid, his bid will be stand cancelled and EMD shall be forfeited. In such an event an opportunity shall be given to the next highest quoting eligible bidder (H-2 quoting party) to complete the bid provided he is prepared to accept the prices offered by the H-1 bidder. In case of any dispute, decision of Bank shall be final. 17. Each page of Tender Document shall be signed by the Bidder or his Authorised Signatory. Photocopy or unsigned bid or bid not signed by authorized signatory shall be rejected. Signature of the Bidder
