5 COUNTRY RUN SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT MNUTES OF JUNE 14,2016 PUBLC BUDGET HEARNG The public budget hearing for the Counhy Run Special Dependent Dist. ict was convened by the president, Debbie Kelley, at 7: 0 PM, at Nmthwest Tampa Church of God, Gunn Highway, Tampa, Florida. n attendance were President Debbie Kelley, Treasurer Gordon DeMouth, Trustees Edward A. Kowal, Jr. and A Jahnke and Recording Secretary Becky Kowal. Absent were Vice-President Jennifer Hyland and Trustee Kathy Morrow. This constituted a quorum. No other residents were present. The district includes 367 homes and 3 of those are exempted. 364 x $50 = $18,200 for Treasurer, Gordon DeMouth presented the budget for discussion. Debbie Kelley made a motion to approve the FY 2017 budget, adopt the resolution and set the 2016 special assessment rate at $ Becky Kowal seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. 6 RESOLUTON FXNG SPECAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE YEAR 2016 and APPROVNG FY 17 BUDGET Upon the motion by Trustee Debbie Kelley, seconded by Trustee Gordon DeMouth the following Resolution was adopted by 5.: votes to 0 vote. WHEREAS, Country Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT is a special dependent district duly established and operating pursuant to Ordinance # ; and, WHEREAS, Ordinance # provided that the Board of Trustees of Countrv Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has the right, power and authority to levy a special assessment against Residential PROPERTY n the district for the purpose of maintenance and improvements of the right of way and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Country Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has determined that the assessment for the year 2016 shall be in the amount of $ ; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Countrv Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has had a duly advertised public hearing on the 14th day of,m'-"'a"'-jy'--- ' 2016; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Countrv Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has presented the proposed assessment and proposed budget to the residents of Country Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT at the public hearing; and, WHEREAS, the Board oftrustees of Country Run SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has heard discussion and comments from the residents.
