5 MNUTES OF THE BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT PUBLC BUDGET HEARNG June 13, 2016 The public budget hearing for the Brandon Groves North Special Dependent District was convened by Vice President Janet Costarell at 7:15PM on June 13,2016 at 213 Ball Park Avenue, Seffner, Florida. n attendance were the following selected trustees marked with an X: L._Jan Costarell...L_Aiexander Lazik..X.. David Loebig...X Marvel Delliveniri _ll_david Milleman _2L Carlos Hudson _X_ Deborah Hudson There are enough trustees in attendance to constitute a quorum. There was no public comment. Deborah Hudson motioned that we approve an assessment of $30 per property for FY The motion was seconded by Jan Costarell. The motion passed 7-0. Trustee DAVD MLLEMAN moved to approve the FY 2017 budget, adopt the resolution and to set the 2016 assessment rate at $ Trustee Jan Costarell seconded the motion. The motion was approved 7-0. Trustee David Loebig moved to adjourn the Hearing. Trustee Alexander Lazik seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously. 6 ,,'- RESOLUTON FXNG SPECAL ASSESSMENTS FOR YEAR 2016 Upon the motion by Trustee DAVD MLLEMAN, seconded by Trustee JAN COSTARELL the following Resolution was adopted by 7 votes to 0 vote. WHEREAS,BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT is a special dependent district duly established and operating pursuant to Ordinance# and, WHEREAS, Ordinance #88-39 provided that the Board of Trustees of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has the right, power and authority to levy a special assessment against BRANDON GROVES NORTH PROPERTY in the district for the purpose of MANTANNG & MPROVNG PUBLC RGHT OF WAYS & COMMON AREAS, and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL NDEPENDENT DSTRCT has determined that the assessment for the year 2016 shall be in the amount of $30.00,and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has had a duly advertised public hearing on the 13th day of June 2016, and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has presented the proposed assessment and proposed budget to the residents of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT at the public hearing, and, WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT has heard discussion and comments from the residents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BRANDON GROVES NORTH SPECAL DEPENDENT DSTRCT, THS 13th DAY OF JUNE 2016; 1. That the above recitation of findings of fact is hereby incorporated into the Resolution; 2.
