The "Pasti Dapat dengan Lenv Supermarket Sweep" cntest is rganized by Lenv Technlgy Sdn Bhd ("Organizer") and is gverned by these terms and cnditins and any subsequent r additinal accmpanying cntest details (if any) prvided by Lenv as well as all applicable Terms and Cnditins including but nt limited t Lenv s Privacy Statement, Data Prtectin Obligatins and Fair Use Plicy fund n Lenv s website (cllectively, Terms). Each cntestant (including but nt limited t Eligible Cntestants, Ineligible Cntestants, Ptential Winners and Cntest Winners) agrees that he/she has read and understd the Terms and by his r her participatin in the cntest, each cntestant agrees t be bund by these Terms. 1. This cntest is nly pen t all residents f Malaysia ("Eligible Entrants"), aged 18 years and abve as f 6 June 2016 [each Cntestant and cllectively, the Cntestants ]. Failure t cmply with this requirement, Lenv shall have the right t cancel the entry and/r frfeit the Prize as the case may be. Emplyees and the immediate families f Lenv Malaysia Sdn Bhd, its assciated cmpanies, advertising agencies and their emplyees are ineligible t enter r claim a reward. 2. Only individuals are eligible t participate in the cntest. Grups, rganizatins and cmpany entries are nt eligible. 3. 2 Prmtin Perid and Submissin Deadline: 1. Cntest Perid ( Cntest Perid ): 6 th June 2016 t 26 th June Submissin Deadline: 26 th June 2016 by 11:59PM Qualifying Criteria: 1. In rder t participate in the cntest, cntestants must purchase an Eligible Lenv Smartphne Prduct frm selected authrized Lenv retailers. Fr the list f selected authrized Lenv retailers, please visit 2. The cntestants are nly entitled t jin the Supermarket Sweep cntest by purchasing Eligible Lenv Smartphne prduct between 6 th June 2016 t 26 th June 2016 at selected authrized Lenv retailers as indicated in the prf f purchase. Submissin f Entries: Step 1 Access the frm frm the link: Step 2 Fill in the frm tgether with details required, IMEI number and a scan f the purchase invice/receipt. Step 3 Submit the frm and winners will be cntacted. The cntest submissins must be received by the Prgram Centre n the 26 th June 2016 by 11:59PM. 3. Cntestants must prvide the requested persnal infrmatin. Incmplete submissins will be discarded withut prir ntice. An incmplete submissin is a submissin which des nt have a cmpletely filled redemptin frm, withut prf f purchase, r have incmplete details in the prf f purchase (withut purchase item, quantity, serial number / IMEI number, invice number, r invice date).

3 4. If any infrmatin prvided n the frm/sms details is fund t be misleading r inaccurate, that entry shall be deemed invalid. 5. Cntestants must retain the riginal paid invice and/r receipt as prf f purchase. Prf f Purchase is required fr redemptin f gifts / prizes. 6. The Supermarket Sweep will be awarded t selected winners wh have cmpleted their full registratin t jin the cntest during the campaign perid. (Fr new phne purchasers nly) 7. Details which cnsist f persnal data prvided by cntestants may be used by Lenv Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. fr the fllwing purpses:- The prcessing f cntestants; The peratins and prcess in this cntest; Updating recrds abut the cntestants; Market research, statistical analysis and surveys with the aim f imprving Lenv Malaysia prducts and services; Advertising and prmtin purpses; Fr any purpses required by law r regulatin. 8. In prviding their telephne, address, r ther cntact methds, cntestants are agreeing that the Organizer and/r its agents and/r its 3rd party service prviders may cntact them by telephne, , r ther such methd. Other than thse individuals and entities mentined abve, r as infrmed frm time t time, persnal data will nt be revealed by the Organizer t any ther utsiders, unless the Organizer has acquired permissin t d s. Selectin f Winners: 1. Twenty (20) winners will be selected participate in the Lenv Supermarket Sweep wrth up t RM1,000 each. 2. Winners are determined by the selectin f every 30 th entry received; up t a maximum f twenty (20) winners during the cntest perid. The draw results are final. 3. If a winner is disqualified during the verificatin prcess, the Organizer has the right t chse the next cntestant (31 st ) f every 30 th entry received, and s n, as the replacement winner.

4 4. The Organizer reserves the right t select anther prize winner if the riginal prize winner is subsequently disqualified frm the Cntest fr any reasn whatsever. Decisins by the Organizer will be final and n appeals will be entertained. 5. Only winners will be ntified by the Organizer. The eligible cntest winners will be infrmed by phne r SMS by the Prgram Centre. 6. The Supermarket Sweep details (venue, date and time) will be annunced t the selected cntest winners by the Organizer r its appinted agency at least 2 days in advance. 7. Eligibility fr the cntest is transferable nly with the cnsent f the Organizers, prvided always that the Organizers shall have sle and abslute discretin t allw r disallw such transfers. If the selected cntestants, due t unavidable reasn requests fr such transfer, he/she shall via e mail, ntify the Organizers nt later than ne (1) wrking day. 8. In the event that such a transfer is allwed, the Organizer may request an authrizatin/cnsent letter frm the selected cntestants pertaining t such transfer. 9. In the event that any selected cntestants declines t participate in the Supermarket Sweep, then he/she will be disqualified and the Organizers shall be at liberty t select a substitute. Supermarket Sweep Day: 1. The Supermarket Sweep will be held n 30 June 2016 (Thursday). 2. Each winner will be entitled t 10 minutes in the Supermarket Sweep t grab grceries ttaling up t RM1, Cntestants will nly be allwed t grab items frm aisles that have been allcated fr this Supermarket Sweep. 4. All csts incurred by the cntestant, including but nt limited t transprtatin, accmmdatin and meals, t be present at the Supermarket Sweep day is the sle respnsibility f the cntestant. 5. In the event f nn-respnse r n-shw during the Supermarket Sweep, cntestants will be autmatically disqualified and n cmpensatin r arrangements will be made t the cntestant.

5 6. A list f Supermarket Sweep rules has been set and will be annunced t the Selected Cntestants n the day f the Supermarket Sweep ( Rules f Supermarket Sweep ). 7. All Selected Cntestants will be expected t practice due diligence and care during the Supermarket Sweep. The Organizers will nt be respnsible fr any injury, accident r damage caused during the Supermarket Sweep. Any injury r damage inflicted t persns r prperties by the cntestant during the Supermarket Sweep is the sle respnsibility f the cntestant. Supermarket Sweep Prizes: 1. Prizes are nt exchangeable with cash. The Organizers reserve the right t change the prizes advertised with prizes f a similar value withut prir ntificatin at its sle and abslute discretin. The Organizers, its agencies, affiliates, spnsrs and representatives are nt respnsible fr defective prizes r misuse f any prize, r claims, liability, lss r damage arising ut f r in cnnectin with this Cntest. 2. Prizes must be claimed n the day f the Supermarket Sweep (at the winner s wn csts). Any unclaimed prizes fr whatsever reasns will be frfeited. 3. The Organizers reserve the right t change and/r recall any prizes frm any winner(s) at any time at the sle discretin f the Organizers. The Organizers als reserve the right t recall any prizes frm any winner wh it reasnably suspects has vilated the Terms and Cnditins f the Cntest and/r Rules f Supermarket Sweep, in which event, the winner(s) are bliged t return the prize(s) t the Organizers. The Organizers als reserves the right t pursue legal actin against any individual wh it believes has fraudulently r failed t declare that he/she is nt parents, spuse r children, f the Organizers and related t the administratin f the Cntest. 4. Each Selected Cntestant is eligible t win nly ne (1) prize fr the entire Cntest Perid. 5. The decisin f the Organizer n all matters relating t r in cnnectin with this cntest (including selectin f the winners) will be final and binding n all parties cncerned. 6. The Organizer may, at any time at its sle discretin and withut prir ntice, vary, mdify, delete r add t these Terms and Cnditins and may als withdraw r discntinue this cntest at any time withut ntice r liability t any party. 7. The Organizer shall nt be respnsible fr any breaches f cntract r any actins r missins n the part f suppliers nr be liable in any way t any party fr any lss r damage arising in cnnectin with this cntest, fr any reasn whatsever, including but nt limited t any delay in prcessing f applicatins, errr in cmputing, any breakdwn r malfunctin in any cmputer system r equipment and any ntice which is misdirected r lst in pst.

By participating in this cntest, the cntestant cnsents t the Organizer's disclsure and/r use f his/her particulars as prvided, fr the purpses f present r future marketing prgrams at any time at the Organizer's discretin. General: 1. Lenv & the Organizer is nt respnsible fr any printing r typgraphical errrs in any materials r fr registratins, redemptin/lucky draw frms r submissins that are illegible, incmplete, lst r misdirected, fail t enter int the prcessing system, r are prcessed, reprted, r transmitted late r incrrectly r are lst fr any reasn including electrnic, cmputer, telephne, paper transfer, mail system, human r ther errr; including inability t access any website assciated with the Prmtin. Prf f submissin shall nt cnstitute prf f receipt by Lenv. 2. Cntestants Submissin s fitness fr publicatin. By entering the Cntest, cntestants expressly agree that the cmpleted redemptin frm des nt cntain any image r cntent that is unlawful, libelus, slanderus, defamatry r invasive f anther persn s right f privacy r right f publicity, r that Lenv may reasnably deem harmful, vulgar, bscene, dergatry, prngraphic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, bjectinable with respect t race, religin, creed, natinal rigin r gender, r therwise unfit fr publicatin. Lenv shall nt be liable in any way fr the cmpleted redemptin frm. Lenv shall have n bligatin t mnitr the cmpleted redemptin frm, but may d s at its wn discretin. If, Lenv, in its sle and abslute discretin, cnsiders the cmpleted redemptin frm inapprpriate r unsuitable fr publicatin, Lenv may remve the redemptin frm the Cntest. 3. Cntestants are prhibited frm submitting t this Cntest any images/phts/artwrk/music fr which they are nt the sle and rightful wner. In the event that any third party alleges that any image/pht/artwrk/music submitted infringes the cpyright r ther prprietary right f such third party, cntestants shall indemnify Lenv (and its affiliates) frm and against any and all lss, damage, liability and csts resulting therefrm. All entries becme the prperty f Lenv. Persnal details f the cntestants cllected by Lenv may als be used fr marketing purpses. Hwever, such persnal details will be dealt with in accrdance with Lenv s privacy plicy. Further infrmatin n Lenv s privacy plicy can be btained frm 4. Limitatin f liability. T the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenv and its parent cmpany, affiliates, related crpratins, subsidiaries, directrs, fficers, emplyees and agents accepts n respnsibility whatsever fr any liabilities f any kind fr any damage t any prperty that may ccur as a cnsequence f their participatin in the Cntest.

T the maximum extent permitted by law, cntestants undertake t indemnify and keep Lenv and its parent cmpany, affiliates, related crpratins, subsidiaries, directrs, fficers, emplyees and agents harmless and indemnified against any lss, damage, claims, csts and expenses which may be incurred r suffered by any r each f them due t their breach f any f these Terms and Cnditins and/r arising frm their participatin in the Cntest, and/r their use f any gift/prize. 6. N cheating tlerated. Cntestants acknwledge and agree that n frm f cheating will be tlerated. If fund cheating, as determined in the sle and abslute discretin f Lenv, cntestants will immediately be disqualified frm the Cntest. Cheating includes, but is nt limited t, cunterfeiting invices r receipts, using multiple identificatin numbers, tampering with, hacking f the Cntest websites (if any), participating in the Cntest withut meeting the eligibility requirements, using any autmated sftware r device t gain an advantage during the Cntest, use f the Cntest beynd the defined rules f the Cntest, attempting t disable r verwhelm any f Lenv s websites r the Cntest sites (if any), attempting t disrupt any prtin f the Cntest, including but nt limited t, allwing smebdy else t use their Persnal Infrmatin, r tampering with the redemptin prcess. 7. N waiver. Lenv s failure t enfrce any prvisin f these Terms and Cnditins shall nt cnstitute a waiver f that r f any ther prvisin. 8. Mdificatin f these Terms and Cnditins, etc. Lenv may mdify these Terms and Cnditins and/r withdraw r terminate the Prmtin at any stage withut any liability twards anyne. 9. All infrmatin is crrect at the time f publishing. In the event f any inaccuracy r any discrepancy between the print and nline versins, the nline versin shall prevail ver the print versin. 10. Severability. Each f the prvisins f these terms and cnditins apply t the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If a curt hlds any prvisin f these Terms and Cnditins t be illegal, invalid r unenfrceable, the rest f these Terms and Cnditins will remain in effect and these Terms and Cnditins will be amended t give effect t the eliminated prvisin t the maximum extent pssible. 11. Laws. The Prmtin shall be gverned by and interpreted in accrdance with the laws f Malaysia. The Cntest is vid where prhibited r restricted by law, and is subject t all applicable laws. PRIVACY NOTICE The persnal data prvided t Lenv pursuant t this Cntest, including withut limitatin cntestants name, IC number and address, will be prcessed and are required t administer their participatin in the Prmtin. Entries submitted withut the persnal data required will be discarded. Lenv may als use the persnal data t cmmunicate abut its prducts and services, update them n new services and benefits, prvide persnalized prmtinal ffers and allw cntestants t partake in cntests and surveys.
