1 Cast Capital Savings Days f Giving Cntest Rules THESE RULES GOVERN THE COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS DAYS OF GIVING CONTEST. THEY EXEMPT COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND OTHER PERSONS FROM LIABILITY AND CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND SIGNIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES. The Cntest Perid and Prizes The Cast Capital Savings Days f Giving Cntest (the Cntest ) is run by Cast Capital Savings Federal Credit Unin ( Cast Capital ). The Cntest will run frm 9:00 am PST n Mnday, December 3, 2018 t 11:59 pm PST n Friday, December (each day ending at 11:59 pm PST a Cntest Day and cllectively, the Cntest Perid ). There are a ttal f twelve (12) prizes (each, a Prize and cllectively, the Prizes ) available t be wn, ne fr each Cntest Day. Each f the Prizes will be awarded pursuant t the time frames in these Rules under the Hw t Win and Claim Yur Prize sectin. On each Cntest Day, Cast Capital will make knwn which Prize is available t be wn fr that Cntest Day by psting n the Cast Capital Facebk and Instagram pages n that Cntest Day at apprximately 9:00 AM PST In rder t be eligible fr a Cntest Day s draw, all entries must be received by Cast Capital by 11:59 pm PST n that Cntest Day. One ptential winner will be selected fr each Cntest Day. 2 Eligibility This Cntest is pen t legal residents f British Clumbia wh have reached the age f 19 by the start f the Cntest Perid. Emplyees f Cast Capital and its affiliates and their immediate family members (defined as spuse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spuses) and husehld members are nt eligible t enter the Cntest. N purchase is necessary t enter the Cntest. Yu must have nline access and a Facebk r Instagram accunt t enter. Hw t Enter Cast Capital will pst the Cntest Day s questin n Facebk and Instagram at apprximately 9:00 am PST n each Cntest Day. T enter the Cntest, yu must meet the eligibility requirements and cmplete the fllwing steps n the applicable Cntest Day prir t 11:59 pm PST: Lg n t yur Facebk accunt, visit Cast Capital s Facebk page, fllw Cast Capital and answer the pst questin in the cmment sectin f the Cntest pst. OR Lg n t yur Instagram accunt, fllw Cast Capital and answer the pst questin in the cmment sectin f the Cntest pst. Limit ne entry per persn per channel per Cntest Day (i.e. a maximum f tw entries per persn per Cntest Day). Multiple entries belnging t the same persn with multiple Instagram r Facebk accunts will be autmatically disqualified frm the Cntest if entries are in excess f the allwed limit. Unsuccessful entries in a Cntest Day will nt be entered int the draws fr any fllwing Cntest Days. Every entry is subject t verificatin by Cast Capital. Any entry that appears t Cast Capital, in their sle discretin, t be incmplete, ineligible, imprper, r fraudulent may be disqualified, including but nt limited t entries that are made cntrary t these Rules, entries that are disruptive t the prper peratin f the Cntest, r entries that are in any way unjust t ther entrants r ptential entrants. All decisins made by Cast Capital, including but nt limited t thse cncerning the eligibility r disqualificatin f entrants, are final and binding withut right f appeal. Hw t Win and Claim Yur Prize One ptential winner will be selected per Cntest Day thrugh randm draws administered by Cast Capital at apprximately 8:45 am PST n the next business day. The dds f winning depend n the number f valid entries received.

3 Cntestants may nly win ne Prize thrughut the entire Cntest Perid. Ptential winners will be ntified n Facebk by being tagged in a public pst frm Cast Capital that annunces the ptential winner, r n Instagram by respnding t the Cntest entry. If a ptential winner des nt respnd t Cast Capital within 48 hurs f being ntified, Cast Capital reserves the right t disqualify the ptential winner. Ptential winners must claim the Prize within ne week after the clse f the particular Cntest Day fr which they became a ptential winner, r within an acceptable time limit at the sle discretin f Cast Capital. T claim a Prize, a ptential winner must d the fllwing: G t any Cast Capital branch r, at Cast Capital s sle discretin, an alternate lcatin; Prvide valid prf f identity, age, and residence, and any ther relevant dcumentatin requested by Cast Capital, and Crrectly cmplete a Declaratin and Release Frm, which includes crrectly answering, withut assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill testing questin. In the event that a ptential winner is disqualified r is therwise determined t be ineligible, Cast Capital may, in its sle discretin, hld anther randm draw t determine an alternate ptential winner. Prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and cannt be returned, transferred t anther individual, substituted fr anther prize, r exchanged in whle r in part fr cash. Persnal Infrmatin Yu authrize Cast Capital t cllect and use yur persnal infrmatin t administer the Cntest. In the event that yu are a ptential winner, yu authrize Cast Capital t bradcast, publish, and therwise use yur name, vice, Facebk and/r Instagram identity, likeness, statements regarding the Cntest, place f residence, and Cntest pst fr publicity purpses and t prmte the Cntest, withut further permissin, any frm f ntice r remuneratin. 5 General Terms and Cnditins Cast Capital reserves the right, in its sle discretin, t cancel, mdify, suspend r terminate this Cntest r t amend the Rules, withut ntice and withut cmpensatin t any participant in the Cntest. Generally prizes and gifts are nn-taxable, hwever yu acknwledge and accept any respnsibility f tax liability. The Cntest and the Rules shall be gverned by and cnstrued in accrdance with all applicable municipal and prvincial laws in British Clumbia and federal laws in Canada.
