1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Organizer & Qualificatins 1. The Ecnsave/MyDebit SAVE MORE & WAVE ["Cntest"] is jintly rganized by ECONSAVE CASH & CARRY SDN BHD ( T) and PAYMENTS NETWORK MALAYSIA SDN BHD ( D) [cllectively referred t as "The Organizer"]. This Cntest is pen t the cardhlders f Autmated Teller Machine [ ATM ] MyDebit Cards issued by participating banks that ffered MyDebit in Malaysia [ the Custmers ]. Only Custmers wh are 18 years f age and abve and have valid identificatin dcument (example: identity card r passprt) are eligible t participate in this Cntest ["Participant"]. 2. The Custmers must als have an accunt with any f MyDebit participating banks which is valid, nn-drmant and in gd financial standing during the Cntest Perid up until redemptin f the Prizes. The Custmers shall cmply with the eligibility requirement abve in rder t be an Eligible Custmers. 3. Individuals listed belw are nt eligible t participate in this Cntest: Emplyees f the Organizer [including its assciates, subsidiaries r related theret] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spuses]; and/r Representatives, emplyees and/r the advertising agencies r prmtinal agencies f the Organizer [including its assciated and related cmpanies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, spuses]. Cntest Perid & Entry Criteria 4. This Cntest will cmmence frm 0001hurs, 15 th January 2019 until 2359hurs, 15 th April 2019 (Malaysian Time) ["Cntest Perid"]. Any entries received beynd the Cntest Perid will be rejected and deemed invalid. Nte: Cntest Perid A is frm 15 th January 3 rd March 2019 and fr Cntest Perid B is frm 4 th March 15 th April Nte: All payment/entries must be made using MyDebit ATM card via Wave / Cntactless transactins [ Transactin Slip ]. Only Transactin Slip that was dated within the Cntract Perid will be deemed valid. 6. The Organizer reserves the right t amend, extend r terminate the Cntest including the Cntest Perid at its sle and abslute discretin withut prir ntice. 7. Only purchases f RM80 (Ringgit Malaysia Eighty) and abve at ECONSAVE using MyDebit ATM card via Wave / Cntactless as mde f payment is eligible as valid entry fr this Cntest ["Prf f Purchase"]. Each transactin f RM80 will be given ONE (1) serial number. The maximum number f serial numbers t be given in a single purchase receipt is TWO (2), Fr example: RM80 = 1 serial number, RM160 = 2 serial number, RM240 = 2 serial number. 8. Participant must submit their entries via WHATSAPP ["Cntest Mechanism"] Hw t Participate: Each valid and cmplete entry must cntained the fllwing infrmatin (during submissin): i. Take a pht f MyDebit TRANSACTION SLIP (in a clear and full image) with purchased frm ECONSAVE; ii. NOTE: RETAIN MyDebit TRANSACTION SLIP (riginal) as Prf f Purchase. Submit yur entry via WhatsApp t Participant will receive a reply message (Cntest questins, privacy ntice) via WhatsApp within 24 hurs (during weekdays). Participant is required t reply the crrect answer t the Cntest questins and t prvide persnal particulars in rder t be eligible.

2 Participant wh is shrtlisted as Cntest winner ( Winner ) must submit the riginal cpy f MyDebit Transactin Slip as prf f purchase befre prize redemptin. Failure t d s will result t the cancellatin f prize wn by the said Participant. 9. Each Participant may send mre than ONE (1) entry. Every ONE (1) Transactin Slip (with purchase f RM80 and abve made via MyDebit ATM card thrugh Wave / Cntactless transactin is eligible as ONE (1) entry). Each Transactin Slip can nly be used nce. The Participant s entry will be disqualified if the same Transactin Slip is used fr mre than ONE (1) time. 10. Each Participant (if selected as a Prize Winner) is nly eligible t win ONE (1) Prize thrughut the entire Cntest Perid. 11. Prizes are nt exchangeable fr cash. The Organizer shall be entitled t replace the prize with ther prize f the same value withut prir ntificatin at its sle and abslute discretin. The Organizer, its agencies, affiliates, spnsrs and their representatives shall nt be liable fr any defects r misuse f the prize, claims, liabilities, lsses r damages in cnnectin with this Cntest. 12. Participant is required t prvide valid identificatin dcument during r prir t prize redemptin fr Participant/Winner verificatin prcess. Prf f Purchase which is nt readable, faded, r damaged will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified. 13. Cntest Winner will be selected based n the fllwing prcess: Each valid entry using MyDebit ATM card via Wave/Cntactless transactin cuple with the crrect answer and cmplete details will be deemed as a valid cntest entry. Winner s selectin: ttal (valid) serial numbers will be divided by the quantity f prizes allcated fr this Cntest. Nte: Ttal Cntest Prizes are ONE HUNDRED ONE (101), where prizes allcated fr Cntest Perid A is FIFTY (50) and the prizes allcated fr Cntest Perid B is FIFTY ONE (51). Fr example (winners selectin fr Cntest Perid A): the ttal (valid) serial numbers fr Cntest Perid A is 1,400; therefre the serial number will be divided by 50. Participant with the serial number in multiple f 28, such as 28, 56, 84, 112, etc will be shrtlisted as the Cntest Prizes winners fr Cntest Perid A. The type f prize fr the Winner will be determined by the mst numbers f valid serial number between these 50 shrtlisted Cntest Prize winners. In the event f a tie (in the ttal serial numbers btained), the earliest accumulated entries will be selected. if the divided sum leads t a decimal number, this number will be runded dwn t a lwer number fr Winner s selectin [ Selected Participants ]. The Selected Participants are required t answer ne (1) cntest questin via telephne. Each Selected Participants must answer ne (1) crrect questin crrectly in rder t win the cntest prize. The Organizer will cntact the Selected Participants via the cntact details prvided (at the time f entry). Participant is encuraged t maintain their cntact numbers (within the Cntest Perid). If the Selected Participants failed t prvide the crrect answer t the questin, the Organizer reserves the right t disqualify the Selected Participants and withdraw the prize and the next Selected Participants will then be elected t underg the same prcess at the abslute discretin f the Organizer. If the Selected Participants gives the crrect answer, the Selected Participants will be selected as the Winner f this Cntest. All prcesses mentined in Clause 13 will als be applicable apply t the Winner s selectin fr Cntest Perid B. Cntest Prizes and Prize Redemptin 14. Grand Prize : Tyta Vis 1.5J (AT) X 1 winner b. 1 st Prize : Hnda EX5 X 2 winners c. 2 nd Prize : LED Smart TV 40 X 10 winners d. 3 rd Prize : Ecnsave cash vucher wrth RM500 X 8 winners e. Cnslatin Prize : Ecnsave cash vucher wrth RM100 X 30 winners Nte: Insurance and taxes fr autmbile/mtrcycle will be brne by the cntest winners. 15. All decisins made by the Organizer in cnnectin with the Cntest including but nt limited t the selectin f Winner and the Cntest Prizes are final, cnclusive and binding. Any crrespndences, inquiries, appeals r bjectins frm the Participant shall nt be entertained. 16. The Selected Participants will be cntacted by the Organizer based n the cntact infrmatin prvided during their submissin prcess. 17. In the event that the Selected Participants cannt be cntacted after three (3) attempts fr three (3) cnsecutive days (during wrking hurs, Mnday - Friday). The Organizer reserves the right t disqualify the Selected Participant s eligibility and shall select the next qualified Selected Participants. 18. Winner must claim their Cntest Prizes within ONE (1) MONTH after being ntified by the Organizer (via SMS r any ther cmmunicatin channels). In the event the Winner fails t claim their prize r nminate a representative within the stipulated time, the Organizer reserves the right t frfeit the Cntest Prizes and award the Cntest Prizes t anther Winner. Winner must present a valid identificatin dcument t redeem/receive their prizes. 19. Winner that require a representative t claim their prize(s) n their behalf must ensure that their representative prvide an authrizatin letter issued by the Winner tgether with a cpy f the Winner valid identificatin dcument. 20. The Cntest Prizes made available fr this Cntest are subject t terms and cnditins as specified by the autmbile/mtrcycle cmpany/suppliers f electrnic devices. T the extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its agents are nt liable fr all liability arising frm any deferment, cancellatin, delay r change t the Prize details r any unfreseen circumstances r beynd reasnable cntrl by the Organizer and fr any act r default by any vendr r third party supplier. 21. The Organizer will nt be respnsible fr any cmplaints with regard t the quality and quantity f the Prizes after Prizes being awarded t Winner. 22. Winner shall be slely and fully brne all payment r expenses such as registratin fee, insurance and any taxes that cnnected t these Cntest/prizes. 23. The Organizer reserves the right t delay prize giving date and venue t anther date and venue in case f any unfreseen circumstances that might ccur. 24. The pictures f the Prizes shwn in any advertisement, prmtin, and ther materials in cnnectin t this Cntest are fr illustrative purpse nly, and cannt in anyway prtray the exact prizes. 25. Prize giving ceremny is subjected t the availability f the Cntest Prizes and shall be infrmed by the Organizer frm time t time.

4 Rights f the Organizer 26. By participating in this Cntest, the Participant give their cnsent t the Organizer t publish and use their names, and images submitted t the Organizer fr advertising, marketing, publicity and/r any ther purpse, withut any prir ntice nr cmpensatin t the Participant/Winner. Winner shall nt be entitled t claim wnership r ther frms f cmpensatin n the materials. 27. The Organizer reserves the right t substitute the Cntest Prizes with ther prizes f equal value withut prir ntice. 28. If fr any reasn this Cntest is unable t prceed as planned fr (and nt limited) reasns such as cmputer virus, hacking, unauthrized interventin, fraud, technical failure, r any ther reasn beynd cntrl; the Organizer reserves the right, in its sle discretin, t disqualify any individual wh disrupts the Cntest participatin prcess and/r revkes, terminates, mdifies, r suspends this Cntest. 29. The Organizer at its sle discretin may remve and/r disqualify any Participant and/r entries if fund (in the Organizer s discretin) r suspected f cheating/hacking/tampering with the Cntest submissin prcess, the peratin f this Cntest r in vilatin f any Terms and Cnditins f the Cntest. 30. The Organizer reserves the right t amend the Cntest Terms and Cnditins at any time at its sle and abslute discretin withut prir ntice. 31. In additin t these Terms and Cnditins, any ther regulatins r rules f the Cntest as stated at r therwise, shall als bind all participants and their participatin in this Cntest. 32. In the event f any incnsistency between these Terms and Cnditins and any terms cntained in any prmtinal materials fr this Cntest, the terms cntained at shall prevail. 33. Unless stated therwise, all transprtatin cst, internet charges, persnal csts and/r any ther csts, fees and/r any kind f expenses incurred by the Participant in cnnectin with this Cntest (whether fr the purpse f jining, participating in r receiving any benefit r prizes frm the Cntest) are at the sle respnsibility f the Winner, and the Organizer, its affiliates r authrized agents r shall accepts n respnsibility whatsever fr these csts/charges/fees/expenses. 34. The Organizer, its affiliates r authrized third parties shall accept n liability fr entries lst, damaged, delayed, r due t cmputer, IT r any technical errr. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY 35. Participant and Winner shall assume full liability and respnsibility in any case fr any liabilities, unexpected event, injuries, damages, claims r accidents (including death) due t their participatin in this Cntest and / r redemptin and / r use f the Cntest Prizes and agree t release the Organizer and its agencies frm any claim whatsever fr any injuries, accidents, lss f life nr lss f ecnmy and thers. 36. T the fullest extent permitted by law, in n event the Organizer r any f its fficer, emplyee, representative and / r agent (including, any third party agencies that deals with the Organizer fr the purpses f this Cntest) be liable fr any lss r damage (including lss f incme, prfits r gdwill r indirect damages, incidental, cnsequential, exemplary, punitive r special damages f any party including third parties) hwsever arising whether in cntract, trt, negligence r therwise in cnnectin with this Cntest, althugh the Organizer has been advised f the pssibility f such damages in advance, and all such damages that are expressly excluded. 37. By participating in this Cntest, the Participant agrees t cmply with all the decisins made by the judges and agrees uncnditinally t these Terms & Cnditins f this Cntest and all decisins made by the Organizer. 38. All decisins made by the Organizer in cnnectin with the Cntest are final, cnclusive and binding.

5 39. In the event f any incnsistency between the Terms and Cnditins in Bahasa Malaysia and English, the terms in English shall prevail. 40. These Terms and Cnditins are gverned by Malaysian laws and under the jurisdictin f the curts f Malaysia. Privacy Ntice 41. By Participating in the Cntest, the Participant gives their cnsent t and authrize the Organizer t cllect, use, prcess their names, masked Identificatin Numbers (IC) and ther particulars ( Persnal Data ) fr the purpse f running the Cntest, including but nt limited t annuncing and publishing Persnal Data and/r phts f the Custmers at the Organizer s website fr advertising and publicity purpses. 42. By participating in this Cntest and submitting f persnal infrmatin t the Organizer, the Participant and the Winner agree that the Organizer prcesses their persnal infrmatin f the Participant fr the Cntest related purpses nly and t prtect such infrmatin as set ut belw. This sectin als utlines the rights f Participant n data prtectin, and infrmatin t cntact the Organizer. 43. The Organizer may use a third party service t prcess the Participant's persnal data. All such third parties are cntractually bligated, nt t use the Participant's persnal data in any ther than way that stated herein. 44. Under the laws f Malaysia, the rights f Participant includes: a. The rights t withdraw cnsent fr the use f persnal data at any time by cntacting the Organizer at the phne number mentined belw by prviding the Organizer with the Participant s name and address fr remval f the said persnal data; b. The rights t btain a cpy f the persnal data which the Organizer hld; and c. The rights t crrect inaccurate persnal data. 45. The Participant may call the Organizer's helpline line at fr any inf pertaining t data prtectin r legal rights. 46. The Organizer will take reasnable precautins t keep Participant's persnal data secure, and requires third party prcessrs t d the same. Hwever, the Organizer may disclse the Participant's persnal data if required by law, search warrant, subpena r curt rder. 47. Fr the purpses f Clause 40-46, any matters relating t Persnal Data relating t this Cntest shall be gverned by and administered in accrdance with the Persnal Data Prtectin Act [END]
