N waiver f any f the prvisins f these Terms and Cnditins shall be deemed r shall cnstitute a waiver f any ther prvisins heref (whether r nt similar), nr shall waiver cnstitute a cntinuing waiver unless therwise expressly prvided. 4. The invalidity r unenfrceability f any prvisin f these Terms and Cnditins shall nt affect the validity r enfrceability f any ther prvisin. In the event that any prvisin is determined t be invalid r therwise unenfrceable r illegal, these Terms and Cnditins shall therwise remain in effect and shall be cnstrued in accrdance with their terms as if the invalid r illegal prvisin were nt cntained herein.

All issues and questins cncerning the cnstructin, validity, interpretatin and enfrceability f these Terms and Cnditins, r the rights and bligatins f Participant and the Spnsr in cnnectin with the Prmtin, shall be gverned by, and cnstrued in accrdance with, the laws f the State f New Jersey, withut giving effect t any chice f law r cnflict f law rules r prvisins (whether f the State f New Jersey, r any ther jurisdictin) that wuld cause the applicatin f the laws f any jurisdictin ther than the State f New Jersey.
