Eligibility: Except where prhibited by law, the Lineage II 13 th Anniversary Screensht Cntest ( Cntest ) is pen nly t legal residents f the 50 United States f America, the District f Clumbia, and legal residents f all prvinces and territries in Canada (excluding residents f Quebec) wh are the age f majrity r lder (18 years f age in mst jurisdictins) as f the date f entry. Participants must be registered as a Lineage II player character n and are subject t the rules and regulatins f that accmpany the creatin f a character n the website. The spnsr f this Cntest is NC Interactive, LLC ( Spnsr ). Emplyees, cntractrs, directrs and fficers f the Spnsr and its respective distributrs, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and prmtinal agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spuse f each), and thse living in the same husehld f each are NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. Other eligibility requirements and cnditins f participatin are set frth belw in these fficial rules fr the Cntest ( Official Cntest Rules ). Creatin f a Lineage II player character is free. After creatin f a player character, participants must t L2Cmmunity@NCSOFT.cm a screensht ( Screensht ) prtraying the fllwing theme: Lineage II Anniversary Celebratin. Upn submissin f a Screensht in accrdance with these Official Cntest Rules, the participant ( Entrant ) will receive an entry (each an Entry and cllectively, the Entries ) int the Cntest. The Screensht shuld depict the Entrant s view f a Lineage II anniversary celebratin. The subject line fr the submissin must state Lineage II 13 th Anniversary Screensht Cntest. In additin, the Entrant must als include the Entrant s character name, server and cuntry f residence in the bdy f the Cntest submissin . The fllwing requirements apply fr each submissin f a Screensht: The submissin must be in English. The Screensht must include Entrant s character and nameplate featured in the screensht. Any and all displayed character, clan, r pet names in the Screensht must cmply with Spnsr s Lineage II Naming Plicy. The Screensht must be digitally signed and be accmpanied with Entrant s character name, server and cuntry f residence in the bdy f the Cntest submissin . The Screensht must be submitted in.jpg,.png, r.bmp file frmat. The submissin must include the fllwing statement in the bdy: This is submitted as an entry in the Lineage II 13 th Anniversary Screensht Cntest. Any submissin that des nt include this statement in its bdy will be vid.

2 Screensht Design Requirements: The Screensht must satisfy the fllwing requirements t be eligible fr the Cntest: The Screensht must be created slely using Adena and ther in-game items; The full Adena artwrk must be visible in the Screensht; and N phtshpping r image editing allwed. Entry Perid: Entries will nly be cnsidered Valid if the submissin is received by the Spnsr between 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time ( PDT ) n April 28, 2017 and 11:59 PM PDT n May 10, 2017 ( Entry Perid ). ing a Screensht submissin t L2Cmmunity@NCSOFT.cm cnstitutes the Entrant s Entry int the Cntest and Entrant s cnsent t and agreement with these Official Cntest Rules. Entry Limit: Limit f One Entry per Entrant during the Entry Perid. Subsequent Entries by the same Entrant are invalid and will be disqualified. Any attempts made by the same persn t submit multiple Entries during the Entry Perid are vid. In the event f a dispute ver the identity f the Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authrized accunt hlder f the accunt submitted at the time f entry int the Cntest. Cnditins f Submissin: Any Screensht that is deemed by the Spnsr, in its sle discretin, t be ffensive, infringing, immral, bscene, prfane, defamatry, nt keeping with the image f the Spnsr, r in vilatin f these Official Cntest Rules will be vid. Further, any Screensht that cntains trademark, cpyright-prtected r ther prprietary materials fr which the Entrant has nt btained apprpriate assignment f rights, as well as any Screensht that disparages r prtrays the Spnsr in a negative light, will be vid. Spnsr reserves the right, at its sle discretin, t vid any Entries frm Entrants whm Spnsr believes have attempted t tamper r have tampered with the administratin, security, r fairness f this Cntest. Entries submitted by autmatic, prgrammed, r like methds will be disqualified. By entering, each Entrant warrants and represents that (i) the Screensht is the riginal wrk f the Entrant and des nt infringe the intellectual prperty, privacy, cnfidentiality r publicity rights r any ther legal rights f any third party; (ii) the Entrant wns r therwise cntrls all rights t the Screensht submitted by the Entrant; and (iii) the Screensht has nt been entered int r wn any previus cntests r awards and has nt been published r distributed previusly in any frm f media. By entering this Cntest, each Entrant uncnditinally and irrevcably grants a perpetual, wrldwide, nn-exclusive, ryalty-free,

3 sub-licensable license t Spnsr and its successrs r assigns t use, reprduce, distribute, display, and create derivative wrks f their Screensht fr any purpse nw and hereafter as they s desire. By submitting an Screensht, Entrant grants Spnsr the right t use, publish, adapt, edit and/r mdify the Screensht in any way, in whle r in part, and t use such Screensht alne r in cmbinatin with ther wrks, as slely determined by Spnsr, in cmmerce and trade and in any and all media nw knwn r hereafter discvered, withut limitatin r cmpensatin t the Entrant and withut right f ntice, review, r apprval f any such use f the Screensht. Selectin f the Winners: There will be ten winners f the Cntest selected amng all the eligible Entrants n a wrldwide basis (each a Winner and cllectively, the Winners ). The Cntest will have ne grand prize winner ( Grand Prize Winner ), fur runner-up prize winners (each, a Runner-Up Prize Winner ), and five randm prize winners (each, a Randm Prize Winner ). The Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Up Prize Winners f the Cntest will be determined by a panel f judges ( Judges ) appinted by the Spnsr. The Judges will review each f the Screensht submissins and rank the Screensht submissins based upn the fllwing criteria (a) Creativity (40%); (b) Originality (30%); and (c) Best representatin and interpretatin f the Cntest s theme (30%) (cllectively, Judging Criteria ). The tp-ranked Screensht, as determined by the Judges in their sle discretin applying the Judging Criteria, will be the Grand Prize Winner and the next fur tp-ranked Screenshts in rder will be the Runner-Up Prize Winners f the Cntest. The Spnsr s determinatin f the Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Up Prize Winners is final and binding and nt subject t review r appeal. Spnsr will als select five Entries at randm frm the ttal number f eligible Entries received during the Entry Perid, excluding the Grand Prize Winner and Runner-Up Prize Winners, as the Randm Prize Winners. The drawing ( Drawing ) fr the Randm Prize Winners will be held n r abut May 12, The Drawing will be cnducted by Spnsr r its representatives, whse decisins are final and binding and nt subject t review r appeal. Annuncement f Winners: On May 12, 2017, the Winners will be annunced by the Spnsr n the Cntest Website, Lineage II Frums, and Spnsr s Facebk page. Fr Winners residing in Canada, befre being cnfirmed as a Winner, the selected Entrant must crrectly answer unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing questin administered by r telephne. Participant Prize: All qualifying Entrants NOT selected as a Winner in the abve prcess (each, a Participant and cllectively, Participants ) will receive a prize pack just fr participating in the Cntest (each, a Participant Prize ).
