Verificatin f Ptential Winner The Ptential Winners must cntinue t cmply with all terms and cnditins f these Official Rules and winning is cntingent upn fulfilling all requirements. Except where prhibited, in rder t qualify fr a Prize, a Ptential Winner may be required t sign and return t Spnsr, within fur (4) calendar days frm the date when Spnsr s initial verificatin was sent, a declaratin f eligibility and a liability and publicity release ( Declaratin ) via t the address specified in the Declaratin in rder t claim the Prize.
