Only ne (1) entry per stamped envelpe will be accepted. Entries received in this manner are subject t the same terms and cnditins as ther entries. Mechanical reprductins will nt be accepted. 2 4. Prize descriptin Grand prizes: 3 grand prizes valued at C$3,000 each, in the frm f an IGA, Metr r Prvig gift card. One prize will be awarded at randm in each f the three (3) reginal grups indicated in Appendix 1. Cash prizes: 18 secndary prizes, in the frm f an IGA, Metr r Prvig gift card. One prize will be awarded at randm in each f Quebec s administrative regins, as well as ne in Ontari. 5. Prize draws In frnt f witnesses at the ffices f Desjardins Insurance in Lévis, the winning names will be drawn electrnically at randm frm amng all f the eligible entries received by the cntest deadline. The draw will be held n August 17, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. EDT. The dds f winning depend n the number f eligible entries received. 6. Publicatin f winners' names Winners' names will be psted n Desjardins.cm/cncurs at the end f the cntest. 7. General terms and cnditins T be declared winners, the selected entrants must als meet the fllwing cnditins: Be reached by r telephne by the cntest rganizers within five (5) days f the draw. Cnfirm that they meet the eligibility and ther requirements set ut herein. Crrectly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing questin ver the telephne r by withut assistance. Sign the declaratin and release frm (the Declaratin Frm ), which the cntest rganizers will send by mail, fax r , and return it within five (5) days f receipt. If any f the abve terms and cnditins r any ther cnditin herein is nt met, the selected entrants will be disqualified and, pursuant t these rules, names will cntinue t be drawn until an entrant has been selected and declared the prize winner. The same cnditins will then apply, subject t any applicable adjustments. 7.1 Within frty five (45) days f receiving the Declaratin Frm, cntest rganizers will mail the prizes t the winners. If any selected entrants refuse t accept the prize as described herein, they will lse their right t the prize and the cntest rganizers will be freed f any bligatin t award said prize and may, at their discretin, award the prize t anther entrant as described in the previus sectin. 7.2 Eligible entries, letters and Declaratin Frms are subject t verificatin by cntest rganizers. Any eligible entry, letter r Declaratin Frm that is incmplete, inaccurate, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent, btained frm an unauthrized surce, submitted r sent late, r in any ther way nn-cmpliant may be rejected and will nt entitle the individual t an entry r a prize. 7.3 The cntest rganizers reserve the right t disqualify an entrant r cancel ne r mre entries if that persn has entered r attempted t enter the cntest by any means that vilate these rules r that are unfair t ther entrants (e.g. an entry submitted after the deadline, the use f autmatic entry r vting sftware, the use f a vting grup, r any ther means). The persn may als be referred t the prper legal authrities. 7.4 Any attempt t sabtage the legitimate peratin f the cntest cnstitutes a vilatin f civil and criminal law. If any such attempts are made, the cntest rganizers reserve the right t reject the entries f the parties invlved and t seek cmpensatin as prvided by law. 7.5 Prizes must be accepted as described herein and may nt under any circumstances be transferred in whle r in part t any ther individual, replaced by anther prize r exchanged fr cash unless therwise indicated in the entry rules.

Disputes regarding the awarding f a prize may be submitted t the Régie nly fr the purpses f helping the parties reach a settlement If any sectin f these rules is declared r deemed illegal, unenfrceable r invalid by a curt f cmpetent jurisdictin, that sectin will be cnsidered invalid, but all ther sectins that are unaffected will be enfrced t the extent permitted by law These rules are available in French and English at Desjardins.cm/cncurs In the event f a discrepancy between the French and English versins f the rules, the French versin shall prevail This cntest is subject t all applicable laws.
