Submission of Tender Fees, Bid Security and other Documents: Tender Fee: as mentioned in above (A) by Demand Draft in favour of " Executive Engineer (Civil), Construction Division, Morbi, payable at Morbi from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank and shall be valid upto 180 days. Demand draft issued after the last date of submission of Bids will not be considered or accepted. Bid Security i.e. as mentioned in above (A) in the form of FDR in favour of " Executive Engineer (Civil), Construction Division, Morbi " payable at Morbi from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank and shall be valid up to 180 days. DD/FDR issued after the last date of submission of tender will not be considered as valid or accepted in any case. Bidder shall have to submit DD/FDR against for Tender Fee, FDR against EMD and experience certificate in physical form so as to reach GMB office on Date shown above during Office Hours at Executive Engineer (Civil), Construction Division, Gujarat Maritime Board, Near V C Fatak, Morbi (Telephone No ) Fax No , by R.P.A.D. Tender fee, EMD received early or later than the time specified will not be accepted in any case and the bid of that bidder shall be considered nonresponsive. Bidder has to submit the documents as said in 4 above and no other condition in any form shall be considered at all, at the time of evaluation of the tender i.e. The bidder shall have to submit unconditional offer without differing from any of the tender condition. 5.0 Opening of Tender: 5.1 D.D. for Tender fee & EMD, valid Registration D & above, valid bank Solvency Certificate shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that EMD, Tender fee, valid Registration D class & above, valid Bank Solvency Certificate are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose EMD & Tender fee, valid Registration D class & above, valid Bank Solvency Certificate are received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach Executive Engineer ( C ) Construction Division, Morbi within 7 days from the last date of uploading.
