Almora from the contractors registered with Director General, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi, contractors registered with C.P.W.D., M.E.S., Railways and state Govt. departments with Rs.50 Lacs as limit of work and having three years work experience in Archaeological Survey of India. Name of work: : Supply of materials for S.R. to Sun Temple, Katarmal, District Almora Details of materials :Attached with tender doent Estimate Cost Earnest Money Tender Fee Timi Limit Rs.44,90,876/- Rs.90,000/- (Refundable) Rs.500/- (Non-Refundable) 60 days Tender doent can be had from the Office of the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Dehradun Circle, Tyagi Road, Dehradun on or before during office hours on any working day after depositing the tender fee as mentioned above. The tender will be received upto 3.00 P.M. on and be opened on the same day at 3.15 P.M. The sealed envelop must be subscripted with name of work and date of opening. Tender papers must be accompanied with earnest money in the form of demand draft of any nationalized/scheduled bank in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Dehradun Circle payable at Dehradun. This notice along with tender doent is also available on the website and Prospective bidders may use the tender doent downloaded from the website accompanied with earnest money and tender cost separately in the form of demand draft of any nationalized bank obtained in favour of Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Dehradun Circle. Contractors are supposed to inspect the site for assessing its nature and accessibility for transportation of material upto the site before participating in tender. The application must be complete with a copy of registration certificate, I.T.clearance certificate, experience certificate, TIN and PAN No. The deduction of Income Tax and Trade tax will be made from the payments and security amount will have to be deposited as per rules. 4 Should this tender be accepted, I/we hereby agree to abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the said conditions annexed hereto (C.P.W.D. 7/8) so far as applicable, and or default thereof to forfeit and pay to the President of India of his successor in office the sum of earnest money mentioned in the said conditions. A sum of Rs forwarded herewith in F.D.R / Call Deposit as earnest money. If I /We fail to supply the materials commence the work as specified in the above memorandum or if I/We fail to deposit the amount of security deposit specified against (ii) (a) in the above memorandum in accordance with the clause I of the said conditions of contract I/we agree that the said President or his successors in office shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, shall be retained by him towards such security deposit. I/we further agree that the said President or his successor in office shall also be at liberty to cancel the acceptance of the tender if I/we fail to deposit security amount as aforesaid. Note: 1. The total tender cost should be quoted including all taxes and other charges applicable. 2. If the date of opening of the tender happens to be a holiday the tenders will be opened on the next working day. 3. The quantity of work can be increased/ decreased at site.
