The sealed tenders with your highest quoted price (in Indian Rupees only) for the vehicle listed above may be submitted in proforma prescribed in this tender document (Annexure-2). Quotations should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.1500/- in favour of Pension fund Regulatory and Development Authority, New Delhi which is refundable(without interest) to unsuccessful bidders. 4. Quotations received without Earnest Money will not be considered and shall not be accepted by this Authority. 5. The bidders shall be required to submit documentary evidence in support of residential status (Ration Card/Voters Identity Card/ Aadhar Card/PAN Card in case of individual and Registration Certificate

2 in case of firms etc.) along with duly filled in prescribed tender form. 6. The quotation addressed to the undersigned in a sealed envelope should reach this Authority latest by 3.00PM on or before: 21/03/2017. Quotations received on or before 3:00PM on 21/03/2017 and accompanied with the EMD amount for vehicle shall be opened on the same day i.e. 21/03/2017 at 4:00PM. Quotations should be dropped in the Tender Box kept at the reception located at the address B-14/A, Chatrapati Shivaji Bhawan, Qutub Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi The bidder or their authorized representative (not more than one) may witness the Tender Opening, at the time of opening the quotations. 7. 3 ANNEXURE-I TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES AGAINST TENDER ENQUIRY DATED Interested Parties may submit their highest price for the vehicle in a sealed cover latest by 3:00 PM on or before 21/03/2017. The inner cover containing quotations and other relevant documents along with Demand Draft towards EMD should be sealed properly. The cover should be put in another Outer Cover and may be dropped in the Tender Box located at the address B-14/A, Chatrapati Shivaji Bhawan, Qutub Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi Both the inner and the outer covers should be superscribed in bold Capital letters "QUOTATION FOR DISPOSAL OF VEHICLE. 2. The disposal of vehicle shall be strictly on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS" and no guarantee or certificate of its worthiness or quality will be given by this Authority. The condition of the vehicle can be inspected physically between 06/03/2017 to 20/03/2017 between A.M to 4.30 P.M at PFRDA, B-14/A, Chatrapati Shivaji Bhawan, Qutub Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi The quotation should be accompanied by earnest money for Rs The earnest money can be deposited by Bank Draft in favour of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, New Delhi. The Bank Draft should be attached with the quotation letter falling which the quotation shall not be considered at all. 4. The highest offer of the vehicle will be treated as successful bidder provided the same is accepted by the competent authority. If the successful bidder accepted by the competent authority fails to deposit the sale price within the prescribed time limit, his earnest money will be forfeited. In case the offer is withdrawn by any bidder, the earnest money deposited by him shall be forfeited. No representation in this regard shall be entertained by this Authority.

The successful bidder will be required to deposit the total bid amount by means of Demand Draft in favour of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, New Delhi within three working days from the date of acceptance of the offer. 6. EMD of the successful bidder will be released only after realization of sale proceed amount. EMD amount will not be adjusted in the Sale Amount accepted by PFRDA. 7. The sold vehicle will be removed by the successful bidder(s) within 48 hours of depositing the money at their own expenses after that a penalty of Rs.500/- per day will be charged. Applicable Taxes/Cess/other levies will have to be paid by the successful bidder over and above his offer as per applicable laws/rules of the Government. No assistance/transportation will be provided by PFRDA. Permission to take out the disposed vehicles from PFRDA premises will not be allowed on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays etc. 8. The successful bidder will also be responsible for getting the Registration Certificate of the vehicle transferred in his name at his own cost within 30 days after completion of sale without fail and shall submit to PFRDA a copy of proof of registration, duly signed This office will not be responsible for any lapse on his part in this regard. 9. The bidders will not be allowed to withdraw their bids, failing which Earnest Money will be forfeited. 10. PFRDA reserves the right to reject any/all of the quotations fully or partially or cancel the disposal of vehicle at any stage without assigning any reason thereof. 11. EMD of unsuccessful renderers shall be returned within three weeks of the delivery of car to the successful bidder/purchaser. 12. The bidder is to be required to reveal his full name/name of the authorized signatory of the firm/name of father, full postal address, telephone number & mobile number, -id.

5 13. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction In the Court of Delhi only. 14. If the highest bidder fails to honour the bid; the contract will be cancelled & their EMD is forfeited. In such an event, an opportunity shall be given to the next highest quoting eligible tenderer (H-2 quoting party) to complete the bid provided it is prepared to accept the prices offered by H-1 party. 15. Tendering form should be signed in ink by the authorized signatory only. Photocopy or unsigned quotations or quotations not signed by authorized signatory shall be rejected. 16. Bidder shall alone be responsible for furnishing any false or wrong information and the consequences or loss thereof. 17.
