Required Unit NOTE: 1 LOAD CELL,MODULE -ASSEMBLY WEIGHING GRAVIMETRIC FOR STOCK HI-TEMPERATURE,PART NO-AC FOR STOCK USA DUAL BELT GRAVIMETRIC COAL FEEDER MODEL EGD24DB. 12 Number 01] The supplied load cell should be technically and functionally retrofitting to STOCK make Dual Belt Gravimetric Coal Feeder Model: EGD ] The Indigenous Load cells should be 1:1 compatible to STOCK Load cells both in terms of mechanical dimentions and electrical characteristics. 03] Performance of supplied cells should be equivalent to existing STOCK make Load cells. 04] Performance Warranty : Party have to provide a performance warranty of THREE years on supplied load cells. During this period, if any defects are noticed, party have to either replace or repair the same free of cost. 05] Load cell assembly should be supplied with weatherproof dust cover, mounting linkages, adjustment bolts etc. as per GSECL existing load cells. 06] Party have to deliver sample load cell for approval. 07] Test certificate of material composition should be submitted along with supply. 08] Sample should be approved before effecting bulk Supply. 09] Party has to give performance Guaranty as per Working hours. 10] Indigenous Load cell is interchangeable with existing ones. 11] Performance of Indigenous Load cell is not inferior to Stock make Load Cell Page 4

5 Special Notes : (1) Tenderer s have to submit their offers in two parts viz. (a) Technical Bid & (b) Price bid in two separate sealed envelopes, super scribing Technical bid for (Subject) or Price bid for (Subject) as the case may be. (2) Please submit Xerox copy of Sch-B duly signed by you, along with technical bid, without stating prices. (3) Tender shall not be opened without payment of EMD & Tender Fee. Please furnish details of EMD & Tender Fee paid on cover. (4) Bidder has to indicate the applicable rate [in percentage] and amount of Excise duty Sales Tax/VAT Pkg. & Fwd. charges, Freight charges etc. clearly in the Technical Bid as per following. If taxes & duties not applicable, then please mention Nil or Not applicable. Otherwise same will be considered as Inclusive. Packing & Forwarding Excise Duty C.S.T. / V.A.T. (6) GSECL reserves right to place the order on technically qualified bidders for item wise / individual lowest quoted party. (7) Please furnish copy of the orders executed by you for GSECL and / or other state Electricity Board, NTPC or other reputed organization etc. for subjected items. (8) It is to be noted that GSECL, Ukai TPS is establishing and implementing occupational Health & Safety Management System complying with OHSAS 18001:2007. You as a part of the GSECL Ukai team and as defined by the scope of mentioned standard, all contractors are required to comply with and participate to prevent the occupational Health and Safety hazards and risks including observation of safety rules. Further you are also to comply with all applicable legal requirements while executing the supply / work, in case the job is assigned to you. (9) Any delay that may take place in supply and / or erection, testing and commissioning activities beyond contractual cut off date / stipulated period in the order shall be subjected to penalty (not liquidated damages) at the rate of ½ % of the contract price / order price per week or part thereof subject to a maximum of 10 % of the total contract value / order value ( i.e. End cost including taxes & duties ). (2) Party has to accept Payment Term as per GSECL s standard terms & conditions: Payment shall be made by the GSECL for the material supplied at 80% plus 100 % taxes against TRC within 30 days and balance 20 % against S. R. Note within 45 days from the date of receipt of material at our site. (3) Validity of Rates : 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid. (Minimum 120 Days are compulsory required). (4) Delivery Period : 1] Sample Approval Within 02 Months 2] Bulk Supply after sample Approval 02 Months (5) Please note that conditionally offers will liable to be ignored. (6) Bidder has to submit Certificate A and Integrity Pact with the seal of firm & signature of Tenderer. I / we read the above documents and agree for the Conditions of Tender & Supply (i.e. Clause No.1 to 83) of GSECL, UKAI, TPS and accordingly submitted my / our offer. Party can give acceptance of clause No.1 to 83 on a single paper instead of all 46 pages.
