3 9 Security Deposit 5% of LOA amount. The successful bidder shall have to pay SD by BG in favour of Bhavnagar Energy Company Limited. 10 Eligibility of Tenderer (1) Agency shall have PAN Number.. (2) Agency shall submit Bank Solvency [fresh, not older than one year] for amount not less than Rs lakhs (3) Agency shall be registered with GOG in class E1 and above. (4) Agency shall have valid GST registration with government department. (5) Agency shall have completed civil works not less than 15 lacs in last three years Tender received without tender fee and E.M.D. Will be out-rightly rejected. Company reserve the right to reject any or all tender or part thereof or split the work between more than one Tenderer, without assigning any reason thereof. The rates quoted shall be firm inclusive of ST and all other taxes being paid to Govt. Note:- 1) The Tenderer is requested to quote rates as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document. 2) Any conditional tender will not be entertained and will be rejected. 3) The Tenderer approved either by Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU/Municipality undertaking or license holder is not exempted by this company for paying E.M.D. & SD etc. 4) The Tenderer has to do this work strictly according to the drawings, estimates and specification provided by BECL. 5) It is specifically mentioned that the work is scheduled to be completed in 180 working days. Cleaning work shall not be carried on Sundays. 6) Cancelled cheque is required to be submitted along with details as per format given and appearing in this tender document.
