Challan Clearance Certificate up to JAN & Labor WCC Policy. 2) Tender will not be considered without certificate of satisfactory completion & Well Experience of earthing to Domestic consumer work of our company & Party has been provided Two Lacs Bank Solvency Certificate with Tender copy. 3) All above required documents must be submitted along with Tender Copy, otherwise the Tender will be rejected. 4) Non Transferable tender documents can be had from this office on production of Copy of tender Fee+GST Rs. 500/- by Cash during working hours A.M. to 3.30 P.M. upto. 5) Time Limit for work will be one year from the date of issue of order. 6) The last date of receiving tender by R.P.A.D. and acceptance of EMD is on up to 3.00 P.M. 7) EMD Payable by Cash or D.D. of Nationalize Branch on the name of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Palanpur-1 without payment of EMD Amount Tender will be cancelled. 8) The tender will be opened on Dtd. at 4.00 P.M. if possible. 9) Right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason there of is reserved by the undersigned. 10) Please mark you envelope "Tender for Providing special type of earthing to Domestic consumer premises " 11) After satisafactory completion of earthing earth resistance is within limit of 5 Ohm.

3 3 Taxes and Duties: The price ara excluding GST and CESS as applicable which will be paid extra on a given taxable goods and/or service within the original contractual delivery period. The anount and % of GST and CESS as applicable should cleary be indicated saperately. (GST/CESS means all applicable TAX/CESS under GST Laws. GST Laws means IGST Act, GST ( Compensation to the Stae for Loss of Revenue) Act, CGST Act, UGST Act and SGST Act and all related ancilliary legislation). Supplies/Contractor should charge GST in invoice at the rate as agreed to /mentioned in acceptance of Tender only and any deviation in the same shall not be accepted. Further any additional liability of GST (later on due to wrongmentioning of GST rate, mis interpretation of HSN/SAC code, etc.) over and above as charged in the invoice shall be borne by the Supplier/ Contractor. However, any refund received by the supplier / contractor on account og GST charged from the company, such refund shall have to be passed on to the company, along with interest if any. Such refund along with interest needs to be passed on suo-moto by the supplier/ Contractor. Further the company has a right to recover the amount of GST along with penal interest at the rate of 15% per annum if GST charged is not paid /short paid to the government or fail to upload the details or uploads inaccurate particulars on GSTIN portal by the Supplier/ Contractor within the stipulated time limit. In case, Govt. revises the rate of GST rate / Code during the tenure of the contract, the provision of UGVCL s statutory variation clause shall apply. STATUTORY VARIATION: Any statutory increase or decrease in the taxes and duties including GST and Cess as applicable or in the event of introduction of new tax/cess or cessation of existing tax/cess subsequent to contractors offer if it takes place within the original contractual delivery date will be to COMPANY s account subject to the claim being supported by documentary evidence. However, if any decrease takes place after the contractual delivery date, the advantage will have to be passed on to COMPANY. PENALTY FOR LATE DELIVERY: Penalty shall 0.5% per Week or part thereof plus GST as applicable on delayed portion subject to maximum 10% plus GST as applicable of the delayed portion Order Value ( End Cost with GST and Cess as applicable ) in case of supply only, whereas in case of Project, the ceiling shall be with reference to total contract value with GST and Cess as applicable of the project (Supply +Erection+Civil ). (1) Each earth terminal shall be provided by digging a pit of 1800mm x 600mm x 600mm. The pit shall be atleast 1200mm far from the nearest support. The contractor shall lower the earthing coil/ C I plate provided by the company i to the pit and make connection through to the external terminal of the metering point. The pit will be filled in by alternate layers of wood charcoal and salt cubes each of 30cms till the 1500MM from bottom. Remaining 300mm shall be refilled by earth dug out. The contractor N 1400 shall have to provide Wood charcoal and the O 357 salt cubes on his own. (2) The remaining material like Earth lead GI wire to the earth terminal of the metering point, Rigid PVC pipe to cover the lead wire, C I earthing plate / coil, sindries material like G I Nut bolts etc., shall be provided by the company.(3) Standered insulated copper wire of size 1/18 Sq.mm of ISI marked shall be provided by contractor to join mertering point & earth terminal point. Remark: After completion of earthing work eartth resistance is within limit AS PER REC STANDERED The rates quoted are % above/bellow to the scheduled rates as shown in SCHEDULE -B above. Engineer/Jr. Engineer of S/Dn. 2) Work will be carried out only on the feeder which is availed with line clear by Lineman or Jr. Engineer. 3) If any accident will occur, company will not be held responsible for any compensation to labor on contractor. 4) Contractor should observe labor laws as per prevailing rules of Govt. of Gujarat. 5) Pin binding of Pin Insulator must be with double strand of conductor. 6) If necessary order of one S/Dn. Will be transferred to other S/Dn. Depending upon requirement of UGVCL Palanpur-1 Division Office. Other Condition :- 1) Add in Tender Copy that the Contractor have to implement all the provisions of contract Labor Act, PF and Minimum wages act, payment of wages act, Gratuity act, Bonus act & other Labor laws. 2) Before placing the order Contractor have PF registration & Labor license. 3) Before starting the work contractor have to be submit copy of Group Insurance policy for contractor's labor. 4) After starting of work contractor have to be provided Register as per labor act & as per Provident fund act. 5) If contractor failed to implement above mentioned acts not provided required document Registers than 20% of bill amount should be withheld from each bill.
