4 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The tender must be submitted in sealed covers. 2. The Rates must be filled in the schedule B attached inclusive of all taxes, octroi, ST,GST,etc. 3. The tender duly completed shall be submitted before specified time and date in the office of the Executive Engineer, Division office Idar. The name of the tender, the description of supply, the due date and the time of opening should be subscribed on the cover. 4. The rates to be quoted for providing 5 Nos of Labor for loading & Unloading psc pole from pole factory to various sdn area under idar do and 1 nos labour as for dep. truck cleaner at IDAR DO STORE. 5. In case of any fatal or non fatal accident or injuries to any person, the responsibilities of tender, for any claim arising due to above, the tender will be solely responsible. The tender shall execute guarantee on stamp paper of Rs for above risk. 6. For any liabilities under Labour Laws, ID Act., Workman compensation Act. Or any other law or Act. Tender will be solely responsible. 7. The tender shall have to provide 5 Nos. of Labour to carry out the work immediately. If the tender fails to carry out the works the same work be carried out at your cost risk and penalty should be charge Rs. 2000/- per day. 8. The bill shall be prepared every month on the base or actual labour provided day to day and the payment will be made by RTGS subject to an advance stamp receipt being received from tender. 9. Income Tax will be deducted at the prevailing rates. 10. Jurisdiction will be IDAR. 11. The tender shall have to pay security deposit at 5% of the order Value Amount. 12. The rates shall be in force for a period of 18 months from the date of placing the order or till the order value is completed. 13. The rates shall be valid up to completion of time period from the date of placing the order. 14. Any loss of damage while Loading,Unloading,psc pole & Cleaning Work, the tender shall be responsible for the same. 15. Conditionally tender will not be considered. 16. The payment shall be made as per actual labour provided day to day. 17. In case of any difference or dispute the decision of Executive Engr, UGVCL,idar do shall be final and binding to the tender. 18. Other terms and dconditions as per the contract booklet of U.G.V.C.L. shall be applicable to this contact also. 19. Undersigned reserve the right to extend the order up to two months on completion of stipulated time limit at the same terms and condition or till the order value gets completed. 20. Payment of Earnest Money Deposit as Indicated in the Tender Notice shall be paid either in cash or by Demand Draft only in favor of the UGVCL on any Schedule Bank at part in case of the successful tender, whose tender has been accepted shall refused to pay the prescribed Security Deposit sign. And complete the contract documents his Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited by the Company. 21. The successful supplier will have to sign on agreement as per the UGVCL rules on a stamped paper and the necessary stamp duty charges shall be borne by the supplier. 22. Tender must return the form of tender with specification and the schedule duly signed by him. A tender not bearing signature of the tender on all the documents accompanying the tender is liable to be rejected. 23. Tender who do not fulfill all of any of the above conditions or are incomplete in any respect are liable to summary rejection. 24. The submission of tender by a tender implies that he has read these instructions, the condition of contract etc, and has made himself aware of the specification of work to be done. 25. The rates and amount shall be written both in words and figures and the units in words. The tender shall also show the grant total of the whole contract. The tender documents shall be written legibly

5 without erasing over writing or conversion of figures corrections where unavoidable shall be made by crossing out initialing, dating and rewriting. 26. The company or its officers who accept the tender shall have the right to reject all or any of the tender in part of full not be bound to accept the lowest not assign any reason whatever for the rejection of any tender or any item or all tenders. 27. No tender will be considered unless it is accompanied by an Income Tax clearance certificate issued by the competent authority in favor of the tender. 28. Under the Contract Labour (Regulations & Abolition) Act. And rules 1970 Contract Labour Registration is required. 29. During filling Tender Service Tax Code & Business Number is to be mentioned. 30. Successful tenderers has to submit Labour List whose P.F. is paid and copy of challan every month. 31. Successful tenders has to prepared required record such as (1) Wages / salary Register (2) Muster Roll (3) TDS / Income Tax Return (4) Books of Accounts (5) Copy of Challan ( PF & EPS ) (6) Submission of Return to PF Office. 32. The Tenderer has to make the arrangement of Crain as and when required. 33. The labour has to carry work as per instruction of Dy.Engr / JE Engr idar store. 34. The copy of PAN Card must be attached. 35. Latest copy of Income Tax return must be attached with the Tender. 36. Copy of Group Insurance policy of the issued labour under workmen compensation act nos skill labour will have to cary loading & unloading 20+20=40 psc pole /one day. In two trip of departmet truck. Labour will have to travel along with ugvcl department truck for loading of psc pole at idar pole factory &various destination to unloading of psc ploe as per instruction in charge engineer. If otherwise 20 pole will be consider half day labour charge will be paid to each labour. 38. If one side/trip km from pole factory to unloading psc pole destination are above 50km/in heally area. Then if loading & unloading of psc pole less than 40 pole will be carried out then it will decied by Engineer charge for payment of labour charge on receipt of certificate of DE TECH-1 IDAR DO. Full day labour charge paid. 39. If stock of pole will be only 20 at pole factory idar & daily 40 nos of pole will not be carted ( loading & unloading will be done) then full day labour charge will be paid.
