1 PROMOTION RULES 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 La Prolongation Promotion (hereinafter the Promotion ): A promotion held under the Sales Promotion Games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4) Loto-Québec: The Société des loteries du Québec, responsible for organizing the Promotion. 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1. Only people aged eighteen (18) or over who are residents of Québec for the duration of the Promotion may participate in the Promotion, for free. A piece of identification will be required to confirm the identity and eligibility of the winners. The contact information on the ID must match the information entered in the registration form To register for the Promotion, an eligible person must be the holder of a scratch ticket for the Promotion with a valid Internet code, that is, Canadiens edition number (hereinafter an Eligible ticket ). 3. HOW TO ENTER 3.1. To participate in the Promotion, eligible persons must: a. go to the Promotion page lotoquebec.com/canadiens, click on the La Prolongation Promotion link and do the following: i. Fill out the registration form to create an account for the Promotion. All mandatory fields must be completed. Mandatory fields include the first and last name, postal code, and a valid telephone number and address. ii. iii. Enter the 15-character Internet code indicated on their Eligible ticket. The number of entries to which eligible persons are entitled (from 3 to 5) will be revealed by animation (in the form of pucks). Assign the entries obtained to the desired categories of prizes to be won. There are three (3) prize categories to which entries can be assigned. Once assigned, entries may be reassigned to another prize category by the eligible person at any time until the corresponding registration deadline. In the event that entries remain unassigned after the registration deadline, they will automatically be assigned to prize category 1, cash prize Internet codes are valid only for one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) person per entry.

Loto-Québec will not accept registrations by phone or mail Registration forms that have been amended, are incomplete, contain any errors of any kind or are not compliant with the provisions set out herein shall be deemed invalid Eligible persons must keep their Eligible ticket with the valid Internet code to claim a prize. 4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion begins at 9 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, October 2, 2017, and ends at 11:59 (EDT) on April 1, The draws are held every second day of each month, from November 2017 to April DRAWS AND PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS 5.1. The random draws for the Promotion will be held in the form of electronic draws using the Loto-Québec electronic system from all duly registered entries submitted in compliance with the terms of these rules, in accordance with the eligibility periods set out below, to determine eighteen (18) winners during the Promotion period The eligibility periods and corresponding draws are as follows: DRAW ELIGIBILITY PERIOD (PERIOD DURING WHICH ENTRIES MUST BE REGISTERED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CORRESPONDING DRAW) From October 2 at 9 a.m. (EDT) to November 1 at 11:59 (EDT) From November 2 at 0:00 (EDT) to December 1 at 11:59 (EST) From December 2 at 0:00 (EST) to January 1 at 11:59 (EST) From January 2 at 0:00 (EST) to February 1 at 11:59 (EST) From February 2 at 0:00 (EST) to March 1 at 11:59 (EST) From March 2 at 0:00 (EST) to April 1 at 11:59 (EDT) CORRESPONDING DRAW DATE: November 2, 2017 December 2, 2017 January 2, 2018 February 2, 2018 March 2, 2018 April 2, Once duly registered, entries are valid only for the draw corresponding to the draw eligibility period for the target period, as set out in section 5.2 herein, and are not valid for subsequent draws.

4 PROMOTION RULES The winners will be contacted by phone by a Loto-Québec staff member, who will confirm the prize based on the information on the form. Winners can submit their contact information or present themselves in person at Loto-Québec s Montreal or Quebec Prize Claim Office (contact information available upon request) within five (5) working days of being contacted. In both cases, they will also have to provide proof of identity and the original of their Eligible ticket, which has been awarded a winning Internet code. The winners will then receive their prize by registered mail. Winners who cannot be reached within the seven (7) days following the draw, who do not meet the conditions set out in these rules or who do not submit their contact information within said five (5) business days delay after being contacted will lose the right to the prize. Another draw will be held until a valid and compliant entry is drawn and the winner meets all the conditions set out in these rules, in which case the terms described above will apply All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be redeemed for cash (with the exception of cash prizes), exchanged or transferred. 6. PUBLICATION OF WINNERS NAMES The first and last names and photos or videos of the winners may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the purposes of the draws described in section 5, but for advertising purposes, including online (including in social media). Winners waive the right to claim any broadcast, print, advertising or other compensation of any kind whatsoever. 7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 7.1. Participants must reside in Québec All fees and costs that are not specifically stated as being included in the prize are not included, particularly costs related to transportation, accommodations, meals and beverages that are not included, personal expenses or other related costs. They shall be assumed by the person who is eligible for the Promotion Loto-Québec reserves the right to cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, or to delay it for any reason whatsoever or in the event of Acts of God or force majeure. Loto-Québec may also amend these rules at any time, in which case the amended rules shall be made available to the public The results of each draw are determined by Loto-Québec in compliance with these rules and the data in its computer systems. Loto-Québec declines all liability to anyone if the Promotion is cancelled, delayed or modified, or in the event of failure or improper functioning of any computer system.

5 PROMOTION RULES Loto-Québec reserves the right to replace any prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equivalent value Loto-Québec cannot be held responsible for any other incident or event that prevents anyone from meeting the conditions or deadlines set out in these rules for claiming their prize As applicable, winners undertake to respect the conditions specific to the prize awarded and to ensure that their guests do as well. 8. DISPUTES Any dispute relating to the conduct of this Promotion and/or the awarding of prizes shall be governed by these rules and by the Sales Promotion Games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4). Any legal action must be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in the district of Montréal, to the exclusion of any other district.
