1 Nashville Predators 2012 BRIDGESTONE NHL WINTER CLASSIC PROMOTION The Official Rules ( Official Rules ) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. The Nashville Hockey Club LP, d/b/a the Nashville Predators ( Administrator ) 2012 BRIDGESTONE NHL WINTER CLASSIC PROMOTION (the "Promotion") entry period begins at 12:00 AM CT on November 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 9, 2011 (the "Entry Period"), when all entries must be received. Central Time shall control for all purposes of this Promotion. The Promotion is governed by these Official Rules, and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. 1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry or the legal age of majority in their home state (the Participant ). Void in the states of Florida, New York and Rhode Island. Full-time and part-time employees, officers and representatives of the Administrator, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations and Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Center, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee/officer/representative are not eligible. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, stepsiblings or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Promotion or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator-designated judges, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Promotion. 2. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter: During the Promotion Period either (i) log on to to register, or (ii) visit a participating Nashville, Tennessee area Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Center and fill out an entry form (available while supplies last). Each participant must complete the Promotion registration form, providing their first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (including area code), date of birth, and address. Only one entry per person/ address will be accepted. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in voiding of all entries and disqualification. Online entries must be manually key-stroked. No entries will be accepted by mail or by delivery to the offices of the Administrator. All entries must be received by 12:00 pm Central Standard Time on December 9, 2011 and must contain all the information listed above in order to be valid. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entries submitted to the Website will be 1

2 deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Mechanically altered or reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of Administrator upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. 3. Random Drawing; Odds Of Winning: Four (4) potential winners will be selected by the Administrator-designated judges from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about December 13, Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 4. Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified via on or about December 13, 2011 (the Notification ) and will be required to respond in the manner required by the Notification within 24 hours from the Notification being sent. The Administrator may require the winner and their guest to sign and return to the Administrator an affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the Affidavit ) and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by the Administrator. In the event: (a) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (b) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Promotion or receive the prize, (c) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (d) potential winner's prize notification is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, or (e) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Promotion and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Administrator's sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received. 5. Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) from Nashville, Tennessee to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, including flight (coach air travel), hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) and two (2) tickets to the 2012 Bridgestone Winter Classic, which is scheduled to be played on January 2, 2012 at Citizens Bank Park. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary as set by Administrator. The date of the game may not be substituted. Total Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of Grand Prize will be Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($2,100.00). Ground transportation is not included. Food and beverages are not included. No responsibility is assumed by Administrator for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events. Administrator will not provide any money for any expenses incurred as a result of winner s participation in the Promotion or the claiming or use of the prize, including, but not limited to, transportation and other incidental expenses incurred by the winner or winner s guests while claiming or using the prize. In the event that the Grand Prize winner is a current resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, winner will receive a cash prize equal to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in lieu of the cost of plane tickets and hotel accommodations. ONE (1) FIRST RUNNER UP PRIZE: The first runner up will receive a VIP bench seats experience (the VIP Experience ) at a Nashville Predators regular season home game on a date to be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. The VIP Experience shall include (i) four (4) bench seats tickets, (ii) dinner for four (4) people in the Patron Platinum Club prior to the game, excluding alcohol, and (iii) and 2

3 a VIP tour of Bridgestone Arena for four (4) people. Total ARV of First Runner Up Prize: Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). ONE (1) SECOND RUNNER UP PRIZE: The second runner up will receive one (1) set of Bridgestone tires and one (1) Firestone lifetime alignment coupon (the Coupon ) redeemable for free alignment of any tires purchased at any participating Nashvillearea Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Center. Total ARV of Second Runner Up Prize: Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00). Receipt of tires is dependent upon availability and make/model of winner s vehicle. Coupon is valid at any participating Nashville-area Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Center and is subject to terms/conditions indicated thereon. ONE (1) THIRD RUNNER UP PRIZE: The third runner up will receive three (3) oil changes at a participating Nashville area Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Center. ARV of Third Runner Up Prize: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). All prizes claimed will be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution or replacement of prize or any prize component permitted, except that Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). ARV of all prizes is in U.S. dollars. A valid picture ID of winner is required to obtain prizes. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The winner agrees that the prizes will not be transferred, sold, nor used in any other manner in direct promotion of any business. The prizes must be utilized by the winner selected by the Administrator. 6. Publicity; Use of Personal Information: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner's acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's agreement and consent for Administrator to use and/or publish winner's full name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, entry, pictures, portraits, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Promotion or Administrator, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Administrator, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if winner is a Tennessee resident, receipt of prize is NOT contingent upon winner furnishing such consent to Administrator. 7. No Tampering; Right to Cancel, Modify: Administrator and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to Participants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) Participants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Promotion or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or 3

4 difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Administrator s reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or prize related activities. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or with any Website promoting the Promotion; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Promotion multiple times through the use of multiple addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Promotion, Administrator reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Promotion, including the entire Promotion, and/or modify the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Notice of such action by Administrator will be posted at and/or at participating Nashville area Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Centers. The Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 8. Release of Liabilities; Disclaimer of Warranty; Forum Selection Clause: The Administrator is not responsible for any failure to access nashvillepredators.com or the Promotion section due to technical difficulties with nashvillepredators.com's host provider, an electrical/electronic failure, acts of God, or any other Internetrelated malfunction. The Administrator is not responsible for any system malfunction on the part of the Administrator s Internet service provider, host provider, hardware or software or for any system malfunction on the part of the entrant (including but not limited to, any system malfunction with the entrant s Internet service provider or computer (hardware or software)). The Administrator is not responsible for any technical malfunction as it relates to any virus or worm contracted by the entrant as a result of entering the Promotion. It is assumed that the entrant will have adequate virus protection. The Administrator is not responsible if any potential winner notification is not received by telephone or for any reason due to inaccurate contact information provided at the time of entry or if the it sends to a potential winner is misdirected or bounces back or is intercepted by SPAM or other filters. By participating in the Promotion, Participants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Administrator, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC, Firestone Complete Auto Care Service Centers, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death, which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Promotion-related or prize-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to Participants or to any other person's computer, regardless of how caused, relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with 4

5 this Promotion. Participants and winners acknowledge that Administrator has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or any component thereof, including, but not limited to, express warranties provided by the supplier of the prize (or any component thereof) or their affiliates. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Administrator in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee. In addition, any dispute relating to the Promotion (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in Davidson County, State of Tennessee. Participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have. Participant further agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and Participant hereby waives all rights to Claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 9.
