1 EVENT RULES Cirque ELIGIBILITY Only persons eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Cirque 2017 event (hereafter referred to as the Event ), provided they are Espacejeux.com customers, residents of Québec and not registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program, and have validated their identity in one of two possible ways. Employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (SCQ) or of Loto-Québec s Présidence des opérations Loteries (POL) are not eligible for the Event. 2. DURATION OF THE EVENT The Event will be held from 3:00:00 a.m. on January 12, 2017, to 2:59:59 a.m. on February 10, HOW TO PARTICIPATE To participate in Parts 1 to 4 of the Event, eligible persons must first register by entering the appropriate promo code where indicated in their Espacejeux account. To enter the promo code to participate in Parts 1 to 4 of the Event, first click on My Account, located in the upper right-hand corner of the Espacejeux.com screen, then on My Promotions in the menu at the left. The number of entries earned in Parts 1 to 4 of the Event will be doubled when persons eligible for the Event place a bet or conduct a transaction using real money playing the Kooza slot machine on Espacejeux.com. 3.1 PART 1: EXCLUSIVE TRIP TO LAS VEGAS To participate in Part 1 of the Event, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code VEGAS where indicated in their Espacejeux account. Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Event period. 3.2 Once duly registered in accordance with Section 3.1 of the rules herein, persons eligible for the Event will automatically receive one (1) entry for the draw in Part 1 of the Event, provided that they place at least fifty dollars ($50) in bets using real money in the Lotteries, Casino (including slot machines, EZ games, table games /CL.ch Règles évémenet Cirque 2017

2 EVENT RULES 2 and video poker), Expérience, Bingo (including card purchases and mini games) or Sports Betting sections. Bets are cumulative. Bets placed with free bets are not included. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed during the Event. 3.3 PART 2: VOLTA 2017 SHOW To participate in Part 2 of the Event, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code CIRQUE where indicated in their Espacejeux account. Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Event period. 3.4 Once duly registered in accordance with Section 3.3 of the rules herein, persons eligible for the Event will automatically receive one (1) entry for the draw in Part 2 of the Event, provided that they place at least twenty-five dollars ($25) in bets using real money in the Lotteries, Casino (including slot machines, EZ games, table games and video poker), Expérience, Bingo (including card purchases and mini games) or Sports Betting sections. Bets are cumulative. Bets placed with free bets are not included. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed during the Event. 3.5 PART 3: CIRQUE DU SOLEIL EDITION LOTTERY TICKETS To participate in Part 3 of the Event, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code SOLEIL where indicated in their Espacejeux account. Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Event period. 3.6 Once duly registered in accordance with Section 3.5 of the rules herein, persons eligible for the Event will automatically receive one (1) entry for the draw in Part 3 of the Event, provided that they place at least ten dollars ($10) in bets using real money in the Lotteries, Casino (including slot machines, EZ games, table games and video poker), Expérience, Bingo (including card purchases and mini games) or Sports Betting sections. Bets are cumulative. Bets placed with free bets are not included. There is no limit to the number of entries allowed during the Event. 3.7 PART 4 CASH PRIZES To participate in Part 4 of the Event, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code BONI where indicated in their Espacejeux account. Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Event period.

3 EVENT RULES Once duly registered in accordance with Section 3.7 of the rules herein, persons eligible for the Event will automatically receive one (1) entry for the draw in Part 4 of the Event, provided that they conduct a transaction using real money in the Lotteries, Casino (including slot machines, EZ games, table games and video poker), Expérience, Bingo (including card purchases and mini games) or Sports Betting sections. Bets placed with free bets are not included. Only one (1) entry will be allowed per eligible person per day for the entire Event period. 4. DRAWS AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES PART 1: EXCLUSIVE TRIP TO LAS VEGAS 4.1 The random electronic draw in Part 1 of the Event will be conducted on February 10, 2017, at the SCQ s head office in Montréal using Loto-Québec s computer system in order to determine one (1) winner. The draw for Part 1 of the Event will be conducted among all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein, supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ employee on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that the entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.2 In the event that the entry drawn is deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, the winner will receive a travel credit for an exclusive trip to Las Vegas, including a unique Cirque du Soleil experience, worth five thousand one hundred dollars ($5,100) from Laurier Du Vallon Travel, 1 or a lump sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) in cash, 2 which will be deposited in the winner s Espacejeux account. 1 The travel credit is not refundable or transferable and will be valid for one (1) year from the date of the draw, i.e. until February 10, The package will be offered according to availability at the time reservations are made. The prize is valued at five thousand one hundred ($5,100) for a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for two (2) persons. In the event that the described package is not available on selected dates or at the same cost, the draw winner will be entitled to a Laurier Du Vallon travel credit worth five thousand one hundred dollars ($5,100) applicable on any Laurier Du Vallon vacation package or cruise. Other conditions apply. 2 The cash will be deposited directly in the customer s Espacejeux account approximately seventy-two (72) hours after the draw. The cash prize may be used to play any game on Espacejeux.com and may be cashed or withdrawn. Other conditions may apply.

4 EVENT RULES 4 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 4.3 Should the entry drawn be deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 4.2 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. PART 2: VOLTA 2017 SHOW 4.4 The random electronic draw in Part 2 of the Event will be conducted on February 10, 2017, at the SCQ s head office in Montréal using Loto-Québec s computer system in order to determine five (5) winners. The draw for Part 2 of the Event will be conducted among all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein, supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ employee on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that the entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.5 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, each of the five (5) winners will receive one (1) pair of tickets for any available performance of Cirque du Soleil s Volta 2017 show in Montréal or Gatineau. The pair of tickets will be remitted in the form of a gift certificate worth approximately two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 4.6 Should an entry drawn be deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 4.5 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. PART 3: CIRQUE DU SOLEIL EDITION LOTTERY TICKETS 4.7 The random electronic draw in Part 3 of the Event will be conducted on February 10, 2017, at the SCQ s head office in Montréal using Loto-Québec s computer system in order to determine ten (10) winners.

5 EVENT RULES 5 The draw for Part 3 of the Event will be conducted among all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein, supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ employee on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that the entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.8 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, each of the ten (10) winners will receive a prize consisting in ten (10) Cirque du Soleil edition lottery tickets. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 4.9 Should an entry drawn be deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 4.8 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. PART 4: FREE BET PRIZES 4.10 The random electronic draw in Part 4 of the Event will be conducted on February 10, 2017, at the SCQ s head office in Montréal using Loto-Québec s computer system in order to determine ten (10) winners. The draw for Part 4 of the Event will be conducted among all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein, supervised by a Marketing Department representative and performed by the SCQ employee on duty who will activate the draw system. The Marketing Department representative will check that the entry drawn is valid and compliant with the rules herein. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: 4.11 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, each of the ten (10) winners will receive a prize worth one hundred dollars ($100) in free bets 3 applicable to Espacejeux.com slot machine games on the classic and mobile platforms. 3 The free bets are offered as promotional gaming credits applicable to slot machine games on Espacejeux.com s classic and mobile platforms. Promotional gaming credits may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred, and are only valid for thirty (30) days following their deposit in the Espacejeux account. Other conditions may apply.

6 EVENT RULES 6 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 4.12 Should an entry drawn be deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein, another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 4.11 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. 5. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SCQ staff member will all Part 1 to 4 Event winners determined in accordance with Section 4 of the rules herein to confirm their respective win and provide details and terms for claiming their prize. Winners of Parts 1 to 3 will have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm acceptance of their respective prize, failing which they will not be entitled to the prize or any compensation of any kind whatsoever. Another entry will then be selected, and so forth until a valid and compliant entry is determined and the person selected complies with the conditions stated in the rules herein. The SCQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and confirmed and the person has complied with the rules herein, the prize described in Section 4 will be awarded according to the terms indicated by the SCQ. Part 3 prizes will be delivered to winners by mail at the postal address indicated in the customer s Espacejeux account. 6. NAME, ADDRESS AND PHOTOGRAPH The name, address, photograph or video of the winners, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet (including in social media). Winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 7.1 Each eligible person may participate in all four Parts of the Event and win the prize associated with each Part. 7.2 Each eligible person may only win one (1) prize per Part in Parts 2 to 4 during the entire Event period.

7 EVENT RULES This Event may not be combined with any other event, promotion or offer. 7.4 Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred, except for the exclusive trip to Las Vegas. 7.5 The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 7.6 The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Event, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. 7.7 The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Event be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. 7.8 The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 7.9 The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Event The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines The SCQ declines all liability with regard to the inadequate resolution of file photos received or the transmission failure of a photo needed for eligibility and prize award purposes A winner who is registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program at the time a prize is claimed will not be entitled to receive said prize All expenses and costs not specifically indicated in the rules herein as being part of the exclusive travel package to Las Vegas are excluded, particularly meals and beverages, excursions, travel insurance, passport fees, gratuities, as well as personal or other incidental expenses. 8. DISPUTES Persons eligible for this Promotion agree to comply with the rules described herein as well as all other applicable rules and conditions indicated on the Espacejeux.com website. Any dispute relating to this Event, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4).
