1 Promotion Terms and Conditions - CHECK THE GROUNDING - Super Rugby and NRL Multi Refund and Prize Draw 2018 Promotion General Terms and Conditions 1. All Entrants ( Entrants ) who participate in this TAB CHECK THE GROUNDING Super Rugby & NRL Multi Refund Offer and Prize Draw Promotion (the Promotion ) are deemed to accept these terms and conditions of entry. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and the New Zealand Racing Board ( NZRB or TAB ) takes no responsibility for such entries. All times given in these terms and conditions are references to New Zealand Local Time. All references to dollars given in these terms and conditions are references to New Zealand dollars. 2. The Promotion Entry Period opens at 12:01AM on Wednesday 7 March 2018 and closes at 11.59PM on Monday 30 April 2018 (the Promotion Period ). 3. To be eligible for entry in this Promotion an Entrant must: Be eighteen (18) years of age or over at the time that an Entrant first participates in the Promotion during the Promotion Period; and Be a customer of the TAB that holds a TAB Account with the NZRB during the Promotion Period. 4. The NZRB reserves the right to require any Entrant to produce identification to verify his or her age and his or her identity. Super Rugby and NRL Multi Refund offer 5. The Promotion applies to a bet that: Is a Multi bet with 5 or more legs/options ( excluding Boxed Multi bets ); Contains only Super Rugby and/or NRL Rugby League betting options; Is placed through a TAB betting account (a Promotion Account ); Is placed during the Promotion Period; and Contains only legs/options that are resulted during the Promotion Period (a Promotion Bet ). 6. For the avoidance of doubt, a Promotion Bet may be made up of entirely Super Rugby bets, entirely NRL Rugby League bets, or a combination of both. 7. Entrants who make a Promotion Bet that loses, but only misses by 1 leg only (i.e only 1 leg of the Multi Bet is unsuccessful, and all other legs of the Multi Bet are correct), will have the amount of their Promotion Bet refunded up to a maximum value of $20 (twenty) NZD, paid in the form of an account credit into the Entrant s Promotion Account ( Promotion Refund ). 8. Entrants are only entitled to one (1) Promotion Refund per day during the Promotion Period.

For the purpose of condition 8, the day on which the final leg of any Promotion Bet (for which a Promotion Refund is earned in accordance with condition 8) is resulted, will be considered the day on which a Promotion Refund was awarded (irrespective of when payment of the Promotion Refund is actually made into the Entrants Promotion Account), and no other Promotion Refund will be awarded to an Entrant for that day. 10. The Promotion Refund is not transferable or otherwise able to be exchanged or modified. 11. All Promotion Refunds will be processed into an Entrant s Promotion Account within 2 business days of the final leg of the applicable Promotion Bet resulting. 12. Promotion refunds will be provided to Entrants for the purposes of betting. The promotion refund value will need to be used to place a bet before it is able to be withdrawn. Check the Grounding Grand Prize Draw 15. Entrants whose Promotion Account is eligible for TAB Promotional Contact ( Promo Eligible TAB Customer ) will also earn entries towards the Grand Prize Draw by placing Promotion Bets. 16. Promo Eligible TAB Customers will get one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Draw for every Promotion Bet that they place, regardless of whether that Promotion Bet qualifies for a Promotion Refund (a Grand Prize Draw Entry ). 17. For each Promotion Bet that includes a leg from a match that includes the Vodafone New Zealand Warriors, the Promo Eligible TAB Customer will receive an additional one (1) Bonus Entry ( Warriors Leg Bonus Entry ). So for Promotion Bets that qualify for a Warriors Leg Bonus Entry, the Promo Eligible TAB Customer will receive a total of two (2) Grand Prize Draw Entries. 18. At 12:01 AM on Tuesday 1 May 2018, all Promo Eligible TAB Customers who have a Grand Prize Draw Entry total of one (1) or more will be automatically entered by the NZRB into the draw to win a Grand Prize. 19. At 10:00 AM on Wednesday 2 May 2018 a random electronic draw from all Grand Prize Entry Totals will take place in the presence of a designated NZRB representative in order to determine the Grand Prize Winner. 20. The first entry drawn will be declared the Grand Prize Draw Winner. 21. The Grand Prize Draw Winner will receive a NZ Warriors match experience to be shared with three (3) friends ( Prize Companions ) which will include: a. Return domestic flights from Hamilton/Wellington/Christchurch/Dunedin (if the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) Prize Companions reside outside of Auckland) for the Grand Prize Winner and for three (3) Prize Companions to Auckland. Departing on Saturday 26 May 2018 and Returning on Sunday 27 May For the avoidance of doubt, it will be Grand Prize Winner and any Prize Companions responsibility to arrange, at their own cost, transport or transfers the

3 relevant airport; b. One (1) night s accommodation (2 x twin share rooms at Sky City Hotel, Auckland) for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) Prize Companions in Auckland on Saturday 26 May 2018; c. Four (4) tickets to a NZ Warriors match (scheduled to be Warriors vs Rabbitohs) at Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday 26 May 2018; d. Food and drinks (house beer, wine and spirits) and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the duration of the match; and e. One (1) NZ Warriors replica match jersey signed by the 2018 NZ Warriors team; and f. A match-day experience facilitated by the NZ Warriors organisation. The NZRB makes no warranties or guarantees as to the quality of the match-day experience. (the Grand Prize Package ) 22. For the avoidance of doubt, the Grand Prize Package does not include any spending money, airport transfers or travel allowance. 23. For the avoidance of doubt, flights will only be provided as part of the Grand Prize Package if determined to be required by the NZRB (at its sole discretion). Grand Prize Winners any Prize Companions located either Auckland or north of Auckland will not receive flights as a part of the Grand Prize Package. If flights are required, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Prize Companions need to make their own way two and from Hamilton/ Wellington/ Christchurch/ Dunedin airport, and they may not depart from separate locations or on separate flights. The NZRB retains the exclusive right to determine if flights are necessary as a part of the Grand Prize Package. 24. The NZRB is not responsible for any costs, expenses or losses incurred by the Grand Prize Winner or any of his/her Prize Companions, including if the Grand Prize Winner or any of his/her Prize Companions miss any flight, any flight is delayed, or any other event occurs which is beyond the control of the NZRB and causes further expense to be incurred by the Grand Prize Winner or any of his/her Prize Companions. 25. There will be only one (1) Grand Prize Draw and there is only one (1) Grand Prize Package to be won. 26. The Grand Prize Package is to be claimed on Saturday 26 May 2018 to Sunday 27 May If the Grand Prize Winner cannot travel or attend on these specified dates, the NZRB reserves the right to randomly redraw another Grand Prize Winner on the same terms and conditions as the original Grand Prize Draw. 27. Subject to condition 21(f), if the Grand Prize Package (or any part of the Grand Prize Package) is unavailable for any reason, the NZRB, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize Package (or part of the Grand Prize Package) with a prize to the equal monetary value. The Grand Prize Package, or any unused portion of the Grand Prize Package, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services, or otherwise transferred or modified. 28. The NZRB will contact the Grand Prize Draw Winner via telephone on the phone number registered against the Grand Prize winners Promo Yes TAB Account. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are current.

If the NZRB is unable to contact the Grand Prize Winner by 12 noon on Friday 9 May 2017, having made reasonable efforts to do so, his/her entry will be declared invalid and the NZRB reserves the right to redraw another Grand Prize Winner on the same terms and conditions as the original Grand Prize Draw. 30. The Grand Prize Winner agrees to be involved in any reasonable promotional activities stipulated by the NZRB (without compensation), including but not limited to photographs and the publication of the Grand Prize Winner s name, place of residence and any images. The NZRB will own the copyright in any such images and photograph(s) and in all material incorporating the photograph(s) or film. Promotion- General Terms and Conditions Continued 31. The NZRB reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any Promotion Bet or Grand Prize Entry and to disqualify any person who submitted a Promotion Bet or Grand Prize Entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who tampers with the entry process or attempts to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. 32. The following persons are not eligible to enter this Promotion or win the Grand Prize: a. Board members, employees, agents (and agent s employees) and contractors of either the NZRB or Vodafone New Zealand Warriors; and b. Any excluded customer of the NZRB (being a customer who has self-excluded from the NZRB s products/premises, as well as any customer who has been excluded by the NZRB); and c. Directors, Employees, agents (and agent s employees) and contractors of Skinny Marketing; and d. Any customer involved in TAB accounts established for a syndicate, commercial or group use. 33. If this Promotion cannot be run as planned for reasons beyond the control of the NZRB, the NZRB reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion. 34. The NZRB takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, Acts of God or otherwise. 35. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the NZRB and any person in connection with this Promotion are not liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage whatsoever suffered or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with: a. Participation in this Promotion; or b. The use of the Grand Prize; or c. The administration of this Promotion. 36. Failure by the NZRB to enforce any of its rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 37. Any personal information provided by a Check The Grounding Participant participating in this Promotion will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

The NZRB will not disclose the personal information provided by Entrants as part of the Promotion to any person, organisation, agency or other third party except as provided for by these conditions, the NZRB General Terms and Conditions, the Betting Rules or as may otherwise be required by law. Entrants may request access to their personal information or may request that their personal information be removed from the database, or corrected, by contacting the NZRB.
