The promoter of this competition is the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABN ), 700 Harris Street, Ultimo, New South Wales, Australia. 2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any instructions relating to the competition on the promoter s website form part of these Terms and Conditions. 3. The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 4. Entry into the competition is free. ELIGIBILITY 5. Entry to the competition is open to residents of the greater Brisbane area. 6. An entrant s residential postcode will determine whether the entrant resides in the greater Brisbane area for the purpose of this competition. 7. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the promoter and any person associated with the competition, or with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter. 8. Entrants must be 18 years or over. COMPETITION PERIOD 9. The competition opens at 5am AEST on Monday 11 February 2013 and closes at 6pm AEST on Sunday 17 February Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries. HOW TO ENTER 11. To enter the competition, you must: a. Correctly match all 7 featured artworks with the 612 ABC Brisbane presenter who owns that artwork on b. Submit your entry and your name, postal address, address and daytime telephone number via the entry form on the website at While you may enter the competition more than once, you cannot win more than one prize. You must submit a properly completed entry form each time you wish to enter the competition.

2 YOUR ENTRY 13. All entries become the property of the promoter and will not be returned to the entrants. PRIZES 14. All correct entries in the competition go into a random draw. The draw will be held at 10am AEST on Monday 18 February 2013 at ABC Brisbane, 114 Grey Street South Brisbane. The promoter will randomly select one (1) winner from the draw and five (5) runners up. 15. The major prize winner will receive: a. Return economy flights for winner and one guest from Brisbane to Canberra b. Two (2) nights twin share accommodation, including breakfast, at 4.5 star hotel for winner and guest on Friday 22 February March 2013 and Saturday 23 March c. A special Toulouse-Lautrec event for all ABC Local Radio and Classic FM winners at the National Gallery of Australia on the evening of Friday 22 March 2013: d. A glass of champagne in the National Gallery of Australia s Sculpture Bar. e. An introduction to the Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition by National Gallery Director Ron Radford, ABC Local Radio presenter Tony Delroy and Classic FM presenter Emma Ayres and a curated tour of the exhibition. f. This will be followed by an exclusive cocktail function hosted by H.E. Mr. Stéphane Romatet at the Ambassador s Residence. Cocktail event entails drinks and canapés g. Transport for winners between the National Gallery, the French Ambassador s Residence and the hotel on Friday 22 March h. 1 x complimentary exhibition catalogue of Toulouse-Lautrec: Paris and the Moulin Rouge. 16. The five minor prize winners will each receive: a. 1 x complimentary exhibition catalogue of Toulouse-Lautrec: Paris and the Moulin Rouge (valued at $49.95 (incl. GST) 17. The major prize is valued at approximately $ (incl. GST) and each minor prize pack is valued at $49.95 (incl. GST). 18. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $ (incl. GST). 19. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. 20. Prize winners must comply with any third party terms and conditions relevant to the prize e.g. in relation to any airfares, accommodation, and/or tickets as applicable. 21. The promoter shall not be responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the prize. The prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with using the prize including (if applicable) travel and/or transfer costs, expenses with respect to food and beverages, travel and medical insurance costs and spending money.

3 22. The prize winner must be available to redeem the prize on the dates stipulated by the promoter. If the prize winner is not able to redeem the prize on that date, the promoter may determine another prize winner in its discretion. 23. No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. 24. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the promoter s control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. 25. Prize winners must comply with any third party terms and conditions relevant to the prize, NGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS: a. Prizes, or any element of the prize, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes will only be awarded to the designated winner as nominated by the relevant ABC Radio Station. b. All flights, accommodation and tours are subject to availability and once booked any additional changes to the bookings including changes to dates and/or times or persons flying are at the expense of the winner and/or guest. c. Unless otherwise stated, accommodation means twin share accommodation and flights mean best fare return economy. d. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses and organisation (including travel to and from the event/departure point) are the responsibility of the winner and their guest/s. e. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the NGA reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. f. Once prizes have left the NGA s premises, the NGA takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. g. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize. h. In consideration for the NGA providing the prize to the winner, the winner hereby permits the winner s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner s participation in the prize to appear in connection with the NGA or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever throughout the world and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. i. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the NGA then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. j. If the prize is date specific it is not valid for any other date. The prize must be taken at the time specified by the Promoter and the NGA and must coincide with the dates of the scheduled event. If a winner and/or travelling companion are, for whatever reason, unable to take the prize on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter and the NGA then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof. k. The NGA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered

4 (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. l. The winner and their guest will not be entered into the Renault Prize Draw associated with the exhibition; if the winner and their guest wish to enter the Renault Prize Draw they will need to purchase tickets to the exhibition independently of the ABC Radio private exhibition viewing. m. The NGA is The National Gallery of Australia, Parkes Place, Parkes ACT 2600 WINNER NOTIFICATION 26. The prize draw will occur within 1 day of the competition closing date. The prize winners will be notified within 2 days of the prize draw by mail, telephone or and announced on 612 ABC Brisbane. Prize winners will also be notified in writing within 7 days of the prize draw. Please allow at 14 days from the date of notification for the delivery of the prize. 27. In the event that the prize winner is unable to be contacted, the Promoter will retain the prize for one (1) week from the date of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within one (1) week of the date of the draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner for the unclaimed prize. The re-draw will take place on Monday 25 February 2013 at ABC Brisbane, 114 Grey Street South Brisbane. Re-draw prize winners will be notified as set out in above. GENERAL 28. Any attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the promoter s website or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this competition is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 29. You warrant that: a. all details provided with your entry are true and accurate; b. you have all necessary rights to grant the promoter the rights granted under these Terms and Conditions; c. use of your entry by the promoter, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will not infringe the rights of any third parties; d. your entry does not breach any law; and you will indemnify the promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of these warranties. 30. You acknowledge that the promoter is under no obligation to use your entry, and any reproduction and/or communication of your entry to the public by the promoter (in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) is at the complete discretion of the promoter. 31. You agree that the promoter may use your personal details provided to the promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition. The promoter may disclose your personal information to its contractors, agents, any co-promoter and to State and Territory gaming departments, to assist in conducting this competition. Prize winners

The promoter may also use your personal information for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the promoter, subject to the ABC s Privacy Policy available at If there is any event that prevents or hinders the promoter s conduct of the competition or the promoter s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s, the promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner. 33. The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any failure of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. 34. To the full extent permitted by the law, the promoter will not be liable for any death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit and the prize winner s failure to comply with the terms and conditions (if any) specified by any third party.
