1 PROMOTION RULES Kinzo to the Rescue 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 Kinzo to the Rescue (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE PROMOTION ): 1.2 SEJQ Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4). The Société des loteries du Québec, on behalf of the Société des établissements de jeux du Québec inc., responsible for organizing the Promotion. 1.3 PARTICIPATING HALLS Kinzo halls linked to the SEJQ s network. 1.4 PROMOTIONAL ROUND Round that is added once (1) per hour in the regular Kinzo game program during the Promotion period. These rounds are identified by the Promotion logo. 1.5 NETWORK DRAW 2. ELIGIBILITY Draw conducted at the end of a particular promotional round from all activated non-winning tickets issued by all participating halls. Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who visit a Kinzo hall during the Promotion may participate. SEJQ or Kinzo hall employees and administrators may not participate in the Promotion. 3. DURATION 3.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW Part 1 of the Promotion will take place on Saturdays in October, i.e. on October 6, 13, 20 and 27, between noon and 2:01 a.m. 3.2 PART 2: NETWORK DRAW Part 2 of the Promotion will take place on Saturdays in October, i.e. on October 6, 13, 20 and 27, between 6 p.m. and midnight.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 4.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW Persons eligible for the Promotion may participate in Part 1 of the Promotion, provided that they place their non-winning Kinzo ticket(s) (worth $2) that have been duly filled out (first and last names, and contact information) in the designated barrel located in a participating hall. Only the tickets described above purchased during Part 1 of the Promotion will be eligible for the draw (hereafter referred to as Ticket(s) ). 4.2 PART 2: NETWORK DRAW Persons eligible for the Promotion may participate in Part 2 of the Promotion, provided they purchase one or more Kinzo tickets (worth $2) during speciallyindicated promotional rounds included in Part 2 of the Promotion. 5. DRAW 5.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW One (1) Ticket will be drawn at random from all Tickets duly submitted at all participating halls in accordance with Section 4.1 of the rules herein, in order to determine one (1) winner of Part 1 of the Promotion. The draw will be conducted at Loto-Québec s head office in Montréal at 10 a.m. on November 1, The draw will be conducted and supervised by authorized Loto-Québec representatives. The first and last names of the person whose Ticket was drawn will be announced in the hall at 9 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, as well as on Kinzo s official Facebook page In the event that the Ticket drawn is deemed valid and compliant, and the person whose Ticket is drawn complies with all the rules herein, the winner will receive the prize described in Section 6 within ten (10) working days In the event that an eligible person whose Ticket was drawn has not complied with all the conditions indicated in the rules herein, the Draw Officer will conduct a draw to select another Ticket. Such draws will take place until a Ticket is found to be valid and compliant with the rules herein, in which case the above conditions will apply.

3 Promotion Rules Tickets that have been modified, damaged, or that are illegible or incomplete, or that contain any other mistake of any kind whatsoever will be deemed invalid. Only original Tickets will be deemed valid for Promotion purposes. Copies will not be accepted. 5.2 PART 2: NETWORK DRAW Network draws will be conducted once per hour, after specially-indicated promotional rounds during Part 2 of the Promotion Network draws will be conducted from non-winning activated tickets in all participating halls in order to determine five (5) Part 2 winners, i.e. thirty (30) winners per Promotion day The ticket numbers drawn will be simultaneously displayed on the game screen in each participating hall Winners will receive the prize described in Section 6 of the rules herein. 6. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES 6.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW The winner will receive their choice of a travel credit* worth seven thousand dollar ($7,000) OR $7,000 in cash. *Valid for one (1) year following the draw date. May not be combined with any other promotion or rebate. Other conditions apply. 6.2 PART 2: NETWORK DRAW Each winner will receive $100 in cash. 7. REMITTANCE OF THE PRIZE FOR PART 1 An SEJQ staff member will telephone the winner of Part 1 of the Promotion, designated in accordance with Section 5 herein, to confirm the win and provide details and terms for claiming the prize. The winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm acceptance of the prize awarded and will be responsible for directly contacting the official travel supplier to make necessary arrangements. Should acceptance not be confirmed by the prescribed deadline, the selected person will not be entitled to the prize or any compensation of any kind whatsoever. Another entry will then be drawn, and so forth until a valid and compliant entry is determined and the selected person complies with the conditions stated in the rules herein.

4 Promotion Rules 4 The SEJQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and confirmed and the person has complied with the rules herein, the prize described in Section 6 of the rules herein will be awarded according to the terms indicated by the SEJQ. 8. NAME, ADDRESS AND PHOTOGRAPH The first and last names, address and photograph of each winner, as well as any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by the SEJQ for advertising purposes. The winner must waive all rights to broadcasting, printed material or advertising. 9. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 9.1 Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash (except for cash prizes) or transferred. 9.2 The SEJQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 9.3 Winners agree to comply with conditions applicable to the prize awarded, if any. 9.4 The SEJQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, without notice and for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. The SEJQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 9.5 The SEJQ declines all responsibility towards any person should the Promotion be cancelled, delayed or amended, or in the event of computer system the failure or malfunction. 9.6 The SEJQ declines all responsibility for any situation, incident or other event that may prevent anyone from meeting participation deadlines or claiming a prize by the stipulated date and time. 9.7 No compensation of any kind will be paid to a winner who is unable to collect or use a prize. 9.8 In the event that no tickets are activated during a promotional round, the hall will be deemed non-participating. 10. DISPUTES Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4).
