2 OFFICIAL RULES 2016 Wake Forest Football Ticket Incentive Program NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EACH INDIVIDUAL MAY ENTER ONLY ONCE. THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW ONLY. DO NOT PROCEED IN THIS SITE IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 1. Eligibility. The 2016 Wake Forest Football Ticket Incentive Program (the Program ) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States (other than Florida and New York) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Department of Athletics at Wake Forest University, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Any prospective or enrolled student-athlete, as defined by the National Collegiate Athletic Association, is not eligible. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 2. Sponsor. The Program is sponsored by the Department of Athletics at Wake Forest University ( WFU or the Sponsor ). 3. Timing. The Program begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (i.e., noon) Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on April 4, 2016, and ends at 11:59:59 pm EDT on May 11, 2016 (the Promotion Period ). 4. How to Enter. There are three (3) ways to enter the Program: a) By renewing public or faculty/staff football season tickets. Each eligible entrant that renews his or her 2015 football season tickets for the 2016 football season before or during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the Program. b) By purchasing new or additional football season tickets. Each eligible entrant that purchases 2016 football season tickets before or during the Promotion Period is automatically entered in the Promotion. c) By U.S. mail to Wake Forest Athletics; Attn: 2016 Football Ticket Incentive Program; 519 Deacon Boulevard, Winston-Salem, NC To enter by U.S. mail, create an entry form on a 3 x 5 piece of paper by printing your name, street address (no P.O. boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, and valid address ( address optional). All entries by U.S. mail must be received by WFU by the end of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. All entries become property of WFU, and will not be returned. No other attempted method of entry will be accepted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different addresses, identities or registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. For a copy of these official rules, print them from the WFU website on which they are displayed.

3 5. Drawings. The Sponsor s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Program and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. The Sponsor will select the potential winners of the prizes described in the attached Exhibit A in a random drawing in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on or around May 13, 2016, from among all eligible entries received by the respective deadlines set forth in Exhibit A for each prize from each method of entry combined. The results of each drawing are final. The potential winners will be contacted by phone, , or U.S. mail. By entering the Program and providing their addresses, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor by . Each potential winner will be required to sign and return to WFU, within fourteen (14) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release to claim his or her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his or her prize. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Should no alternate winner be selected, or should any prize be unclaimed, the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. 6. Prizes. The prizes, the approximate retail value of each prize, and the number of potential winners of each prize are set forth in Exhibit A to these Official Rules. Unless otherwise specified in Exhibit A, all travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner(s). The guest(s) of any prize winner (for prizes in which the winner may be accompanied by one or more guests) will be required to complete and return a Liability & Publicity Release prior to receipt of the applicable prize. Such guest must also be twenty-one (21) years or older at the time the prize winner is notified of winning the prize. Prizes will be awarded only in the name of the winner and are non-transferable. Limit one (1) prize per household or family. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be offered; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Arrangements are subject to availability. Each prize winner is solely responsible for expenses not specified herein relating to acceptance or use of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, transportation, parking, meals, and incidental hotel expenses and gratuities, other than as specified. If any prize winner is not able to meet the parameters of the Program, such prize winner must notify the Sponsor within thirty (30) days and an alternate winner may be selected. 7. Release. By receipt of any prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of such companies officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively the Released Parties ) from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, resulting from or arising out of, directly or indirectly, participation in the Program or acceptance, possession, receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to any travel related thereto, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy. 8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Program constitutes winner s consent to the use of each winner s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, by the Sponsor and its agents. 9. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability. By entering the Program, entrants agree

4 to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due entries by U.S. mail. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Program. The Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Program and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to any impairment, should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor s control corrupt the administration or security of the Program. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any others computers related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials related to the Program or from any website operated by or on behalf of Sponsor. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CRIMINAL PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL, TO THE FULLEST ETENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 10. Disputes. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina. 11. Entrants Personally Identifiable Information. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor s privacy policies. 12. List of Winners. For the names of the prize winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by May 31, 2016, to: 519 Deacon Boulevard, Winston-Salem, NC A list of winners will be sent upon request once all winners have been verified.
