1 PROMOTION RULES 1 1. DEFINITIONS RULES OF THE PROMOTION 1.1. You and Your Three Friends (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): 1.2. SCQ: 2. ELIGIBILITY Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S , r. 4). Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (Espacejeux.com), responsible for organizing the Promotion. The Promotion will be held in the form of promotional Texas Hold em poker tournaments (hereafter referred to as the Tournaments ). Only persons eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Promotion, provided they are members of Espacejeux.com, residents of Québec and not registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program. Employees of the SCQ are not eligible for the Promotion. Moreover, persons who won a prize as part of the Hockey Game VIP Experience Package promotion held from February 5 to March 1 on Espacejeux.com are not eligible for the Tournaments to be held on March 7 and 14 as part of this Promotion. 3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION A total of (4) Tournaments will be held during the Promotion from February 21 to March 14, The date, time and period for registering for each Tournament are indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein. 4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE To participate in a Tournament held as part of the Promotion, eligible persons must go to Espacejeux.com and register for the desired Tournament in compliance with the detailed terms indicated in the rules herein. Once eligible persons have completed their registration for the Tournament, they may take part in the game on the matching date and time (hereafter referred to as Participants ).

2 PROMOTION RULES 2 5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION 5.1. The designated winners of each Tournament held as part of the Promotion will receive a prize as follows: TOURNAMENT DATE February 21, 2015 February 28, 2015 March 7, 2015 March 14, 2015 MATCHING PRIZE IN THE EVENT A PERSON S PARTICIPATION IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON- COMPLIANT: 5.3. In the event a person declines the prize or, during a Tournament, his entry is deemed invalid or non-compliant, or the person does not comply with the rules herein, the prize will be awarded to the next highest ranking player in the Tournament concerned, provided that the latter s entry is found to be valid and compliant and that he complies with the rules herein. Otherwise, the prize will be awarded to the next highest ranking player, and so forth, until the prize is remitted to a player whose participation is found to be valid and compliant and that he complies with the rules herein. No compensation of any kind will be paid to a winner who is unable to avail himself of his prize. Subject to the above, the prize must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred or exchanged. 6. PRIZE REMITTANCE On the business day following the Tournament date, the SCQ will contact the winners designated in accordance with Section 5 of the rules herein to confirm their win and provide details and terms for claiming their prize.

3 PROMOTION RULES 3 The SCQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and confirmed and his compliance with the rules herein has been verified, he will receive the prize described in Section 5 in accordance with terms indicated by the SCQ. 7. NAMES, ADDRESSES, PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS The name, address, photographs or videos of designated winners, as well as any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the purposes of the draws described herein, but also for advertising purposes. Winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 8. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 8.1. A maximum of five thousand (5,000) Participants may play in each Tournament. The SCQ reserves the right to refuse Tournament registrations in the event the maximum number of Participants is reached Each Participant may receive only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion period The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize indicated with another of equal value The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from complying with the conditions or meeting the deadlines indicated herein Expenses and costs not specifically indicated in the rules herein as being part of a prize are excluded, particularly travel and transportation, gratuities, non-included meals and beverages, as well as personal or other incidental expenses.

4 PROMOTION RULES A winner who is registered in an Espacejeux.com, Québec gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program at the time he claims a prize will not be entitled to receive said prize. Moreover, all guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. 9. DISPUTES 9.1. Participants agree to comply with the rules herein, rules for participating in the Tournament and Texas Hold em poker rules Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S -13.1, r. 4). Any lawsuit must be heard by courts having jurisdiction in the District of Montréal. 10. AVAILABILITY OF RULES The Promotion is subject to the detailed rules herein, which are available by calling or on Espacejeux.com s web site at espacejeux.com.
