1 PROMOTION RULES Witch Pickings DEFINITIONS 1.1 Witch Pickings 2018 (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): 1.2 SCQ: Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4). The Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc., the organization responsible for the Promotion. 2. ELIGIBILITY Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate in the Promotion, provided they have an Espacejeux account on lotoquebec.com and validated their identity according to applicable terms, are residents of Québec and not registered in a Loto-Québec online gaming site, gaming hall or casino self-exclusion program. 3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion will be held from 3:00:00 a.m. on October 17, 2018, to 2:59:59 a.m. on November 1, Part 2 of the promotion will be held on October 31, 2018 to midnight and 11:59:59 p.m. 4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE PART 1 GRAND DRAW 4.1 To participate in the Promotion, eligible persons must first register by entering promo code 1 WITCH3451 on the My Promotions page of their Espacejeux account or code AWITCH3455 on the registration form during the Promotion. Each eligible person will be allowed to register only once (1) during the entire Promotion period. 1 To enter the promo code, click My Espacejeux, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then My Promotions in the menu at the right.

2 Promotion Rules Once duly registered, persons eligible for the Promotion will automatically receive: Two (2) entries for the draw described in Section 5 of the rules herein for every block of ten dollars ($10) bet using real money playing Witch Pickings or the Witch Pickings Scratch XP game (hereafter referred to as the Featured Games ) during the Promotion period. One (1) entry for the same draw for every block of ten dollars ($10) bet using real money playing any game in the Casino or XP Games sections on lotoquebec.com, except for Featured Games. 4.3 Eligible persons may receive an unlimited number of Part 1 entries during the Promotion period. 4.4 Bets are cumulative. Any part of a bet placed with free bets will not be counted for earning entries. PART 2 SECONDARY PRIZES 4.5 To participate in the Promotion, eligible persons must search lotoquebec.com to find one of three witches hiding on the site (as shown on the Promotion page). 4.6 Once the witch is located, eligible persons must click the witch image to reveal the associated promo code. All promo codes are indicated in Appendix 1 of the rules herein. 4.7 Eligible persons must then enter the promo code on the My Promotions page 2 on lotoquebec.com. Each eligible person may register only once (1). 4.8 Once duly registered in accordance with Sections 4.5 to 4.7 of the rules herein, eligible persons will automatically receive one (1) entry for draw described in Section 5 of the rules herein. 4.9 A total of three (3) witches will be hidden on the lotoquebec.com site during the Promotion period Each eligible person may receive no more than three (3) Part 2 entries during the entire Promotion period. 5. DRAW AND PRIZE DESCRIPTION 5.1 Random draws for Part 1 and Part 2 of the Promotion will be electronically conducted on November 2, 2018, from all entries duly registered in accordance with the rules herein. The draws will be conducted using Loto-Québec s computer system at Loto-Québec s draw room in Montréal in order to determine six (6) Promotion winners. 5.2 The draw will be conducted and supervised by authorized Loto-Québec representatives. 2 To enter the promo code, click My Espacejeux, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, then My Promotions in the menu at the right.

3 Promotion Rules 3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT: PART 1 GRAND DRAW 5.3 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, the three (3) Part 1 Promotion winners determined according to Section 4 of the rules herein will receive a prize worth two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in cash. Cash prizes will be deposited directly in each of the three (3) winners Espacejeux accounts within approximately seventy-two (72) hours of the draw. The cash prize may be used to play any of Loto-Québec s online games or redeemed for cash, but may not be exchanged or transferred. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 5.4 An entry drawn that is deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein will be cancelled and another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 5.3 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRIES DRAWN ARE DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT PART 2 SECONDARY PRIZES 5.5 In the event that the entries drawn are deemed valid and compliant with the rules herein, the three (3) Part 2 Promotion winners determined according to Section 4 of the rules herein will receive a prize worth five hundred dollars ($500) in cash. Cash prizes will be deposited directly in each of the three (3) winners Espacejeux accounts within approximately seventy-two (72) hours of the draw. The cash prize may be used to play any of Loto-Québec s online games or redeemed for cash, but may not be exchanged or transferred. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED INVALID OR NON-COMPLIANT: 5.6 An entry drawn that is deemed invalid or non-compliant with the rules herein will be cancelled and another entry will be drawn at random. Such draws will take place until an entry is found to be valid and compliant, in which case the terms described in Section 5.5 IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTRY DRAWN IS DEEMED VALID AND COMPLIANT above will apply. 6. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SCQ staff member will the winners designated in accordance with Section 5 herein to confirm the win and the deposit of the prize in their Espacejeux account. The SCQ may require the winners to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prizes. Once their identity has been checked and confirmed and they have complied with the rules herein, winners will receive their prize, as described in Section 5 herein and in accordance with terms determined by the SCQ.

NAME, ADDRESS AND PHOTOGRAPH The name, address, photograph and/or video of the winners, and any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by Loto-Québec and its subsidiaries not only for the draws described in the rules herein, but also for advertising purposes, particularly on the Internet (including social media, on the promotional page and the lotoquebec.com Winners page) and a special sent to Promotion participants. The winners must waive all rights to compensation related to broadcasting, printed material and advertising. 8. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 9. DISPUTES 8.1 Only one (1) prize will be allowed per eligible person for the entire Promotion period. 8.2 The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 8.3 The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. 8.4 The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. 8.5 The SCQ may also amend these rules at any time, in which case the amended rules will be made available to the public. 8.6 The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Promotion. 8.7 The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines. 8.8 In the event that a participant violates the rules herein, makes a false statement, attempts to cheat, commits fraud, acts in collusion or conspires with a third party, their entry will be automatically cancelled and they will be ineligible for any other event related to the Promotion. 8.9 A winner who is registered in a lotoquebec.com, Québec gaming hall or casino selfexclusion program at the time a prize is claimed will not be entitled to receive said prize. Eligible persons agree to comply with the rules herein as well as all other applicable rules and conditions indicated on lotoquebec.com. Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (CQLR, c. S 13.1, r. 4)
