WHO CAN ENTER The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry in the province or state in which they reside, with the exception of residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions outside the continental United States, and who have a Facebook account ( To create a Facebook account, simply go to and complete the sign-up process; there is no cost associated with joining Facebook. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions outside of the continental United States and where restricted or prohibited by law or where subject to registration requirements. This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to the laws applicable thereto in Canada and the United States. Employees, representatives and agents of MEGA Brands Inc. ( MEGA Brands ) and its affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 2. HOW TO ENTER The Sweepstakes will run starting on Monday, May 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) and close on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the Promotion Period ). Four (4) Daily Prize Packs (one per day) and one (1) Grand Prize Pack to be awarded by way of random draw throughout the Promotion Period. Daily Prize Pack To enter for a chance to win the Daily Prize on any given calendar day during the Promotion Period, simply go to on the day in question, click on the link to the Mega Bloks First Builders 2016 Mother s Day Contest and follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete the required action for that day. Once you complete the daily action, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes for that day s prize. Grand Prize Pack

2 To be eligible to win the Grand Prize Pack, you must have completed the daily action on at least one (1) calendar day during the Promotion Period. Each calendar day during the Promotion Period on which you submit an eligible entry in the Sweepstakes will automatically give rise to one (1) entry for the Grand Prize Pack, up to a maximum of four (4) entries for the duration of the Promotion Period (or one (1) eligible entry per calendar day). Regardless of the number of times you complete the daily action on any given day during the Promotion Period, you are limited to a maximum of one (1) entry per day and up to four (4) entries in total for the duration of the Promotion Period. Entries for the Daily Prize Packs will be cleared on a daily basis throughout the Promotion Period; as such, to be eligible to win the prize on any given day during the Promotion Period, you must enter on the day in question. Entries for the Grand Prize Pack will be cumulative. All entries must be original. ALL ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY MEGA BRANDS ONCE POSTED ON THE SWEEPSTAKES PAGE. MEGA BRANDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVIEW AND DISALLOW ANY DUPLICATE ENTRY OR ANY ENTRY THAT IT CONSIDERS TO BE INAPPROPRIATE OR INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REASON, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. IN PARTICULAR, MEGA BRANDS WILL DISALLOW ANY ENTRY SUBMITTED BY ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 13 OR ANY PERSON WHO PROVIDES INFORMATION THAT LEADS MEGA BRANDS, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO BELIEVE THAT THE ENTRANT IS UNDER THE AGE OF 13. ANY ENTRY THAT IS DISALLOWED WILL NOT GIVE RISE TO AN ENTRY FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES. Any attempt to obtain more than the permitted number of entries per person for the Sweepstakes by using different or multiple identities, log-ins, any automated entry system, or any other method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the Facebook account used in connection with the entry. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to the use of your name, likeness and Sweepstakes entry by MEGA Brands for promotional purposes without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity and in any form of media, including the Internet. 3. PRIZES

3 Daily Prize Packs FOUR (4) DAILY MEGA BLOKS FIRST BUILDERS PRIZE PACKS (one to be awarded on each calendar day during the Promotion Period), each consisting of the Mega Bloks First Builders building set(s) and/or product(s) selected by the winner (subject to availability), up to a total retail value of US$40. Grand Prize Pack ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE PACK consisting of one (1) Apple ipad mini (black) (Most recently released 16GB version, Wi-Fi only, no SIM card and/or data plan included) (ARV US$350). No entrant is eligible to receive more than one prize pack. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred; no cash or other substitutions allowed by winners. All prizes are subject to availability and MEGA Brands reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any element thereof) for a prize of equal or greater value. MEGA Brands makes no representation that a prize awarded hereunder can be sold or traded at the stated value. MEGA Brands expressly excludes any warranty, condition or other liability of any kind with respect to any of the products and/or services included in the Grand Prize Pack and awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes that are not produced, designed or manufactured by MEGA Brands. Any claim or issue that may arise relating to any such prizes should be addressed directly to the manufacturer or provider of the product/service in question. 4. WINNER SELECTION Category Prize Packs: At 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on each business day during the Promotion Period beginning on Tuesday, May 2, 2016 and ending on Friday, May 6, 2016, a random drawing will be conducted by MEGA Brands for each of the four (4) Mega Bloks First Builders Daily Prize Packs with the draw for each calendar day during the Promotion Period to be held on the business day immediately following such day. The odds of winning a Mega Bloks First Builders Daily Prize Pack depend upon the total number of eligible entries received on the calendar day in question. Grand Prize Pack: At 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on May 9, 2016, a random drawing will be conducted by MEGA Brands for the Grand Prize Pack from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

4 The odds of winning the Grand Prize Pack depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 5. WINNER NOTIFICATION, ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES Each Sweepstakes Winner (together, the Selected Entrants ) will be notified via (to the address provided in his/her Sweepstakes entry form) on the date on which he/she is selected as a potential winner. Each Selected Entrant will have up to seven (7) business days following such notification to contact MEGA Brands in order to complete the winner verification process. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALLOW MEGA BRANDS TO USE THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED IN YOUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY FORM TO CONTACT YOU SHOULD YOU BE A SELECTED ENTRANT. Prizes will be mailed to each Selected Entrant, to the address provided by , within 30 business days of the winner selection and verification process. MEGA Brands will not be responsible for any prizes returned as undeliverable and will not replace any prizes that are lost or stolen. MEGA Brands reserves the right to award any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable to an alternate entrant to be selected by way of random draw from remaining eligible entries. If a Selected Entrant is not eligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, he or she will be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. Prior to receiving his or her prize, each Selected Entrant will be required to sign: (a) a declaration of compliance with the Rules; and (b) a release form confirming acceptance of his or her prize as awarded and releasing MEGA Brands, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and its and their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability relating to this Sweepstakes and/or his or her prize, failing which such person will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize. In addition, in order to win, if a Selected Entrant is a Canadian resident, he or she must correctly answer, unaided, an arithmetical, time-limited, skill-testing question (which will be administered by ). GENERAL MEGA Brands is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakesrelated materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned or the prizes cannot be awarded, including by reason of infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or other failures or difficulties, or the occurrence of any force majeure event, subject to applicable law, MEGA Brands, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at anytime without prior notice to you. FORCE MAJEURE The failure of MEGA Brands to comply with any provision of these Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, labour disruption or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Rules. 11.
