1 PROMOTION RULES HEAD FOR THE SUN 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 HEAD FOR THE SUN (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): 1.2 SEJQ: Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4). The Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des établissements de jeux du Québec inc., the organization responsible for the Promotion. 1.3 PARTICIPATING HALLS: Kinzo halls linked to the SEJQ s network. 1.4 SPECIAL ROUND: Round added, at a rate of one (1) per hour, in the regular Kinzo game program during the Promotion period. 1.5 LOCAL DRAW: 2. ELIGIBILITY Draw conducted independently in each participating hall at the end of a particular promotional round among non-winning tickets activated at the hall. Only persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who visit a Kinzo hall during the Promotion may participate. SEJQ or Kinzo hall employees and administrators may not participate in the Promotion. 3. DURATION 3.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW Part 1 of the Promotion will run from 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2018, until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, PART 2: KINZO BONUS ROUNDS Part 2 of the Promotion will be held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2018.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 4.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW Persons eligible for the Promotion may take part in Part 1 of the Promotion, provided that, during Part 1 of the Promotion, they place their eligible nonwinning Kinzo ticket(s) (worth $2) that have been duly filled out (first and last names, and contact information) in the designated barrel located in a Participating Hall. Only those tickets that were purchased during designated Special Rounds are eligible for the draw (hereafter referred to as Ticket(s) ). 4.2 PART 2: KINZO BONUS ROUNDS 5. DRAW DETAILS Persons eligible for the Promotion may participate in Part 2 of the Promotion, provided they purchase one or more Kinzo tickets (worth $2) for a designated Special Round during Part 2 of the Promotion. 5.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW In each Participating Hall, a Ticket will be drawn at random from all Tickets duly submitted in accordance with Section 4.1 of the rules herein. A total of eighteen (18) Tickets will be thus drawn. The draws will be carried out at Loto-Québec s head office in Montréal on March 29, The Tickets thus drawn will be verified by a Loto-Québec employee, who will check that they are valid and meet the conditions indicated above. The first and last names of the persons whose Tickets were drawn will be revealed on hall screens at 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. The complete list will also be available on Facebook page In the event that the Tickets drawn are deemed valid and compliant, and the persons whose Tickets are drawn comply with all the rules herein, the winners will receive the prize described in Section 6 within ten (10) working days In the event that an eligible person whose Ticket was drawn has not complied with all the conditions indicated in the rules herein, the Draw Officer will conduct a draw to select another Ticket. Such draws will take place until a Ticket is found to be valid and compliant with the rules herein. In such a case, the above conditions will apply.

3 PROMOTION RULES Tickets that have been modified, damaged, or that are illegible or incomplete, or that contain any other mistake of any kind whatsoever will be deemed invalid. Only original Tickets will be deemed valid for Promotion purposes. Copies will not be accepted. 5.2 PART 2: KINZO BONUS ROUNDS During designated Special Rounds in Part 2 of the Promotion, winners of the 15/15 game will receive, in addition to the regular prize, a bonus cash prize in accordance with the terms indicated in Section 6 of the rules herein In the event that more than one person wins during a Kinzo Special Round, the prize will be equally divided among the winners. 6. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES 6.1 PART 1: TRAVEL CREDIT DRAW One travel credit worth three thousand dollars ($3,000). Certain conditions may apply. 6.2 PART 2: KINZO BONUS ROUNDS Bonus prize:* 15/15 game $1,000 * Shareable prize 7. PRIZE REMITTANCE An SEJQ staff member will telephone the winners of Part 1 of the Promotion, determined in accordance with Section 5 of the rules herein, to confirm their respective win and provide details and terms for claiming the prize. Winners will have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm acceptance of their respective prize, and will be responsible for directly contacting the official travel supplier to make necessary arrangements. Should they not confirm acceptance within prescribed deadlines, they will not be entitled to the prize or any compensation of any kind whatsoever. Another entry will then be selected, and so forth until a valid and compliant entry is determined and the person selected complies with the conditions stated in the rules herein.

4 PROMOTION RULES 4 The SEJQ may require the winner to show a valid form of government-issued photo ID before remitting the prize. Once the winner s identity has been checked and confirmed and the person has complied with the rules herein, the prize described in Section 6 will be awarded according to the terms indicated by the SEJQ. 8. PHOTOGRAPH, NAME AND ADDRESS The first and last names, address and photograph of each winner, as well as any other information voluntarily provided, may be used by the SEJQ for advertising purposes. The winner must waive all rights to broadcasting, printed material or advertising. 9. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 9.1 Each eligible person may win only one (1) prize during the Part 1 of the Promotion. 9.2 Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be redeemed for cash (except for cash prizes) or transferred. 9.3 The SEJQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 9.4 Winners agree to comply with conditions applicable to the prize awarded, if any. 9.5 The SEJQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion, in whole or in part, without notice and for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. The SEJQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 9.6 The SEJQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion be delayed, cancelled or amended, or in the event of computer equipment breakdown or malfunction. 9.7 The SEJQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other occurrence that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines or claiming a prize within prescribed deadlines. 9.8 No compensation of any kind will be paid to a winner who is unable to collect or use a prize. 10. DISPUTES Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 4).
