1 THE NEW GENERATION Contest Rules and Regulations CONTEST AND CONTEST PERIOD 1. The NEW GENERATION! contest (the Contest ) is held by Meilleures Marques (hereinafter the Contest Organizer ). It takes place from AUGUST 28, 2017, to September 24, 2017, at midnight, Eastern Daylight Saving Time (12:00 a.m. EST) (the Contest Period ). Use of our environment in the Contest is subject to license. ELIGIBILITY 2. The Contest is open to all individuals who: a) Reside in Canada; and b) Have reached the age of majority in their province of residence as of August 28, Employees, directors, administrators, representatives and agents of the Contest Organizer, their advertising and promotions agencies, suppliers of prizes, as well as any members of their immediate family (brother(s), sister(s), children, father, mother), legal or common-law spouses, and all persons with whom these employees, directors, administrators, representatives or agents reside are excluded from the contest. HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary 3. To enter for the chance to win a prize in the Contest, visit website click on I want to enter then fill all the form entries ; enter your last name, first name, , age, phone number, postal code, province and the answer to the mathematical skill-testing question. You may enter the contest up to September 24, 2017, at midnight, Eastern Standard Time (12:00 a.m. EST) at the latest. ENTRY LIMIT 4. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/ address during the Contest Period. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use one (1) address to enter the Contest. If it is discovered by the Contest Organizer (using any evidence or other information made

2 available to or otherwise discovered by Contest Organizer ) that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than one (1) Entry; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizer. Your Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Organizer) the Entry Form is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period. All late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible entries will be null and void. PRIZES 5. Total Contest prize value is $6,050, and consists of several prizes: 5.1 The grand prix consists of one (1) home theatre, valued at $4,950. There is a possibility of one (1) winner, for a total of one (1) prize to be won. 5.2 The Secondary Prize consists of two (2) Ipad minis, each valued at $ 550. There is a possibility of two (2) winners, for a total of two (2) prizes to be won. 5.3 Prize value is based on value in effect at the time of Contest registration with the Régie. 5.4 Prize suppliers are independent parties upon which Meilleures Marques has no control. Meilleures Marques cannot be held liable for acts or omissions of these suppliers and assumes no responsibility for any warranties, claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses or lateness incurred by a winner nor their loss of enjoyment. DRAW 6. At the very end of the Contest Period, the total number of entries is registered and the winner of the Grand Prize and the Secondary Prize will be selected in a random draw among all entries. An entrant cannot win a prize more than once. 6.1 The random draw will be on May 15 th, 2017 at 1253 McGill College Avenue, Montreal, QC H3B 2Y If the identity of the entrant is disputed, the authorized holder of the account used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The person to whom an address has been assigned by an internet

3 access provider, online service provider or any other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domains associated with the submitted address is considered to be the authorized holder of the account. 6.3 The odds of winning depend on the number of registered entries. TERMS AND ALLOCATION OF PRIZES 7. The Contest Organizer will contact selected entrants by telephone within seven (7) days of the draw date. Should the Contest Organizer be unable to contact the selected entrants for any reason whatsoever, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct another draw in an attempt to award the prize. If no entrant has been declared a Winner within thirty (30) days following the original draw, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize. Under no circumstances shall the Contest Organizer be held to award more prizes or award a prize other than described in these Contest Rules. 7.1 To be declared a Winner, in addition to meeting all contest eligibility criteria and adherence to the official Contest Rules, the chosen entrants (the Winners ) must first: a) Return the phone call made by the Contest Organizer s representative within two (2) business days following the initial call; b) Sign a declaration and liability waiver for the prize and consent to the use of some personal information for promotional purposes. The Contest Organizer must receive this document within seven (7) days after mailing; and c) Correctly answer, without assistance (calculator or other) a skill-testing mathematical question on the declaration and liability waver. d) Provide full names, addresses, phone numbers and date of birth of the persons accompanying the winner and have them complete a disclaimer and consent to the use of some of their personal information for promotional purposes Within the time limit specified by the Contest Organizer; e) For the secondary prize, each accompanying person must have a valid driver's license.

4 f) Upon request of the Contest Organizer, if necessary, provide a piece of identification with a photograph. 7.2 The prize awarded to a winner may be redeemed. To win the prize, the winner must sign a written waiver. At any time and for any reason whatsoever, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize as described in these Rules (or any component thereof) with a Prize (or component) Of the price) of the same nature and of equivalent or greater value or, in its sole discretion, to allocate the monetary value of the price (or component of the price) set out in these Regulations. 7.3 The Winner waives any recourse against the Contest Organizer if the prizes are not to their entire satisfaction. 7.4 Refusal to accept a prize frees the Contest Organizer from all liability and obligation vis-à-vis the Winner. Each Winner must sign a document attesting their eligibility and compliance with these Contest Rules. Each Winner releases the Contest Organizer from any liability for damages, injuries, death or loss arising from their participation in the Contest or resulting from the awarding, acceptance and/or use of a prize. 7.5 In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the authorized account holder of the account at the time the Participation was submitted will be deemed to be the participant. The person who received the address for the domain associated with the submitted address is considered the authorized account holder. A random entrant may be required to provide proof that he / she is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the Participation. All entries must be submitted from a valid account that can be identified by a reverse lookup of the domain name. The time and date of the sending of a Contest Participation, in order to establish the validity of this shipment, will be determined solely by the Contest Server. 7.6 The Contest Organizers decline all liability for loss, damage or personal injury of any kind, including but not limited to: ( a) Participations lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, destroyed, illegible or incomplete; b) Loss, theft or loss of integrity of software or computer or telephone data, including breaches of privacy; c) Fraudulent calls; d) The inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason, including errors in mailing or addresses, computer or telephone failures, or any other problem with the operation of online computer systems, Servers, access providers, computer equipment

5 or software; Congestion problems on the Internet or any other website, or any combination of the above; e) Damage to any person's computer equipment, including those resulting from the use or downloading of any content related to the Contest; f) Any delay or inability to act due to an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lock-out or other labor dispute at their Organizations or companies whose services are used for the purposes of the Contest; or g) The loss, breakage or misdirection of prices during transport. 7.7 When the contest rules allow the use of a social media such as Facebook or Twitter to participate, participants are informed that the social media and each of its managers and agents do not assume any responsibility whatsoever in connection with the holding of the competition. The processing of personal information and Materials provided in connection with the participation in the Contest is the exclusive responsibility of Maitre Saladier inc. However, by participating via a social media, all the rules governing the use of it find application. DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES 8. Prizes shall be sent to Winners by mail within fifteen (15) business days after being declared a Winner. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 9. Verification. Any entry form that is, as the case may be, incomplete, fraudulent or sent late, bearing an invalid address or phone number, not bearing the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise non- compliant, may be rejected. 9.1 Contest Procedure and Disqualification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the entry form of an entrant or disqualify an entrant from this Contest and/or exclude them from any other future contest or promotion held by the Contest Organizer if: a) They fail to comply with each of the conditions set out in these Contest Rules; b) They enter or attempt to enter this Contest using means contrary to these Contest Rules or that are unfair to other entrants; or

6 c) They are suspected of having directly or indirectly tampered with the Contest procedure, made a false statement in connection with their entry, or breached these Contest Rules. In this case, the Contest Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct a new draw among eligible entries received, under the same conditions. 9.2 Any attempt to deliberately damage any component related to an entry or registration in the Contest or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempts be made, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to hand the entrant or any other person over to the competent judicial authorities and to seek redress under the law. 9.3 Limitation of Liability. There is no obligation or liability on the part of the Contest Organizer, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, participating establishment, their advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their administrators, directors, employees, shareholders, agents or other representatives (collectively, the Indemnified Parties ) due to the entrant s participation in the Contest or attempt to enter the Contest. The Indemnified Parties undertake no obligation and liability for any damage or loss caused by any problems or technical malfunction that may disrupt the Contest or the operation thereof, and arising from, but not limited to, malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, loss or absence of network communication or any faulty transmission or download, incomplete or erased by any computer or network. The Contest Organizer does not in any way guarantee that all components related to the participation and registration of the Contest or related website will be accessible or functional without interruption throughout the Contest Period or that they will be free from errors. The use of any component related to the participation and registration of the Contest is done at the user s own risk. The Indemnified Parties cannot be held liable for human, typographical, technical or computer errors, or for printing or network errors that may arise as part of the Contest registration, download, vote counting or entry form processing, the announcement of the prize(s) or in documents related to the Contest. The Indemnified Parties cannot be held liable for any claims, actions, damages, demands, means of action, causes of action, lawsuits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, agreements, warranties, indemnities, contract or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from, or related to, participation or attempt to participate in the Contest. The Indemnified Parties shall not be held liable for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries, letters of entry without purchase or declaration and liability waivers. 9.4 Contest Modification. The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, in

7 whole or in part, should an event or any human intervention alter or affect the administration, security, fairness or operation of the contest as specified herein, subject to approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required. 9.5 Termination of Participation in the Contest. In the event the computer system is unable to register all contest entries during the Contest Period, for any reason whatsoever, or should participation in the Contest be terminated, in whole or in part, before the end date specified herein for any reason whatsoever, the draw may be held, at the discretion of the Contest Organizer, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period or, if any, up to the date of the event having terminated participation in the Contest. 9.6 Personal information. Personal information gathered about entrants in regards to this Contest will only and solely be used for administration purposes. No communication, commercial or other, unrelated to this Contest will be sent to entrants, unless they have otherwise agreed to it, subject to what is provided by applicable laws. 9.7 Property. Entries received, letters of entry without purchase and declaration and liability waivers are the property of the Contest Organizer and will under no circumstances be returned to entrants. 9.8 Entrant Identification. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, the entrant is the individual whose name appears on the entry form or on the letter of entry without purchase, if any, and the prize will be awarded to this individual if they are selected and declared a Winner. 9.9 Decision by the Contest Organizer. All decisions of the Contest Organizer or its representatives regarding this contest are final and without appeal, subject to any decision by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec in regards to any matter within its jurisdiction Compliance with Laws in Force. The Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws and all federal, provincial and municipal regulations in effect in Canada Disputes. For Quebec residents, any disputes regarding the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the sole purpose of helping to settle the dispute Severability of these sections. Should any section of these Contest

8 Rules be declared or judged to be illegal, not executable or null by a competent court that section shall be considered invalid, but all other sections which are not affected will be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
