Contest closes November 15 st, 2016 at 11:59 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (the "Contest Closing Date"). Eligibility This promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. You are not eligible if you are an employee of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest-judging organization or a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee. For these Contest Rules, "immediate family" means spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters. Grand prize There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, a choice of 1 of 6 savings prize packages, with a value of $12, CAD. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Unlimited number of secondary prizes available to be won. Conditions of entry By entering this Contest, you:

2 (a) agree to be bound by these Contest Rules, including without limitation the eligibility requirements set forth below; (b) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and their representatives, or the contest judges (if any), which decisions are final, binding and conclusive (without appeal) on all matters relating to the contest; (c) represent and warrant that your entry, including any material comprising your entry (e.g. name, user name, profile picture, etc., as applicable) is original to you, and that you have all necessary rights to enter the contest; (d) understand and agree that: (i) your entry (including any entry material) may not be returned to you upon submission to the contest and may be refused as entry to this contest, as determined (e) grant to the Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and unlimited license to use your entry, in any media and for any purpose related to the contest (or any substantially similar contest), including without limitation the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, alter, or create derivative works from, the entry without notification, compensation or additional consideration to you. How to claim a prize To be declared a winner of a Secondary Prize, you must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered online. Decisions of the judges are final. No more than the above listed prizes will be awarded. If you do not have Internet access, once your original product package and personal information is received via regular mail, you will be contacted to answer a skill testing question at the phone number provided. Once this is answered correctly, you will be advised of what you have won. The Grand Prize: a random draw will be made by the Sponsor on November 16 th, 2016, in Markham, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. One (1) selected entrant will be drawn. The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact the winning entrant by telephone (using the information provided at the time of entry) within five (5) business days of the draw. If a winning entrant cannot be contacted within a maximum of three (3) attempts or within five (5) business days of the draw (whichever occurs first), then he/she will be disqualified and the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to draw a new winner. Before being declared the confirmed winner, the entrant will be required to correctly answer

3 a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, and must sign and return within three (5) business days of notification a declaration and release prepared by the Sponsor, which, among other things: (i) requires the winner to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; (ii) confirms compliance with these Rules; (iii) agrees to release the Releasees. All other remaining prizes not redeemed will not be awarded. Releases and limitation of liability By entering this contest, you: (a) agree to remise, release and forever discharge the Sponsor, its respective parent and affiliated companies, any and all other companies associated with the contest (including prize suppliers and suppliers of materials or services related to the contest), and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, accounts, claims, damages or liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, costs or losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, and rights of publicity, personality, privacy and/or intellectual property (each, a "Claim") arising out of, or in any way related to, your participation in the contest and/or the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any contest prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity that is related to the receipt or use of any contest prize; and (b) agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from and against any and all Claims arising from (i) your breach of these Contest Rules, including the breach of any representations or warranties contained herein, (ii) your participation in the contest, (iii) your acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any contest prize (or any portion thereof), if applicable, or (iv) the use of any entry material in accordance with the rights granted in these Contest Rules. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and a Publicity/Liability Release, releasing the Releasees. Declaration and release documents must be signed prior to being declared a winner. General Entrants who have not complied with these Contest Rules are subject to disqualification. The Sponsor and the other Releasses are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, damaged, lost, delayed or postage-due claims, or claims that are irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Contest Rules. Any such claims will be judged void by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor at its sole discretion and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux de Québec, to terminate this contest or to amend these Contest Rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. Mail the original product package along with your name, mailing address and a telephone number to Pfizer Consumer Healthcare "#StockUpandSave" Contest, UPC Verification Request, TH AVENUE, MARKHAM, ONTARIO L3R 0J3. The judging authority will enter your UPC code on your behalf and advise you on what you have won. Further correspondence will take place once your UPC code has been entered and you are declared a winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any submissions that are lost, late or misdirected.
