1 AVANTAGE VIP Contest rules 1. The Avantage VIP contest is being held by Groupe TVA Inc. and the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec (collectively known as the Contest Organizers ). It will run online at AvantageVIP.ca from 6:00 a.m. June 13, 2016, to 11:59 p.m. June 26, (the Contest Period ). ELIGIBILITY 2. This contest is open to all Quebec residents 18 years or older who are members of a Desjardins caisse in Quebec (the Eligible Individuals ). The following are not eligible for the contest: Employees, agents and representatives of Groupe TVA Inc., its affiliated and parent companies, divisions and subsidiaries, their promotional and advertising agencies, partners, participating merchants, or suppliers of prizes, materials and services related to this contest; Employees and managers of the Marketing, Communications and Cooperation Executive Division of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec; Board members and officers of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec; Employees, executives, board members and officers of agencies affiliated and partnered with Desjardins; Any members of the households of the above-mentioned people. HOW TO ENTER: REGISTRATION 3. To enter, Eligible Individuals can go to fill out the electronic entry form during the Contest Period, confirm that they are Desjardins members and will still be so at the time of the draw by checking the appropriate box, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and click the Participer icon to submit the entry form. You will automatically be entered in the contest upon receipt of your entry form. 4. Limited entries. Limit of one contest entry per Eligible Individual per street address during the entire contest period. PRIZES 5. A total of 192 prizes will be awarded during the contest 24 grand prizes and 168 secondary prizes for a total approximate value of $3,360, as detailed below: Grand prizes: There will be 24 grand prizes awarded. Each one consists of four tickets to attend a VIP event and a recording of La Voix Junior at Mels Studios in Saint-Hubert in August The specific date, duration and terms of the event are at the discretion of the event organizers and the artists involved. The winner and his/her guests (if applicable) are responsible for any costs, fees and expenses not specifically indicated in the prize description, including but not limited to transportation costs, parking fees, food and drinks.

2 Secondary prizes. There will also be 168 secondary prizes awarded. Each one consists of four tickets to attend a recording of an episode of La Voix Junior at Mels Studios in Saint- Hubert. The secondary prizes will allow the winners, in accordance with section 6 below, to attend a recording on July 5, 8, 12, or 15, August 1, 16 or 24, or September 11, Recording dates are subject to change without notice. The winner and his/her guests (if applicable) are responsible for any costs, fees and expenses not specifically indicated in the prize description, including but not limited to transportation costs, parking fees, food and drinks. The following conditions apply to both the grand prizes and secondary prizes: Winners may not enter the recording after the doors have closed, and the Contest Organizers are not liable if a force majeure or other event causes a winner to arrive late. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No compensation will be provided if all or part of the prize is unused. If all or part of the prize is sent by mail, the Contest Organizers are not liable for delays in delivery or for the loss or theft of the prize, including when it is being handed over. The duration and terms of the event are at the discretion of the event promoter and the artists involved. The prize is only valid for the show for which the winner is selected. The exact location of the seats is at the discretion of the Contest Organizers, who cannot guarantee adjacent seats. The Contest Organizers are not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the show event the ticket is for. Only Desjardins members may enter this contest and win the prizes. Membership will be verified when the prize is claimed. Desjardins members agree to present their Desjardins card with their name on it, or any other equivalent proof, when they claim their prize. Fraudulent membership claims will prevent winners from claiming the prize. DRAW 6. Winners will be randomly selected by computerized draw in the presence of witnesses on June 27, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. at the Groupe TVA Inc. offices in Montreal. There will be 192 entry ballots drawn from among those recorded in accordance with these contest rules to award the prizes. The grand prizes will be awarded to the first entry ballots selected, in accordance with the requirements listed in sections 2, 3 and 4 of these rules. The secondary prizes will be awarded in order of the recording dates, starting with July 5, and ending with September 11, The chances of an individual s entry form being randomly selected depend on the number of entry forms submitted in accordance with these rules. CLAIMING PRIZES 8. To be declared a winner, selected individuals must: a) Be reached by telephone within no more than two attempts. They will have 24 hours maximum to return a call following a voic left by the Contest Organizers, if applicable; otherwise the right to the prize will be forfeited. b) Confirm that they meet the eligibility and other requirements set forth in these contest rules. c) Sign the liability waiver and declaration form (the Declaration Form ) sent by , and return it to the Contest Organizers within 24 hours of receipt; d) Prove that they are Desjardins members by presenting their Desjardins card with their name on it, or any other equivalent proof, when they claim their prize;

Should any of the selected individuals fail to meet any of the conditions described in these contest rules, the Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their discretion, to disqualify said individuals, and cancel the prize or hold new draws in accordance with these contest rules until an individual is declared the winner. The same conditions will remain applicable and be adapted as necessary. 10. In the 24 hours following receipt of the duly completed and signed Declaration Form, the Contest Organizers will inform the winners how to take possession of their prizes. If a selected individual declines their prize, the Contest Organizers will be free of any obligation related to award 11. ing the prize and may, at their discretion, cancel the prize or hold another draw as described above. GENERAL CONDITIONS 12. Verification. Entry forms and Declaration Forms are subject to verification by the Contest Organizers. Any entry form or Declaration Form that is incomplete, inaccurate, mechanically reproduced, fraudulent, submitted late, that contains an incorrect answer to the mathematical skill-testing question, or comes from an individual who is not a Desjardins member will automatically be rejected and will not be eligible for the draw or a prize. 13. Non-compliant entries The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify individuals or cancel their entries if those individuals have entered or attempted to enter the contest by any means that violate these rules or that are unfair to other entrants (e.g., more than one entry, pirating, non-members, etc.). Such a person may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. 13. Contest operation. Any attempt to sabotage the legitimate conduct of the contest constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. In the event of such attempts, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to reject the individual's entries and seek redress under the law. 14. Acceptance of prize. Prizes must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be transferred to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash or another recording date, except as otherwise provided for in section on prize substitutions. 15. Substitution of prizes. If, for reasons unrelated to the winners, the Contest Organizers are unable to award the prize (or portion thereof) as described in these rules, they reserve the right to cancel the prize or award a prize (or portion thereof) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or portion thereof) set out herein. 16. Refusal to accept a prize. If a selected individual declines their prize in accordance with these rules, or declines the date of the event presented, the Contest Organizers will be free of any obligation related to awarding this prize to this person. 17. Limitation of liability: use of prize. All individuals selected release the Contest Organizers and their affiliated, related and parent companies, divisions and subsidiaries,

4 advertising and promotional agencies and their employees, agents and representatives of any damages that may result from their acceptance or use of the prize In order to be declared a winner, and before they can obtain their prize, all individuals selected must sign a Declaration Form to this effect and agree to prove that they are a Desjardins member by presenting their Desjardins card with their name on it, or any other equivalent proof. 18. Warranty. All prize winners acknowledge that the only applicable prize warranty is the usual manufacturer warranty. A statement to this effect will be included in the Declaration Form. 19. Supplier responsibility. Prize winners acknowledge that upon receipt of a prize confirmation letter, the execution of prize-related obligations is the full and exclusive responsibility of the prize suppliers. A statement to this effect will be included in the Declaration Form. 20. Limitation of liability: contest operation. The Contest Organizers shall not be held liable, to the extent permitted by law, with respect to any malfunction of any computer component, software or communication line, or any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible or erased by any computer or network that may prevent anyone from entering the contest. What s more, they shall not be held liable with respect to any loss or damage that may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any web page, software or form download and/or transmission of any information concerning entry in the contest. 21. Modification. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, in whole or in part, should any event, error or human intervention occur that could alter or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the contest as provided for in these contest rules, subject to approval by the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required. Under no circumstances will the Contest Organizers and their affiliated, related and parent companies, divisions and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, product and service providers for this contest, and their employees, agents and representatives, be required to award more prizes than indicated herein or award a prize other than in compliance with these rules. 22. Inability to act: labour dispute. The Contest Organizers will assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control, or a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute occurring on their premises, or in the places of business of the organizations or companies whose services are used in order to hold the contest. 23. Limitation of liability: contest entry. By entering or attempting to enter this contest, participants agree, to the greatest extent permitted by law, not to hold liable the Contest Organizers for any damages that may result from entering or attempting to enter the contest. 24. Authorization. By entering the contest, all winners authorize the Contest Organizers, their partners, representatives and those duly authorized by the Contest Organizers, to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, prize statement, place of residence, voice and any material submitted as part of the contest without compensation and at their discretion, for up to three years, in any media across the province, for advertising purposes. Winners must sign, on the day

5 of the recording, a release form granting permission to the broadcaster to film them during the recording. 25. Communication with participants. There will be no communication or correspondence with participants as part of this contest, except with those selected to win a prize. 26. Guests of a winner who is minor. In the event that a prize is also extended to guests and a prize winner s guest is a minor, the parent or guardian must sign the Declaration Form and, if applicable, accept the prize on behalf of said minor. 27. Decisions of the Contest Organizers. Any decision by the Contest Organizers or their representatives regarding the contest is final and without appeal, subject to a ruling by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on any issue under its jurisdiction. 28. Disputes. Disputes about the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any dispute with respect to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 29. Participant identification. For the purposes of these rules, the participant is the person whose name appears on the entry form, and it is this person who will be awarded the prize if selected and declared a winner. 30. Non affiliation. Participants acknowledge and accept that Facebook is not the property of and is not operated by the Contest Organizers, and nevertheless agree to comply with Facebook s terms of use. Any personal information collected for this contest is for the exclusive use of the Contest Organizers and will not be transmitted in any way to Facebook. Facebook is not associated with the contest and is not sponsoring it in any way. It will not bear any liability in that respect. 31. Contest rules. These contest rules are available upon request and at AvantageVIP.ca and Y. 32. Personal information. The personal information gathered on participants as part of this contest will be used solely to administer the contest and is subject to the privacy policy available at No communication, commercial or otherwise, that is not related to this contest will be sent by the Contest Organizers to participants, unless the participants have otherwise given their consent by checking the appropriate box on the official contest entry form. 33. Language. In the event of a discrepancy between the English and French versions of these rules, the French version shall prevail.
