The GET A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THE SUPER BOWL CONTEST (the Contest ) is open to eligible residents of Quebec, Ontario and New-Brunswick. TO ENTER, YOU MUST HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE TO CONSUME ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE DESCRIBED HEREIN. No purchase required. By entering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following rules (the Official Rules ) and agree to comply with them in their entirety. These Official Rules are final and binding for all matters related to the Contest. WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED ACCORDING TO CRITERIA SET OUT HEREIN. THE CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED OR ADMINISTERED BY THE NFL ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). THE NFL ENTITIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR PRIZE AWARDED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS CONTEST. 2. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest opens on December 12, 2017, and closes on January 16, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. (the Contest Period ). 3. ELIBILITY. The following are excluded from the Contest: employees, representatives and agents of Labatt Brewery Company Ltd., the National Football League (in partnership with Labatt Breweries of Canada [the Contest Sponsors ]), Rôtisseries St-Hubert Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and any licenced manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or retailer of alcoholic beverage, as well as the applicable provincial control and liquor licensing commission (the Government Agency ), and any member of the immediate family (parent, spouse, brother, sister, child) of one of the abovementioned persons and any person residing with one of them. Government agencies are not connected with this Contest and are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter related to this Contest. All participants selected to win a prize must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skilltesting question and comply with these rules in order to be declared a winner. 4. HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN In participating establishments in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, during the Contest Period, from December 12, 2017, to January 16, 2018 at 11:59 p.m., upon purchasing one of the eligible combos, each consumer (hereinafter the Consumer ) will be granted one entry to enter the contest. Eligible combos: -Five crispy ribs and a 20 oz. glass of Bud Light for $14; -Original nachos and a 60 oz. pitcherof Bud Light combo for $25. One chance to win per bill only. Once the Consumer receives their bill, they can register online at contest.st-hubert.com.

2 The Consumer must fill in all the required fields, including the mathematical skill-testing question and bill number, during the Contest Period, from December 12, 2017, to January 16, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. They must also confirm that they have read and agree to the Contest Rules. For no purchase entry, entries must be received before the contest end date. Entries received after this date will not be eligible or processed. NO PURCHASE ENTRY: To enter the Contest without purchase, the Consumer must mail an original text, not mechanically reproduced, of at least 100 words explaining why they would like to enter the GET A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THE SUPER BOWL LII CONTEST to the following address: GET A CHANCE TO WIN A TRIP TO THE SUPER BOWL LII, 50 Labatt Street, Montreal, Quebec, H8R 3E7. The Consumer must also indicate at the bottom of the page their date of birth. Each request for no purchase entry must be sent separately. Limit of one (1) no purchase entry per person, per day. The participant must mail in their request within the required timeframe to allow the Contest Sponsors to add their inscription to the data base. For no purchase entry, entries must be received before the contest end date. Entries received after this date will not be eligible or processed. 5. ODDS OF WINNING. The chances of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) to attend the Super Bowl LII game, including airfare in Economy Class from the Canadian international airport closest to the designated person s residence to Minneapolis, Minnesota, three (3) nights standard accommodation in Minneapolis (based on double occupancy), airport transfers in Minneapolis, two (2) tickets in the touchdown zone for the Super Bowl game (seat selection at Labatt s sole discretion), three (3) breakfasts, two (2) lunches and two (2) dinners per person (at dining establishments to be determined by Labatt), round-trip transfer to the stadium on game day and to Bud Light events, $400 CAN in spending money in the form of a prepaid credit card payable to the designated person only, two (2) passes to NFL events on the same weekend (at Labatt s discretion). Travel dates are from February 2 to 5, 2018, subject to change by the Contest Sponsors and must be redeemed at specific times or prize will be forfeited. Approximate retail value of prize: $16,000 CAN based on departure from the Canadian international airport nearest the winner s residence. Prize does not include alcoholic beverages. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted in whole or in part for cash. THE WINNER AND ACCOMPANYING PERSON MUST BE 21 OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY, HOLD A VALID CANADIAN PASSPORT AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES. The winner and accompanying person must bear the costs and expenses that are not listed above, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from their residence to the point of departure, transportation to Minneapolis, Minnesota (if other than the available group transfers), airline baggage fees, insurance, additional food and beverages, valid travel documents (a valid passport for travel to the U.S. is required), all other personal expenses, taxes, gratuities and fees. 7. PRIZE GENERAL. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for substituting a prize or any element of a prize that is unavailable. The Contest Sponsors makes no express or implied warranty or condition of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance

3 of a prize or activity offered. All prizes must be accepted as is. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution is authorized, except by the Contest Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize or a part of a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Each winner and their travel companion must have identical travel itineraries and the winner s travel companion must be the same person for the entire duration of the trip. All travel arrangements will be made by the Contest Sponsors and are subject to flight and seat availability and blackout periods. Once the tickets have been issued, the names of the travellers cannot be changed. It is the sole responsibility of the winners and their travel companions to obtain all required travel documents. The right to a prize will be revoked if, as the case may be, (a) for any reason, the winner or their travelling companion does not have the necessary travel documents; or (b) the winner cannot or does not want to travel during the specified period. The Contest Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, award the prize to another eligible participant. In the event the prize (or a portion thereof), including Super Bowl LII or any event associated with the Super Bowl, is postponed, cancelled or made not available for whatever reason, the remaining portion of the prize may be granted in order to fully satisfy the conditions of the prize, and the Contest Sponsors shall not be required to replace any element of the prize that is postponed, cancelled or rendered unavailable. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited and has no cash value. The Contest Sponsors make no express or implied representation or guarantee of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize-related activity. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS 5. On January 17, 2018, at 12 p.m., at the headquarters of St-Hubert, located at 2500, Daniel Johnson, suite 700, Laval, QC, H7T 2P6, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received in accordance with Paragraph 3, in order to award the prize described above. 6. Limit of one (1) prize per person AND/OR per residence. Any participant that is selected in the scope of this contest and who does not meet this condition will be automatically disqualified and another draw will be held to select a participant. Proof of identity may be required when claiming the prize. CLAIMING OF PRIZES 7. In order to be declared a winner, the selected person must: 7.1 Be reached by phone by a Contest Representative on the day of the draw, following the random selection; and 7.2 Each prizewinner must sign and return an declaration of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, a waiver releasing the Contest Sponsors from any liability that could arise from the awarding of the prize and its use and, where stipulated by law, a PR consent form (collectively the Declaration ), as well as a photocopy of both the winner s and their travel companion s valid passport before the Prize is awarded in the timeframe set forth by the Contest Sponsors. The travel companions (who must be 21 years and older) must also sign a declaration. Failure to comply with these Official Rules could result in disqualification and the

4 potential selection of another winner, at the Contest Sponsors discretion. The potential winner will have 24 hours to contact the Contest Representative after the draw occurs. If after 24 hours the person has not contacted the Contest Representative, a new draw will be held until which time a winner is contacted. Selected participants will not be declared winners if they do not comply with all the conditions set out in the Official Rules. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable or any decision that deems a selected participant is not eligible may result in their exclusion and potentially the selection of an alternate winner. The Contest Sponsors are not liable for any claim made in connection with entry in this Contest or any prize awarded. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the use of their name, city of residence, biographical information, statements, photo and/or image for advertising purposes, without any form of remuneration. 9. AWARDING OF PRIZE: The Contest Sponsors are not liable nor will be held liable for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. All prizes must be accepted as is, are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The use of any prize, or any portion thereof, for purposes of a contest or resale is strictly prohibited. No prize substitution allowed, except by the Contest Sponsors, who reserve the right to replace the prize or any portion of the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The Contest Sponsors obligation to the winner(s) is limited to the abovementioned prizes. 10. RELEASE: By entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, all guests, participants and/or winners agree to release the Contest Sponsors, the NFL Entities (as defined below), St-Hubert establishments, as well as their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies, and government agencies from any liability and waive any cause of action related to claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind within the scope of the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, but not limited to, claims, costs, injuries, loss or damage related to personal injuries, death, damage or destruction to property, advertising or private rights, defamation or misrepresentation, intentional or not), whether this cause is by nature a contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other theory. The Contest Sponsors and each of their respective agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, partnerships, managers, representatives, agents, licensees, successors and beneficiaries and respective government agencies (i) constitute no warranty or representation of any kind with respect to the prizes and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All participants agree to release the National Football League and professional football club members, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P. and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, partners, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively the NFL Entities ) from any injury, loss, damage, claim, suit and liability of any nature whatsoever deriving or resulting from their participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, improper use or non-use of a prize (including any travel or activity related to travel). The NFL Entities are not associated with the organization or the sponsorship of the Contest in any way whatsoever. The NFL Entities assume no obligation or responsibility for any claim made in relation to this Contest or the prizes awarded. 11. ERRORS AND DAMMAGE. The Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for any typographical or other error in the offer or operation of this Contest, including, but not limited

5 to, errors in the advertising, Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of the prizes. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to exclude any person who (i) alters the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acts in contravention of the Official Rules; or (iii) in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to intimidate, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 12. APPLICABLE LAW. The Contest and Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. 13. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS. The Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws. By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge having read the Official Rules and agree to comply with their terms and the decisions of the Contest Sponsors, which are final. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to modify or terminate the Contest, at their sole discretion and at any time, without notifying participants. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 14. RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC. Any litigation concerning the conduct or administration of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation related to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
