SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST This Sweepstakes/contest is being conducted by Taste of the Danforth and the GreekTown on the Danforth BIA, with prizes provided by Sunwing Vacations hereinafter collectively referred to as Sponsors. The GreekTown on the Danforth BIA is located at: 452 A Danforth Avenue Toronto, ON, M4K 1P4 Contact: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NOT OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC. This Sweepstakes/contest runs from August 10th, 2018 until August 24th, 2018 at 1:00 pm, the Sweepstakes/contest Window". Participants must answer a number of survey questions; provide their name, address and other information. Any entry by the participant constitutes consent to participate in this Contest and agreement with the Rules. All entries will be the property of the Sponsors. By completing the survey and entering this contest, you are expressly providing permission for both the Taste of the Danforth and Sunwing Vacations to contact you in the future. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY FOR ANY PART OF THE CONTEST. 2. ELIGIBILITY APPLICABLE LOCAL, PROVINCIAL, FEDERAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES/CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC. Sweepstakes/contest is open to any living persons in Canada, excluding residents in the province of Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering into this Sweepstakes/contest, the participant shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by the decisions of the Sponsors and their affiliated entities, which shall be final and binding in all respects. In order to claim the prize and be declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to complete and sign a declaration and release statement, in order to; confirm compliance with the rules and regulations, accept the prize as awarded, without substitution, release

2 the Sponsors and their affiliated companies from any liability, as described more fully below. Where required by law, you may be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by or telephone at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time. Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within 14 business days after notification is sent to the address on the selected entrant s entry, or fail to return of prize documents, may result in forfeiture of the prize. At the sole discretion of the Sponsors, an alternate winner may be selected or the prize award may be cancelled. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any other reason the prize cannot be awarded, another Sweepstakes/contest entry may be randomly selected by draw until the prize has been awarded. Where required by law, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, the random selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. 3. DISCLAIMERS The Sponsors and their subsidiaries and affiliated entities are not responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, deleted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified. By participating in the Sweepstakes/contest, each registrant/entrant agrees and acknowledges: to be bound by these official rules, all Sponsor-related terms and conditions, as well as the decisions of the Sponsors which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the official rules; and that the Sponsors and their affiliated entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in the Sweepstakes/contest; acceptance/possession (including, but not limited to, delays by shipping companies), defects, and/or use/misuse of a prize (including, but not limited to, cancellation/postponement); discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration and/or account information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sponsors; interruption or inability to access the Sponsors, their affiliated entities and their respective websites, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to participant's (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes/contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Sponsors or any one of their affiliated entities.

3 Each participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors and their subsidiaries and affiliated entities from and against any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes/contest and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sponsors or their affiliated entities, and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsors and their subsidiaries and affiliated entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with a prize. The Sponsors and/or their subsidiaries and affiliated entities shall in no event be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the prize suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsors, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sponsors or their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Title of this Sweepstakes/contest may change during the Sweepstakes/contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES/ CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Sweepstakes/contest, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, may result in immediate disqualification of the entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future offers. Any attempt to cheat by creating fake profiles will be looked upon very seriously, and can result in immediate and permanent ban, and possible further action. Irrelevant entries, as deemed irrelevant at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, and those using copyrighted content may be removed and disqualified from the Sweepstakes/contest. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the username submitted at time of concept. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address entered into the Sponsor's' system. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes/contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, unavailable funds or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, then the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Sweepstakes/contest. 4. PRIZES; ODDS; SELECTION OF WINNERS; USE OF INFORMATION:

4 One winner will be selected to win two tickets on the Sunwing Vacations itinerary for seven days. For further information on the details as to what is included and not included, please refer to the notes below. Winners must make their request to travel to Sunwing Vacations and the GreekTown on the Danforth BIA on or before September 30, Travel is valid from anytime between November 1, 2018 to October 31, Travel is subject to availability and not valid during the blackout periods. For more information refer to Sunwing Vacations.ca. You will require a valid passport to travel. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the necessary travel documents. Not included in this package is passport/visa fees, transportation to and from guests home residence to the departure airport, travel and medical insurance, vacation cancelation insurance, airport improvement fees, connecting flights, air taxes and fuel surcharges, departure taxes, PST/ GST, excess baggage fees, sightseeing tours and other in-destination activities, costs associated with obtaining necessary vaccinations, and items or personal nature. It is estimated that the taxes to be paid by the winner will be approximately $450 per person. Please refer to the appropriate Sunwing Vacations brochure or website for information on airport transfers in destination and any additional information you may require. The Prize is governed by Sunwing Vacations. Booking conditions. Vacation must be booked 90 days in advance and all itineraries are pending availability. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together both ways. The winner and his/her travel companion must reside in Canada and have the legal right to leave Canada and to return to Canada; and must have the legal right to enter and leave the destination country to which they are bound. They are fully responsible for obtaining, at their own expenses, all documentation necessary for the vacation as required by the authorities concerned, including, but not limited to, visas, passports, vaccinations and certificates. These shall be obtained before departure. Failing to provide the required documents may result in denied boarding by the air carrier and/or entry by immigration authorities. Sunwing Vacations and GreekTown the Danforth BIA are not responsible in this respect. The winner and his/her travel companion shall comply with the contest validity dates and accept the alternatives proposed by Sunwing Vacations, if this proves necessary. Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash. The winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Grand Prize retail value and actual cost. Sunwing Vacations and GreekTown the Danforth BIA reserves the right to offer a comparable prize if a program is cancelled in the case of force

5 majeure or in the case of any other irresistible and unforeseeable circumstances. No frequent flyer miles will be available. THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PRIZE VARIES DEPENDING ON DEPARTURE DATES, BUT IS ESTIMATED AT APPROXIMATELY $4,700 Your odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. For example, if 1000 eligible entries were received, your odds of winning would be 1:1000. The Sponsor cannot accurately estimate how many eligible entries will be received during the Sweepstakes/contest Window. Following the end of the Sweepstakes/contest Window, the Sponsor shall schedule the prize selection at its own discretion and within the time period allowed by Law. ALL INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All costs and expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is not transferable, has no cash value for the winner and the duration cannot be extended, except at discretion of the Sponsor. Unused travel services are not exchangeable for alternate arrangements. The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for internal purposes and to send you information about the Sponsor's products and special promotions but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process. Entry constitutes permission to post winner's names on Sponsor s Website and to use winner's name, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entry also constitutes agreement to provide a photo of winners, which will be posted on the Sponsor s website. In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize as awarded, Sponsors or any parties associated with this prize will provide neither compensation nor substitutions. Prize winner must return a signed copy of the congratulations letter within 14 days of its receipt to confirm their understanding of the conditions stipulated above. 5. APPLICABLE LAW The Sweepstakes/contest and these official rules shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
