ELIGIBILITY: Chunky Super Bowl 50 Instant Win Game (the Game ) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at time of entry ( Eligible Participant ). Void in Puerto Rico & where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Campbell Soup Company ( Sponsor ), its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and Tenthwave Digital LLC and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, and promotion of this Game (collectively, the Game Entities ) are not eligible to participate. Game is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Game. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant s eligibility to participate in the Game. 3. GAME TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Game begins on September 15, 2015 and ends on February 8, 2016 ( Game Period ). There will be ten (10) Grand Prizes available to be awarded from September 15, 2015 through December 1, 2015, and one thousand (1,000) First Prizes and fifty thousand (50,000) Second Prizes available to be awarded throughout the Game Period. Unclaimed Grand and First Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Random Drawing. (See Rule #9). Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded. 4. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: 1) When you purchase a specially- marked, 19- ounce can of the following Campbell s Chunky Soups - Chicken Noodle, Sirloin Burger and New England Clam Chowder - open the can and look under the lid to see if you are a winner. If the lid contains a prize winning message, you are a winner of the prize indicated subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. If the lid does not contain a prize winning message, you are not an instant winner. All Grand Prize claims must be received by 12/1/15. All First and Second Prizes must be claimed by 2/8/16. See Rule #5 below on how to claim a prize. Non- winning cans will not contain a message.

2 2) To play the game without purchasing a can of Campbell s Chunky Soup: Go to click on no purchase entry and enter your name, address, address, and phone number. Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET 12/1/15 in order to be eligible to win a Grand Prize; and must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET 2/8/16 in order to be eligible to win a First or Second Prize. If you are a winner, you will be notified by or U.S. mail and will be instructed on how to claim your prize. Non- winners will not be notified. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Eligible participants may use either game play method. Unclaimed Grand and First Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance drawing (See Rule #9). Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded. 5. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: If you are a Grand or First Prize winner, secure your winning lid with tape between 2 pieces of cardboard (3 x 3 ), place your winning lid, protected as described, inside an envelope with a 3 ½ x 5 paper containing your hand printed name, complete address (no PO boxes), address and daytime phone number, keep a photocopy of both and mail the lid and the paper via REGISTERED MAIL, return receipt requested, to: Chunky IWG Claim, c/o Tenthwave Digital LLC, 35 Pinelawn Road, Suite 108W, Melville, NY Grand Prize claims must be received by 12/1/15. If you are a Second Prize winner, you may claim your prize as follows: Go to and click on Claim Your Prize. Provide the requested information including your name, address and address. Click submit, and you will be given a claim code. Print or record your claim code, photocopy your winning lid, and mail the claim code, along with your name, address, and address, and your winning lid (packaged as described above) and send it to: Chunky IWG Claim, c/o Tenthwave Digital LLC, 35 Pinelawn Road, Suite 108W, Melville, NY First and Second Prize claims must be received by 2/8/16. All claims submitted will be verified by Tenthwave Digital LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions, along with Sponsor s, are final on all matters relating to this Game. Fraud detection devices may have been placed on lids. Any lid that is forged, mechanically reproduced, altered, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, containing printing or other errors or obtained through unintended channels is automatically void. No responsibility is assumed by Releasees for lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due or late mail. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with these official rules. All claims submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. First and Second Prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks of prize claim. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release and federal and state tax release, and return same, properly executed, within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Non- compliance within the requested time frame or with the Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the winner being disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to

If any winner is eligible but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. 7. PRIZES/ODDS: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: A 4- day, 3- night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco, CA from 2/5/16-2/8/16. Trip prize includes round- trip, coach class, air transportation from a major Gateway airport nearest the winner s home, double- occupancy hotel accommodations, travel stipend for ground transportation, round- trip transportation to Super Bowl 50 at Levi s Stadium, two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 50, two (2) Super Bowl 50 Gift Bags and $250 spending money (awarded in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,000/each. Actual value of trip prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. Odds 1:260 Odds of winning any prize instantly is 1:255 Total ARV of all prizes: $319, PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person. First and Second Prizes will be awarded within approximately 4-6 weeks after the prize is claimed (subject to Sponsor s verification of eligibility). All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable at the time the prize is awarded. All claimed prizes will be awarded. Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded. Gift Codes and coupons are subject to terms and conditions related to each respectively. Travel Restrictions on Grand Prize trip: Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize winner selected. If a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Winner, guest or parent or legal guardian of minor guest must sign a travel release prior to traveling. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and confirmation of reservations; certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer. Airline and flight times to be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion. One or more stopovers may be required on air transportation. Winner and guest must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary. Air transportation, if applicable, and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor s agent on a carrier of Sponsor s choice.

4 Once trip dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner must confirm available travel dates and flight times selected by the Sponsor at least two (2) weeks prior to travel dates. No extension or change of trip dates permitted. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or similar items once they are in winner's possession, or in the possession of winner's guest. If the winner lives within 100 miles of prize destination city, the air transportation portion of the prize will not be awarded and ground transportation will be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and guest must possess valid ID and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents (passport, etc.) in order to travel. Game Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Game Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Prize components cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and no portion may be separated except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of the prize. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all- inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the affidavit and release and/or prize travel documents. Costs for room and tax only based on one room with double occupancy; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included. Tickets to Super Bowl 50 are subject to certain terms and conditions and are not transferable. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all stadium and event rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest who engage in a non- sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any event. If any part of an event is unable to take place as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided. 9. SECOND CHANCE DRAWINGS: There will be two (2) Second Chance Drawings conducted: the first will be conducted on or about 12/8/15 to award any unclaimed Grand Prizes, and another will be conducted on or about 2/15/16 to award any unclaimed First Prizes. Entries received for the first Second Chance Drawing who are not selected will be included in the second Second Chance Drawing. 5 2/8/16 in order to be eligible for the First Prize Second Chance Drawing. Each mail- in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. No mechanical reproductions permitted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Winner(s), if any, will be selected in random drawings by Tenthwave Digital LLC, an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning an unclaimed Grand Prize in the Second Chance Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Grand Prizes available. Odds of winning an unclaimed First Prize in the Second Chance Drawing are dependent on the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed First Prizes available. Winners, if any, will be notified by , phone and/or U. S. mail. Decisions of the judges, along with Sponsor, will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Game. Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded. 10. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including the internet, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PARTICIPANTS HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE GAME ENTITIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS, THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS, NFL VENTURES, INC., NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE NFL ENTITIES ) (COLLECTIVELY, THE RELEASEES ) FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE GAME OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE- RELATED ACTIVITY. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, stolen or misdirected entry submissions or prize claims, or errors of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Should any portion of the Game be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by non- authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play, or submission of entries or claims, or should the Game be unable to run as planned for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Game and, if terminated, at its discretion, select potential winner[s] in a random drawing from among all eligible, non- suspect entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who violates the rules or interferes with the Game in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate such participant s eligibility to participate in the Game. 12. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Game. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Game shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New Jersey, City of Camden. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official

7 Rules and/or the Game, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of Camden in the State of New Jersey. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens. 13. PRIVACY: Sponsor will collect information from the Participant solely for the purpose of administering the Game and to notify the winners. Sponsor will not share this information with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Game, unless participant agrees to receive future information from the Sponsor and/or third parties. Sponsor s use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this Game will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the Sponsor s Privacy Policy available at policy. Do not participate in this Game if you do not agree to the terms of the Sponsor s Privacy Policy. 14. NUMBER OF PRIZES: No more than the listed number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a printing, production, seeding, technical or human error, or for any other reason, the number of winning game lids distributed or received for any prize level exceeds the number of prizes listed in these Official Rules for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all non- suspect, eligible prize claims received to award the listed number of prizes for that level. 15.
