This promotion is sponsored by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and is open to residents of Canada and the United States of America, who are Winner s Circle Rewards (WCR) members and who are 19 years of age or older (excluding selfexcluded, trespassed, or archived members), except employees of any of the following: OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), and OLG s advertising, promotion and contest management agencies. 2. Any personal information provided to or collected the OLG or the Contest Management Agency, including but not limited to entrants contact information, is collected pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to conduct and administer the contests by OLG or through a 3rd party Contest Administrator, including but not limited to the awarding of the Prize(s) and referring to such personal information in voice messages or other messages left for a selected entrant, for publicity and advertising purposes, for improving how OLG markets deliver its product(s) to consumers, and to comply with legal requirements. This promotion is open to WCR members only, as determined by OLG. There is no fee payable to obtain membership, but OLG is not responsible for any delays in processing membership applications. 5. Except as otherwise specified in these Official Rules and Regulations, this promotion takes place at each of the following OLG Casinos: Brantford, Point Edward, Sault Ste. Marie, Thousand Islands, Thunder Bay, and each of the following OLG Slots: Ajax, Clinton, Dresden, Flamboro, Fort Erie, Georgian, Grand River, Hanover, Hiawatha, Kawartha, Mohawk, Rideau Carleton, Sudbury, Western Fair, Windsor, Woodbine, Woodstock (each, a Site, and, collectively the Sites ). 6. An aggregate of 162,440 Winner s Circle Rewards members from all membership levels were selected for the mailing list for the Check Your Cheque promotional direct mail piece. 7. The only way to be selected for the mailing list for Check Your Cheque is to satisfy the following criteria: 7.1 The selected eligible Winner s Circle Rewards member must have mail consent and have a mailable and correct address, as determined by OLG.

2 7.2 To be a selected member belonging to the Winner s Circle Rewards (base level: also known as Rewards level) membership level with a 12-month point accumulation of 500 Tier points or more at time of selection on December 2, To be a selected member belonging to the Winner s Circle Rewards Silver membership level at time of selection on December 2, To be a selected member belonging to the Winner s Circle Rewards Gold membership level at time of selection on December 2, If the eligible member s membership level changes after December 2, 2010, the member will receive the prize in which they were initially classified as described in these Rules and as determined by OLG Member must not be self-excluded or trespassed at time of selection on December 2, For more information on the member selection criteria for this promotion please contact the OLG Support Centre at OLG reserves the right to disqualify any recipient who receives more than one (1) direct mail piece. 9. Distribution of the Check Your Cheque promotional direct mail piece will commence on or after January 12, The direct mail piece will be mailed by third class mail to the selected Winner s Circle Rewards members at the address contained in OLG s database records, all as determined by OLG. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): Promotional Cheques: 10. Pursuant to Rule #7 to #7.6, eligible WCR members will be sent three (3) promotional cheques by direct mail. 11. The promotional weeks for the direct mail cheques are as follows: Week 1: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, February 7, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, February 13, Week 2: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, February 14, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday February 20, Week 3: 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) on Monday, February 21, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, February 27, Beginning on Monday, February 7, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. (or Site opening) until 11 :59 p.m. (or Site closing) on Sunday, February 27, 2011, the promotional cheques may be scanned at any participating Site, within their corresponding validity dates, which are as follows: The first cheque is valid only during promotional week 1 (as per Rule #11) The second cheque is valid only during promotional week 2 (as per Rule #11) The third cheque is valid only during promotional week 3 (as per Rule #11)

3 13. Promotional cheques may be scanned at any of the participating Sites. The prize from the cheque must be claimed from the Site in which it was scanned. 14. To redeem a cheque, a member must have the cheque scanned during its valid promotional week at a participating Site Express kiosk or Winner s Circle Rewards desk. If the cheque is a winning cheque, the software application will indicate the prize value, and the member will receive that prize in the form of a prize voucher. Prizes to be won from the promotional cheques are as follows: $5.00 (CDN) worth in slot play, $10.00 (CDN) worth in slot play, $20.00 (CDN) worth in slot play, $5.00 (CDN) in cash, $10.00 (CDN) in cash, $20.00 (CDN) in cash, $25.00 (CDN) in cash, $50.00 (CDN) in cash, $ (CDN) in cash, $ (CDN) in cash, $ (CDN) in cash. 15. Promotional Cheques as per the selection criteria listed in Rule #7 to #7.6 and based on full distribution, all direct mail pieces will contain at least two (2) winning cheque. The approximate number of direct mail pieces contain the following amount of winning cheques: One thousand, eight hundred and fifteen (1,815) direct mail pieces contain three (3) winning cheques, One hundred and sixty thousand, six-hundred and twenty-five (160,625) direct mail pieces contain two (2) winning cheques, 16. The number of winning cheques per direct mail piece is allocated within the membership levels, as described in Rule #7.2 to #7.4 and is dependent upon the member s 12- month point accumulation at time of selection on December 2, The approximate number of prizes randomly allocated throughout the promotional cheques within each membership level, as described in Rule #7.2 to #7.4, is as follows for a total of three hundred forty-nine thousand, eight hundred fifty-five (349,855) winning cheques from all direct mail pieces mailed: Sixty-four thousand, seven hundred and eighteen (64,718) $5.00 (CDN) worth in slot play. Denominations in which the $5.00 (CDN) worth of slot play is issued may vary by Site. Thirty-seven thousand, four hundred and two (37,402) $10.00 (CDN) worth in slot play. Denominations in which the $10.00 (CDN) worth of slot play is issued may vary by Site. Fifty-two thousand, eight hundred and thirteen (52,813) $20.00 (CDN) worth in slot play. Denominations in which the $20.00 (CDN) worth of slot play is issued may vary by Site. Fifty-five thousand, nine hundred and twenty-four (55,924) $5.00 (CDN) in cash.

4 Sixty-three thousand, eight hundred and fifty-nine (63,859) $10.00 (CDN) in cash. Thirty-two thousand, three hundred and ten (32,310) $20.00 (CDN) in cash. Thirteen thousand, seven hundred and forty-seven (13,747) $25.00 (CDN) in cash. Three thousand, six hundred and fifty-seven (3,657) $50.00 (CDN) in cash. One thousand, two hundred and thirty-seven (1,237) $ (CDN) in cash. Seven hundred and seventy (770) $ (CDN) in cash. Two hundred and fifty-eight (258) $ (CDN) in cash. Cheque prizes are determined and based on the member s previous 12-month point accumulation during the period ending November 30, All cash vouchers must be redeemed at the Site of issuance Cage and Coin within 24 hours of issuance. 19. All slot play vouchers must be redeemed for Promotion Ticket(s) at the Site of issuance WCR desk within 24 hours of issuance. Slot play does not have cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The promotional ticket expires as per the date and time indicated on the ticket. Denominations in which the slot play prize amount is issued may vary by Site. 20. In order to claim the prize, the member must present valid government-issued photo identification OR his/her valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by OLG) form of valid government-issued non-photo identification. 21. OLG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and will not re-issue replacement vouchers. 22. Additional or replacement direct mail pieces containing the promotional cheques will not be available for distribution at the Sites. WCR members who do not receive the direct mail piece will not be provided with an additional direct mail piece containing the cheques. 23. Promotional cheques are non-transferable. Promotional cheques sent by mail or courier to the OLG or any of the participating Sites or any cheques not submitted in person at one of the participating Sites will not be scanned or entered into the $5, cash draw. $5, Cash Draw: 24. All eligible members who scan all three (3) of the promotional cheques during their valid promotional weeks as described in Rules #11 will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win one (1) of 10 (ten) $5, (CDN) cash prizes. 25. All three (3) cheques must be scanned during their valid promotional weeks for entry into the draw or the member will not be entered. 26. The $5, cash draw electronic draw entries will be automatically entered when all three (3) promotional cheques are scanned at any of the participating Sites.

5 27. The draw will take place on or after March 2, Selected winners do not have to be in attendance at the time of the $5, (CDN) cash draw in order to win. Attempts will be made to award the selected winners with the respective prize by contacting the selected winners at his/her telephone number (as recorded in the OLG database), from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm or by (as recorded in the OLG database) for two (2) days (or a period of time as deemed necessary by the Site) following the time that Sites are notified of their winner(s), to arrange a time to visit the WCR desk to claim his/her prize. The selected winner is responsible for returning any telephone or message left by the WCR representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to win the prize. 29. If, at the end of the above mentioned time period, the selected winner has not been contacted or otherwise declared a winner for that prize, he/she will no longer be eligible to receive the prize. 30. There will be no back-up winners drawn. If none of the selected winners claim the prize within the time limits specified, the prize will not be awarded and OLG has no obligation to award any substitute prizes. 31. The $5, cash draw prize must be claimed in person, from the Site in which the winner was contacted. In order to claim the prize, the member must present valid government-issued photo identification OR his/her valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by OLG) form of valid government-issued non-photo identification. Get Spotted Hot Bank & Table Draws: 32. Beginning on February 7, 2011 until February 27, 2011, on every promotional day, all active members, as determined by OLG, who are seated at a selected bank of slot machines or a table game (as drawn by the Site), and who has their active WCR card inserted into the slot machine or into the card reader or rated play at a table game, are then eligible to receive one (1) Get Spotted Check Your Cheque bonus cheque to be scanned at the Winner s Circle Rewards desk to receive 200 Winner s Circle Reward Points (approximate value $8.50 (CDN)). 33. If a patron is not a WCR member and signs up to become a WCR member on the spot, he or she will be eligible to receive one (1) Get Spotted Check Your Cheque bonus cheque to be scanned at the Winner s Circle Rewards desk to receive 200 Winner s Circle Reward Points (approximate value $8.50 (CDN)). 34. Get Spotted Hot Bank and Table Draw times are determined by the Site and are subject to change. The number of draws to take place each promotional day per Site are as follows: OLG Slots Clinton, Dresden, Hanover, Hiawatha, Grand River and Woodstock will conduct three (3) draws per promotional day. OLG Slots Ajax, Flamboro, Fort Erie, Georgian, Kawartha, Sudbury, Western Fair, Windsor and OLG Casino Brantford, Point Edward, Sault Ste. Marie, Thousand Islands and Thunder Bay will conduct five (5) draws per promotional day.

6 OLG Slots Mohawk, Rideau, Woodbine will conduct eight (8) draws per promotional day. 35. The WCR card of the winning member(s) of the Get Spotted Check Your Cheque draw must belong solely to the winning member(s) or they will be disqualified from winning the prize. 36. One (1) prize per eligible member, per Get Spotted Hot Bank and Table Draw. 37. All Get Spotted Check Your Cheque bonus cheques issued through this promotion must be redeemed at the WCR desk within 24 hours of the issuance date and time as indicated on the voucher. GENERAL RULES: 38. All participants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request. 39. All vouchers/coupons/offers are the property of OLG. Vouchers/coupons/offers which have been obtained or made through fraudulent means or which are illegible, altered, reproduced, mutilated, irregular, or appear to be tampered with are subject to disqualification. OLG will not be responsible for coupons/voucher/ballots, direct mail pieces or s, which are lost, destroyed, deemed unmailable, as determined by Canada Post, misdirected, or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for the Site s capacity constraints or for the removal or the non-removal of any patrons, or for any incorrect or inaccurate data in the WCR database, any incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, visual or printing errors, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone, computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Where such failures cannot be corrected immediately or within a reasonable time frame to allow for a continuation of the promotion, the Site may, at the Site s option, use a manual back up system and/or disqualify the affected participant. 40. All decisions of the judges with respect to any element of this promotion are final. 41. In the event that an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements, then OLG has no obligation to award any prize(s) to that entrant. 42. Limit: One (1) first (1 st ) cheque per each eligible WCR member; one (1) second (2 nd ) cheque per each eligible WCR member; one (1) third (3 rd ) cheque per each eligible WCR member. Limit: One (1) $5, cash draw entry per each eligible WCR member across all Sites when all three (3) promotional cheques have been scanned. 43. Prize winners may be required to sign, before receiving the prize, a form declaring that he/she has claimed his/her prize. Prize winners may also be required to sign, before receiving the prize, a declaration and release, confirming promotion eligibility, compliance with the promotion rules and releasing OLG including any management agency and any independent judging organization from any liability in connection with the conduct of the promotion and/or the awarding of the prizes. 44. OLG will not be responsible for errors in database entries.

7 45. The coupon/voucher/ballot expiry time is as indicated on each coupon/voucher/ballot. The Site reserves the right to extend any coupon/voucher/ballot expiry time at the Site s sole discretion for Customer Service purposes. 46. All dates and time listed in these Rules are approximate and subject to change. 47. It is the participating member s responsibility to verify that the WCR membership number appearing on the coupon/voucher/ballot/offer is the same as the membership number appearing on his/her WCR card. OLG will not be responsible for any errors in the membership number. 48. The only way to receive a direct mail piece is to meet the criteria as determined by OLG, based on OLG database records. OLG will not be responsible for errors in database entries or mail delivery errors. 49. No offer substitutions will be made, save for OLG s right, at its sole discretion, to make an offer substitution of equivalent value. Vouchers and coupons not redeemed prior to the expiry date will automatically become void and will not be redeemable at a later date. OLG has no obligation to award substitute offers to those WCR members who have not redeemed their offer(s). 50. Offers/vouchers/coupons sent by mail or courier to the OLG or any of the participating Sites, or offers/vouchers/coupons not submitted in person at one of the participating Sites, will not be validated for redemption. 51. OLG reserves the right to verify the full legal name and address of the claimant with the information on the selected entry form. To claim the prize, valid government-issued photo identification OR valid WCR card together with an acceptable (as determined by OLG) form of valid government-issued non-photo identification will be required. 52. OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Check Your Cheque promotion, or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond OLG s control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this promotion, as OLG deems necessary. 53. OLG reserves the right to change or alter a promotion, as it deems appropriate, including making changes or alterations to these rules and regulations relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). 54. Members with self-excluded or trespassed status or whose Winner's Circle Rewards account become archived during the promotional period, as determined by OLG, will not be eligible for any prizes associated with OLG contests, promotions, tournaments or giveaways. 55. OLG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify an entrant and seek damages and/or other relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all persons responsible for any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with the contest rules, and deliberately damage any kiosk or undermining the administration, security or legitimate operation of this contest. 56. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. Times may vary, depending on the opening and closing hour of the Site.

These Official Rules and Regulations govern the promotion and must be followed and by agreeing to participate in the promotion, all entrants agree to comply with, and be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations. 58. This promotion is subject to the Laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada as applicable. 8.0 Prizes, vouchers and coupons are non-transferable.
