1 Official Rules and Regulations PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY Holiday Cash Dash Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation December 12, 2016 January 8, Holiday Cash Dash (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation ("OLG") and is open to "Eligible Participants" (each an "Eligible Participant") who (at the time of participation): (i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) are residents of Ontario; (iii) are not self-excluded; (iv) are physically located in the Province of Ontario each time they play any of the Games (as defined in Rule 10.1.ii); (v) have a valid PlayOLG player account (the "Account") that is in good standing, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, in accordance with the Official PlayOLG Terms and Conditions (the "PlayOLG Terms"), which are hereby incorporated into and made part of these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules"). Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"), and any of OLG's service providers, advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate. 2. In the event that a participant (including, but not limited to, a participant who is eligible to win a Prize, as defined below in Rules 13 & 14) does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right to disqualify the participant from participating in the Promotion and further will have no obligation to award any Prize(s) (as defined in Rule 13 & 14) in relation to that participant. KEY DATES 3. The period for the Promotion starts on December 12, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. and ends on January 8, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (the "Promotional Period"). 4. Entries for the winning of Weekly Prizes or the Grand Prize (as defined below in Rule 13 & 14) will be calculated on the basis of Wagers (as defined below in Rule 10, 11 & 12) made during the following periods (each, a "Weekly Period" and collectively the "Weekly Periods"): Week 1: Monday, December 12 at 12:00:01 am - Sunday, December 18 at 11:59:59 pm Week 2: Monday, December 19 at 12:00:01 am - Sunday, December 25 at 11:59:59 pm Week 3: Monday, December 26 at 12:00:01 am - Sunday, January 1 at 11:59:59 pm Week 4: Monday, January 2 at 12:00:01 am - Sunday, January 8 at 11:59:59 pm

OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Promotion mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any participant, Wager (as defined below in Rule 10.1) or other information, with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect or may affect the proper administration of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. HOW TO ENTER 6. To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must (during the Promotional Period): (i) log-in to his/her Account; (ii) locate the unique code (the Code ) accessible through PlayOLG.ca (the "Website"); and (iii) enter the Code in the space provided on the promotions page of the Website. 7. Each Eligible Participant must be the original, intended and named recipient of a promotional (the ) that has been sent by and received directly from OLG inviting the Eligible Participant to participate in the Offer. 8. Once the Code has been entered by an Eligible Participant and accepted by OLG, the Eligible Participant may start earning Entries (as defined in Rule 10) for the Prize draws (as defined in Rule 13). 9. The chances of winning any draw will vary depending on number of Entries (as defined in Rule 10) received by OLG for that draw during the Promotional Period. HOW TO EARN ENTRIES (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY) 10. During the Promotional Period, there will be two (2) ways to earn entries for Prize draws for this Promotion (each, an "Entry" and collectively, the "Entries"): 1. Minimum Wager: To earn up to one (1) Entry a Day by placing a Minimum Wager: i. An Eligible Participant must have entered the Code as required in order to register for the Promotion. ii. An Eligible Participant must place a wager or wagers using funds from the cash balance of his/her Account in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms (each a "Wager" and collectively the "Wagers") on one (1) or more of the following casino games (each, a "Game" and collectively, the "Games): (i) Silent Movie (launches Tuesday, Dec. 14); (ii) Keno Cash; (iii) Blackjack; (iv) Blackjack Classic; (v) War; (vi) Golden Goddess; (vii) Treasures of Troy; (viii) Double Diamond; (ix) Triple Diamond; (x) 100 Ladies; (xi) Siberian Storm; (xii) Kitty Glitter; (xiii) Cash Spin; (xiv) Sumatran Storm; (xv) Wild Wolf; (xvi) Action Jack; (xvii) Wheel of Fortune: Ultra 5 Reels; (xviii) Wheel of Fortune: Triple Extreme Spin; (xix) Sherlock Holmes: The Hunt for Blackwood; (xx) Pixies of the Forest; (xxi) Gypsy Moon (xxii) Triple Red Hot 7s; (xxiii) Fast Poker; (xxiv) Quick Hits Platinum; (xxv) White Orchid iii. Once the Code has been entered, an Eligible Participant will automatically be eligible to earn an Entry when a minimum of Twenty-Five Canadian Dollars ($25.00 CAD) is wagered using

3 funds from the cash balance from his/her Account in a Day (a "Minimum Wager"). A day is defined for the purposes of these Rules as a game session ending between 12:00:01 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. a Day. A casino session ends when a game window is closed or times out. The session end time & date will be used to determine wagers counted within a Day. iv. For the avoidance of any doubt, the maximum number of Entries a player can earn through Minimum Wager is one (1) per day. v. Double Your Grand Prize Entries: An Eligible participant who has wagered a minimum of Twenty-Five Canadian Dollars ($25.00 CAD) using funds from the cash balance of his/her Account, found a Facebook-only promo code on our Facebook page and entered the promo code in a given Weekly Period (as defined in Rule 4) will double the number of Entries earned for the Grand Prize Draw (as defined in Rule 16). 2. NO PURCHASE OR WAGER NECESSARY - Essay Option: i. To obtain one (1) Entry in the Promotion without making a Wager or a Purchase, a participant must print his/her first name, last name, telephone number and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a one hundred (100) words or more in a unique and original handwritten essay (the "Essay") on the subject of your favourite casino game to: Ontario Lottery and Gaming, PlayOLG.ca, 4120 Yonge Street, North York, ON M2P 2B8 (the "Request"). The Essay must include the participant's PlayOLG nickname and address as registered on the participant's Account. ii. Upon receipt of a Request in accordance with these Rules, the participant will receive one (1) Entry for the next Weekly Draw Date per Essay per envelope with sufficient postage. iii. To be eligible, any Request that a participant submits must: (i) be received separately in an envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Promotional Period and received by no later than the Weekly Draw Dates (as defined below in Rule 15). iv. OLG, the AGCO, OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") take no responsibility whatsoever for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Requests (all of which are void and determined by OLG in its sole discretion). 11. The maximum number of Entries that can be earned by a participant in this Promotion is 140 entries a week by wagering a minimum of $25 each day for 7 days in Weeks 1-4 for each Weekly Prize draw (as defined in Rule 15). 12. The maximum number of Entries that can be earned by a participant at the end of the Promotion period is 1120 by wagering a minimum of $25 each day during the Promotion period for the Grand Prize draw (as defined in Rule 16).

4 PRIZES 13. There will be a total of seventeen (17) prizes awarded in this Promotion (the Prizes ): Sixteen (16) prizes available to be won in the four (4) Weekly Prize draws (each a "Weekly Prize" and collectively the "Weekly Prizes"): Sixteen (16) Prepaid Gift Cards of Five Hundred Canadian Dollars ($ CAD) will be awarded four (4) available to be won for each Weekly Period; One (1) Grand Prize (the Grand Prize ) is available to be won in the Grand Prize draw: One (1) Grand Prize of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, CAD) will be awarded one (1) available to be won for the Grand Prize. 14. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Weekly Prizes and Grand Prizes: The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion); No substitutions are permitted, except at OLG's option. OLG reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability of the Prizes or any component thereof; and/or (b) substitute Prizes or a component thereof for any reason with another prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value; All arrangements relating to the Prizes must be made through OLG or its designated agents; and By accepting the Prizes, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties, including in the event if the Prizes or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person. SELECTION PROCESS AND DRAWS 15. On each of December 20 th and December 28 th, 2016, and January 3 rd and January 10th, 2017 (individually a "Weekly Draw Date" and collectively the "Weekly Draw Dates") in Toronto, four (4) Eligible Participants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion in accordance with these Rules, entered during the applicable preceding Weekly Period. Except at OLG's sole discretion, backup Entries will not be drawn. The Eligible Participants selected will win a Weekly Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). Each week, draws will occur for each of the Weekly Prizes in the order listed above. 16. On Tuesday, January 10 th, 2017 (the "Grand Prize Draw Date") in Toronto, one ( 1) Grand Prize Draw will take place in Toronto. All eligible Entries for the Grand Prize Draw are determined by the Code or the No Purchase or Wager Necessary option that is required for

5 Eligible participants to participate in the Promotion. One (1) Eligible Participant will be selected by random draw in the Grand Prize Draw, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, in accordance with these Rules. Except at OLG's sole discretion, backup Entries will not be drawn. The Eligible Participant selected will be eligible to win the Grand Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). 17. Only eligible Entries accrued during the applicable Weekly Period, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, will be considered for the associated Weekly Prize draw. All Entries accrued by Eligible Participants during the Promotional Period, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, will be considered for the Grand Prize draw. NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCESSES 18. In the event of a Prize win in conjunction with this Promotion, eligible winners will be notified on Tuesday December 20 th, December 28 th, January 3 rd and January 10 th in accordance with these Rules (as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion). 19. Attempts will be made to contact the Eligible Participant selected to win a Weekly Prize at his/her telephone number on record on the Player Account from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or by , or by regular mail, to arrange fulfillment of the applicable Prize. The first attempt to contact will be made within twenty four (24) hours the respective draw date. The second attempt will be made two (2) days after the first attempt and the third attempt will be made five (5) days after the second attempt. The Eligible Participants selected to win a Weekly Prize will then have seven (7) days from the first attempt to contact to claim the applicable Weekly Prize. The Eligible Participant who are contacted are responsible for returning any telephone message left or regular mail or message sent by an OLG representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to receive a Weekly Prize. If the Eligible Participant does not return the aforementioned messages within the time frame stipulated, they will no longer be eligible to receive a Weekly Prize. The Eligible Participant has thirty (30) days from the date of the applicable draw to claim their Prize. After thirty (30) days, the Eligible Participant may no longer be eligible to claim the Prize, and any awarding of Prize(s) will be at OLG's sole discretion. If a Weekly Prize is not claimed within the time specified, OLG reserves the right to re-draw, in its sole discretion, for that Weekly Prize. 20. Prior to being confirmed as the winner of a Weekly Prize, the Eligible Participant who is selected to win a Prize will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. 21. In addition, the Eligible Participant who is selected to win the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize may be required to execute and return OLG's standard Declaration and Release form which (among other things): (i) confirms his/her eligibility and compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize(s) (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the conduct of the Promotion and/or the awarding of the Prize(s); and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on

6 behalf of OLG in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. 22. If, at the end of the above mentioned time period, an Eligible Participant who is selected to receive a Prize has not been contacted or otherwise declared by OLG as the confirmed winner of the applicable Prize in accordance with these Rules, then he/she will no longer be eligible to receive the applicable Prize. 23. The Grand Prize and each Weekly Prize must be claimed within the time limits specified in these Rules. In order to claim a Prize, the Eligible Participant who is selected to receive the Prize may be required to present valid government issued photo identification. If the Eligible Participant who is selected to receive a Prize does not claim the applicable Prize within the time limits specified by OLG, the applicable Prize may not be awarded and OLG has no obligation to award any substitute prizes or rewards. LIMIT 24. There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize in a Weekly Period for a winning Eligible Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that an Eligible Participant can win a maximum of four (4) Weekly Prizes in this Promotion. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any Eligible Participant (or any person or entity purporting to be an Eligible Participant) has attempted to: use multiple names, identities, addresses, Accounts, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion; then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. VERIFICATION 25. OLG reserves the right to verify any and all Eligible Participants, Accounts, s, Codes, Entries, and other pieces of information relevant to the administration of this Promotion, at any time and for any reason, all as determined by OLG in its sole discretion. OLG reserves the right to take any action necessary, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, subject only to applicable law, to complete such verification by, including but not limited to, requiring proof of identity and/or eligibility from participants (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual's eligibility to participate in this Promotion; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any participant, Account, , Code, Entry, or other information for the purposes of this Promotion; and/or (iii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of OLG within the timeline specified by OLG may result in disqualification. GENERAL RULES 26. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any participant (or any other person or entity purporting to be a participant) has attempted to use multiple names, identities, addresses, Accounts and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or

7 otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion, then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and subsequent offers and promotions, in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. 27. Every Code submitted is subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. Any Code that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, is subject to immediate disqualification, in which case the Promotion for any such Eligible Participant will be declared null and void and any Prize(s) associated with such Code(s) will be forfeited in their entirety. OLG will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not an Eligible Participant has earned a Prize in accordance with these Rules. 28. By participating in this Promotion, each participant hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; and (ii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion and his/her participation therein. The Released Parties will not be responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any delay, cancellation or other factor(s) that in any way impact a Weekly Prize, Grand Prize or any other portion of a Weekly Prize or Grand Prize. 29. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Promotion mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any participant, any Wager (as defined above in Rule 10) or other piece of information, with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect or may affect the proper administration or the integrity of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. 30. OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Promotion, or awarding any Prizes in the event of circumstances beyond OLG's control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this Promotion (and/or amend these Rules), as OLG deems necessary in its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend the timing of any other element of this Promotion to satisfy any customer service or promotional integrity issues resulting from uncontrollable circumstances. 31. Personal information is collected by OLG under the authority of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to validate an Account, to conduct and administer the Promotion by OLG, including but not limited to the awarding of the Prize(s) and referring to and publicizing such personal information in communications (including websites); to facilitate commercial communication about OLG's igaming initiative, and to comply with legal requirements. For further information about OLG's privacy practices for online gaming, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

OLG reserves the right to change or alter this Promotion without notice, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Rules relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). 34. These Rules govern this Promotion and must be followed by all participants at all times. By agreeing to participate in the Promotion, all participants agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Rules. 35. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. 36. Any participant who is confirmed as the winner of a Prize may have his/her first name and last initial posted on the Website. 37. This Promotion is subject to the Laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal Laws of Canada, as applicable.
