1 OFFER ELGIBILITY Offer Terms and Conditions $10 in Bonus Funds for First PlayOLG Casino Mobile Application Login July 20, 2017 Date as determined by OLG The $10 in Bonus Funds for First PlayOLG Casino Application Login offer (the Offer ) is governed by these official Terms and Conditions (the Terms ) and is sponsored by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation ( OLG ). This Offer is only available through the PlayOLG mobile casino application (the Application ) This Offer is available in Ontario only, and is open to residents of Ontario who (at the time of participation): (i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) have a valid PlayOLG Player Account that is in good standing, as determined by OLG (an Account ); (iii) have logged in to the Application for the first time from July 20th, 2017 at 12:00:00 a.m. until a date as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion; (iv) are not self-excluded from PlayOLG (each, an Eligible Participant ). Volunteers, employees, officers and directors of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ( AGCO ), are not eligible to participate. This Offer is intended to be conducted separately and with a distinct set of Terms from all other offers or promotions being administered by OLG. In the event that a participant does not meet the eligibility requirements as set-forth herein, OLG has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the participant from participating in the Offer, and will have no obligation to provide any Bonus Funds (as defined below in Term 9) in relation to that participant. Participants are subject to the PlayOLG Terms and Conditions (the PlayOLG Terms ), which are hereby incorporated into and made part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and the PlayOLG Terms, the PlayOLG Terms shall govern to the extent of such inconsistency. This Offer takes place from July 20 th, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. until a date as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion (the Offer Period ). HOW TO PARTICIPATE There is one (1) way to participate in this Offer (an Offer Redemption ): (a) (b) (c) In order to redeem this Offer, an Eligible Participant must log-in to his/her Account on the Application FOR THE FIRST TIME during the Offer Period; Upon such log in, the Eligible Participant will receive their Bonus Funds in the Application immediately. (this may require the Eligible Participant to refresh their account); In order to redeem the Offer for Cash Balance, the Wagering Requirements must be met. Specifically, within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Funds being deposited into the Eligible Participant s Account, they must have wagering requirements as set out in Terms There is a limit of one (1) Offer per Eligible Participant. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any -1-

2 Eligible Participant (or any person or entity purporting to be an Eligible Participant) has attempted to: (i) complete more than one (1) Offer and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Offer; then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Offer in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. 8. IN NO EVENT WILL THIS OFFER ENTITLE ANY SINGLE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT TO MORE THAN AN EQUIVALENT OF TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) IN BONUS FUNDS. GENERAL TERMS RELATED TO BONUS FUNDS 9. Player Accounts are divided into a cash balance (the Cash Balance ) and a bonus balance (the Bonus Balance ) consisting of bonus funds (the Bonus Funds ). When making a cash deposit money is always deposited into the Cash Balance of your Account. Any Bonus Funds earned through this Offer will be credited to the Bonus Balance of your Account. During game play on PlayOLG, both the Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance are combined to form the Total Balance (the Total Balance ), which is the amount that is displayed to players during game play. For the avoidance of doubt, the Total Balance appearing during each game play is the balance available for play in relation to that particular game. 10. In some circumstances, the Bonus Balance (or a part thereof) may not be available to be used in relation to a particular game. This may result in a discrepancy between the Total Balance and the sum of the Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance. Any such discrepancy is the result of the Bonus Balance (or a part thereof) not being available for play within that particular game (on PlayOLG desktop or on the Application). An player can view the Cash Balance and Bonus Balance of his/her Account at any time by visiting the My Account section of his/her Account. Eligible Bonus Funds convert to the Cash Balance shortly after the qualifying casino game ends in which the Wager Requirement(s) was met and when there is no active casino game. For this reason, a player should end all casino games and wait a few minutes before visiting My Account to see the most up-to-date information. 11. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance will automatically be credited to the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance will automatically be credited to the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using a combination of funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance and Bonus Balance will automatically be credited, in direct proportion to the amounts used from each such Balance to comprise your wager, to the Cash Balance and Bonus Balance, respectively, of the Eligible Participant s Account. 12. Please click here for important information about your Account. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS 13. A wagering requirement is a number of times, or total amount wagered, that you are required to play to convert your Bonus Funds to your Cash Balance (the Wager Requirement ). Wagering requirements may vary depending on the game played, however, general terms applying to all Wagering Requirements include: (a) The Wager Requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Funds being deposited into the player s Account. Failure to meet these -2-

3 (b) (c) requirements within this time period will result in the expiry and automatic removal of (i) the Bonus Funds from the player s Bonus Balance, and (ii) any Bonus Funds won resulting from the expired/removed Bonus Funds being wagered; In the event of making a Deposit into his/her Cash Balance, wagered amounts are first deducted from the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance of his/her Account. If no funds remain in the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance, then the wager amount is deducted from the Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance of his/her Account. This means that funds in an player s Bonus Balance are only wagered in the event that the funds available in the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account are insufficient to complete the wager. To reiterate, wagers made in accordance with these Terms from the Cash Balance (if any) and the Bonus Balance in eligible PlayOLG casino games contribute towards meeting the wager requirements; and If player makes a withdrawal of any portion of their Cash Balance, then all Bonus Funds including those bonuses associated with interrupted games and/or any Bonus Funds won resulting from such Bonus Funds being wagered, will automatically be removed from the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. 14. When fulfilling the Wager Requirements, various games result in different percentages of wagers that qualify towards the Wager Requirements The following game play contributions are eligible towards meeting the Wager Requirements, for the purposes of this Offer: PlayOLG.ca Games All Slot games on Application Blackjack on Application Percentage of wagers that contribute to the Wager Requirements 100% 10% * Bonus Funds will not be available for play in games with a 0% game contribution. For avoidance of doubt, bonus funds and cash payments can be used for the purposes of the Wagering Requirements. 15. It is the Eligible Participant s responsibility to monitor their progress on fulfilling their Wager Requirements to convert Bonus Funds to their Cash Balance. To check progress on meeting the required Wager Requirements, the Eligible Participant can track their fulfillment of Wager Requirements by selecting My History under the My Account drop-down menu and then selecting the Promotions Redeemed section on the PlayOLG desktop portal. If a player is currently playing a casino game they must end the game and wait a few minutes before the information is updated. 16. For the purposes of this Offer, an Eligible Participant must meet a Wagering Requirement of $ (CAD) in order to redeem their Bonus Funds for Cash Balance. By way of example only, an Eligible Participant must wager $1, (CAD) ($1,000 x.10 = $100) on Blackjack on the Application in order to redeem this Offer; or the Eligible Participant may wager $ (CAD) ($100 x 1.0 = $100) on any slot game(s) on the Application to redeem this Offer; or Player s may combine slot or blackjack play to meet the applicable Wagering Requirement. -3-

4 17. Please click here for additional details on wager requirements. GENERAL TERMS 18. All Eligible Participants and Offer Redemptions are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Offer; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Offer Redemption or other information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (iii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with these Terms. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of OLG within the timeline specified by OLG may result in disqualification. 19. Any Bonus Funds earned through this Offer may be used for PlayOLG casino play on the Application only and may not be used for PlayOLG lottery play or on the PlayOLG desktop portal. See Term 14 for qualifying games. Bonus Funds may be forfeited at any time by e- mailing customer support at playersupport@playolg.ca or by calling PLAY(7529). An Eligible Participant must use the Bonus Funds earned through this Offer in their entirety in accordance with the Wager Requirements (as outlined in Rule 9) within thirty (30) days of such Bonus Funds being deposited into his/her Account, otherwise the Bonus Funds will expire and automatically be removed from the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account and forfeited. 20. Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Promotion via a mobile device. OLG is not responsible for any fees incurred due to a person s participation in the Offer 21. Any personal information provided to or collected by OLG or any 3rd party promotion administrator, including, but not limited to, participants contact information, is collected pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to conduct and administer the Offer by OLG or through a 3rd party promotion administrator, including, but not limited to, the awarding of the Bonus Funds and referring to such personal information in messages left for a participant; and to comply with legal requirements. For further information call OLG at Offers that have been obtained through fraudulent means or which are altered, reproduced, or irregular (all as determined by OLG in its sole discretion), are subject to disqualification. OLG will not be responsible for Entries, Posts, communications, or Prize claims which are lost, destroyed, misdirected, deemed unmailable, as determined by Canada Post or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for any incorrect or inaccurate data, any incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry, Post or other information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, visual or printing errors, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone, computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Where such failures cannot be corrected immediately or within a reasonable time frame (as determined by OLG or the Contest Administrator in its sole discretion) to allow for a continuation of the Promotion, OLG or the Contest Administrator may, at its option, use a manual back up system and/or disqualify the affected participant(s). All decisions of OLG with respect to this Promotion are final and binding without right of appeal. -4-

OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Offer, or awarding any Bonus Funds or Bonus Redemptions in the event of circumstances beyond OLG s control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this Offer (and/or amend these Rules), as OLG deems necessary in its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend the timing of any element of this Offer to satisfy any customer service or integrity issues resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, and this includes, but is not limited to, the right to similarly extend the time period(s) available to participants to receive and/or redeem the Offer. 24. OLG assumes no responsibility for the failure, interruption or delay of any or other communication to be received, captured or recorded for any reason; any computer viruses, time bombs, logic bombs and any other implanted devices of a like or similar nature that may arise or occur in connection with the Offer; problems with the function of any website, Application, or website/application feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer hackers ; or any combination thereof, as a result of participation in this Offer. 25. OLG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant and seek damages and/or other relief, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from all persons responsible for any attempt to tamper or interfere with or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of this Offer. 26. No substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made, save for OLG s right, at its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater value. Except as specifically provided herein, an unclaimed Offer will not be awarded. 27. Any Bonus Funds are non-transferable and non-assignable. 28. It remains the responsibility of the Eligible Participant to ensure the address associated with their Account is correct and up-to-date. OLG will not be responsible for any failure of delivery due to a player s outdated or incorrect contact information. 29. OLG reserves the right to deny a participant or reject a participant once accepted, for any reason which, in its sole judgment and discretion, it deems proper. OLG will have no obligation to award any Bonus Funds to such participants. 30. All participants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon request. 31. OLG reserves the right to change or alter this Offer, as it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Terms and Conditions relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). 32. These Terms govern this Offer and must be followed by all participants at all times. By agreeing to participate in the Offer, all participants agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms. 33. Subject to Term 4, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms as stated herein and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials, the Terms as stated herein shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by -5-

6 law. 34. This Offer is subject to all applicable laws. The decisions of OLG with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding without review or right of appeal. By participating in this Offer, each Eligible Participant is agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms. ANYONE DEEMED BY OLG TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF OLG AT ANY TIME. 35. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of any term within these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms and conditions as if the valid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 36. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. 37. Headings in these rules are for convenience purpose only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained herein. 38. This Offer is subject to the Laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal Laws of Canada, as applicable.
