1 PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY Official Rules and Regulations The 'Full Throttle' Promotion Ontario and Lottery Gaming Corporation April 18, 2017 June 11, The 'Full Throttle' Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation ("OLG") and is open to "Eligible Participants" (each an "Eligible Participant") who (at the time of participation):(i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) are residents of Ontario; (iii) are not inactive, self-excluded, archived or trespassed, all as determined by OLG in its sole discretion; (iv) are physically located in the Province of Ontario each time the participant plays any of the Eligible Games (as defined in Rule 10.1.ii); and (v) have a valid PlayOLG player account (the "Account") that is in good standing, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, in accordance with the Official PlayOLG Terms and Conditions (the "PlayOLG Terms"), which are hereby incorporated into and made part of these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules"). Volunteers, employees, officers and directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of OLG, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"), and any of OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies are not eligible to participate, nor are any employees of a service provider or any other designate operating lottery schemes on OLG s behalf or any affiliate therefor. 2. In the event that a participant (including, but not limited to, a participant who is eligible to win a Prize, as defined below in Rule 15) does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, OLG has the right to disqualify the participant from participating in the Promotion and further will have no obligation to award any Prize(s) (as defined in Rule 15) in relation to that participant. 3. The chances of winning any draw will vary depending on number of Entries (as defined in Rule 10) received by OLG for that draw during the Promotional Period. HOW TO ENTER: 4. To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must (during the Promotional Period): (i) log-in to his/her Account; (ii) locate the unique Code (as defined in Rule 5) accessible through PlayOLG.ca (the "Website"); and (iii) enter the Code in the space provided on the promotions page of the Website. 5. The Website will list a unique promotion code (the "Code") that is required in order for Eligible Participants to participate in the Promotion. The original Code should be retained for your records.

2 6. Once the Code has been entered by an Eligible Participant and accepted by OLG, the Eligible Participant may start earning Entries (as defined in Rule 10) for the Prize draws. KEY DATES 7. The period for the Promotion starts on April 18, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. and ends on June 11, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (the "Promotional Period"). 8. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Promotion mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any participant, Wager (as defined in Rule 10.1.ii) or other information, with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect or may affect the proper administration of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. HOW TO EARN ENTRIES (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): 10. During the Promotional Period, there will be three (3) ways to earn entries for Prize draws for this Promotion (each, an "Entry" and collectively, the "Entries"):

3 1. Minimum Wager: To earn Entries by placing Wagers: i. An Eligible Participant must have entered the Code as required in order to register for the Promotion, as described in Rules 4-6 above; i An Eligible Participant must place a wager or wagers using funds from the cash balance of his/her Account in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms (each a "Wager" and collectively the "Wagers") on one (1) or more of the following casino games (each, an "Eligible Game" and collectively, the "Eligible Games" ( as described in the table in section iii) Once the Code has been entered, a participant will automatically be eligible to earn One (1) Entry when wagering using funds from the cash balance of his/her Account as follows: Amount of Wagers (Canadian dollars) to earn 1 entry $20 to earn 1 entry Eligible Games 100,000 Pyramid, Action Jack, Candy Bars, Cash Spin, Cats, Cleopatra, Da Vinci Diamonds, Diamond Queen, Double Diamond, Five Play Draw Poker, Garden Party, Gypsy Moon, Hot Shot Blazing 7 s, Keno Cash, Kitty Glitter, Pixies of the Forest, Quick Hit Platinum, Shes a Rich Girl, Siberian Storm, Silent Movie, Stinkin Rich, Ten Play Draw Poker, Texas Tea, Treasures of the Pyramids, Treasures of Troy, Triple Diamond, Triple Play Draw Poker, Triple Red Hot 7s Free Games, Wheel Of Fortune TPL ES, Wheel of Fortune Ultra 5 Reels, White Orchid, Wolf Run, Tokidoki $100 to earn 1 (one) entry American Roulette, European Roulette, Roulette Supreme, Blackjack, Blackjack Classic, Fast Poker, Sic Bo, Mini Baccarat, Texas Hold'em. iv. A participant may obtain an extra one thousand (1,000) entries in the Grand Prize Draw if a minimum of $1,000 in real money is wagered over the entire Promotion Period by playing any combination of the Eligible Games. By way of examples only: If a participant makes $100 CAD worth of Wagers on Action Jack game in accordance with these Rules during the Promotional Period, then he/she will be eligible to receive five (5) Entries. If a participant makes $250 CAD worth of Wagers on Cats game in accordance with these Rules during the Promotional Period then he/she will be eligible to earn twelve (12) Entries. If a participant makes $100 worth of Wagers on Texas Tea and $200 CAD worth of Wagers on Blackjack in accordance with these Rules during the Promotional Period then he/she will be eligible to earn seven entries (7) Entries (five (5) Entries for wagers on Texas Tea game and two (2) Entries for Blackjack). If a participant makes $600 worth of Wagers on Cleopatra and $400 CAD worth of Wagers on American Roulette in accordance with these Rules during the Promotional Period then he/she will be eligible to earn one thousand and thirty four entries (Thirty

4 Entries (30) Entries for wagers on Cleopatra game and four (4) Entries for American Roulette and an additional one thousand Entries (1,000)) in the Grand prize Draw 2. Purchase Lottery Ticket(s): To earn Entries by purchasing lottery tickets on PlayOLG.ca: i. An Eligible Participant must have entered the Code as required in order to register for the Promotion, as described in Rules 4-6 above; i An Eligible Participant must purchase lottery ticket(s) in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms (each, a "Purchase" and collectively, the "Purchases") for one (1) or more of the following eligible lottery products (each, a "Product" and collectively, the "Products"): (i) LOTTO MAX; and/or (ii) LOTTO 6/49. For the avoidance of any doubt, all other lottery products - including ENCORE - are not eligible for this Promotion. A participant will automatically be eligible to earn one (1) Entry for every eligible lottery ticket purchased of the Products (as listed in (i) immediately above), during the Promotional Period in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms and Conditions. 3. NO PURCHASE OR WAGER NECESSARY - Essay Option: i. To obtain one (1) Entry in the Promotion without making a Wager or a Purchase, a participant must print his/her first name, last name, telephone number and complete mailing address (including postal code) on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a one hundred (100) word or more in a unique and original handwritten essay (the "Essay") on the subject of your dream car to: Ontario Lottery and Gaming, PlayOLG.ca, 4120 Yonge Street, North York, ON M2P 2B8 (the "Request"). The Essay must include the participant's PlayOLG nickname and address as registered on the participant's Account. i iv. Upon receipt of a Request in accordance with these Rules, the participant will receive one (1) Entry for the next Weekly Draw Date as well as the Grand Prize Draw per Essay per envelope with sufficient postage. To be eligible, any Request that a participant submits must: (i) be received separately in an envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Promotional Period and received by no later than the Weekly Draw Dates and/or the Grand Prize Draw Date (as defined below in Rules 17-18). OLG, the AGCO, OLG's advertising, promotion and contest management agencies, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") take no responsibility whatsoever for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Requests (all of which are void and determined by OLG in its sole discretion). 11. The maximum number of Entries to be earned during this Promotion Period is as follows: i. The maximum number of entries that can be earned by a participant in this Promotion is 50 Entries per day for the weekly draws and, The maximum number of entries that can be earned by a participant in this Promotion for the grand prize draw is 3750 entries.

5 12. All Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Promotion; and/or (ii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of OLG within the timeline specified by OLG may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. 13. It is the participating patron s responsibility to verify, where applicable, that the Code appearing on his/her Account is correctly entered in the space provided on the promotions page of the Website. OLG will not be responsible for typing or keying errors, when entering the Code. 14. NON-WINNING ENTRIES DO NOT CARRY FORWARD FROM ONE WEEKLY PERIOD TO ANY SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY PERIOD(S) WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE DRAW WHICH WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION PERIOD. THEREFORE, IF YOU WANT A CHANCE TO WIN IN RELATION TO A WEEKLY DRAW, THEN YOU MUST OBTAIN AT LEAST ONE (1) ENTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES DURING THAT WEEKLY PERIOD. PRIZES: 15. There will be a total of forty three (43) prizes (each, a "Prize" and collectively the "Prizes") awarded in this Promotion, including: 1. Five (5) prizes available to be won every week in the eight (8) Weekly Prize draws (each a "Weekly Prize" and collectively the "Weekly Prizes") i. Microsoft Surface Pro GB / Intel Core m3, approximate retail value of one thousand dollars ($1000 CAD) before tax one (1) available to be won for each Weekly Period; Four (4) prizes of two hundred and fifty dollars cash ($250 CAD) each available to be won for each weekly period. 2. Three (3) prizes available to be won in the Grand Prize draw (the "Grand Prize") - o o o One (1) Grand prize of a vehicle manufactured in Ontario (to a maximum retail value of eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) including applicable fees and taxes). For greater clarity, participant will choose a vehicle from a list of vehicles as determined by OLG in its sole discretion. One (1) Grand Prize of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) cash. One (1) Grand Prize of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) cash. 16. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize: In lieu of the Vehicle Grand Prize, the participant may opt to receive eighty percent (80%) of the retail value of the vehicle. For greater certainty this would be eighty

6 percent (80%) of eight-five thousand dollars ($85,000 CAD) or sixty-eight thousand dollars ($68,000 CAD). i The rest of the Prizes must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable and/or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion); iv. No substitutions are permitted, except at OLG's option. v. OLG reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability of the Prizes or any component thereof; and/or (b) substitute Prizes or a component thereof for any reason with another prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater retail value; vi. All arrangements relating to the Prizes must be made through OLG or its designated agents; and v By accepting the Prizes, the confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties, including in the event if the Prizes or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. vi Cash prizes will be deposited into the winner s bonus balance in his/her Account. A confirmation will then be sent to the winner indicated that the cash prize funds are available for withdrawal or play. SELECTION PROCESS AND DRAWS: 17. On each of April 25 th, May 2 nd, May 9 th, May 16 th, May 23 rd, May 30 th, June 6 th and June 13 th (individually a "Weekly Draw Date" and collectively the "Weekly Draw Dates") in Toronto, forty (40) Eligible Participants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion in accordance with these Rules, entered during the applicable preceding Weekly Period. Except at OLG's sole discretion, backup Entries will not be drawn. The Eligible Participants selected will win a Weekly Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). Each week, draws will occur for each of the Weekly Prizes in the order listed above in Rule On Tuesday, June 13 th (the "Grand Prize Draw Date") in Toronto, three (3) Eligible Participants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion in accordance with these Rules, entered during the entire Promotional Period. Except at OLG's sole discretion, backup Entries will not be drawn. The Eligible Participant selected will be eligible to win the Grand Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). 19. Only eligible Entries accrued during the applicable Weekly Period, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, will be considered for the associated Weekly Prize draw. All Entries accrued by Eligible Participants during the Promotional Period, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, will be considered for the Grand Prize draw. NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCESSES: 20. In the event of a Prize win in conjunction with this Promotion, eligible winners will be notified on Tuesday, April 25 th, May 2 nd, May 9 th, May 16 th, May 23 rd, May 30 th, June 6 th and June 13 th in accordance with these Rules (as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion). 21. Attempts will be made to contact each of the Eligible Participants who are selected to win a Prize at his/her telephone number on record on the Player

7 Account from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., or by , or by regular mail, to arrange fulfillment of the applicable Prize. The attempt to contact will be made within twenty four (24) hours the respective draw date. Eligible Participants who are contacted are responsible for returning any telephone message left or regular mail or message sent by an OLG representative within the time frame stipulated in the message in order to remain eligible to receive a Prize. If Eligible Participants do not return the aforementioned messages within the time frame stipulated, they will no longer be eligible to receive a Prize. Eligible Participants have thirty (30) days from the date of the applicable draw to claim their Prize. After thirty (30) days, Eligible Participants may no longer be eligible to claim the Prize, and any awarding of Prize(s) will be at OLG's sole discretion. If a Prize is not claimed within the time specified, OLG reserves the right to redraw, in its sole discretion, for that Prize. 22. Prior to being confirmed as the winner of a Prize, each Eligible Participant who is selected to win a Prize will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skilltesting question without mechanical or other aid. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. 23. In addition, each Eligible Participant who is selected to win a Prize may be required to execute and return OLG's standard Declaration and Release form which (among other things): (i) confirms his/her eligibility and compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize(s) (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the conduct of the Promotion and/or the awarding of the Prize(s); and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of OLG in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. 24. If, at the end of the above mentioned time period, an Eligible Participant who is selected to receive a Prize has not been contacted or otherwise declared by OLG as the confirmed winner of the applicable Prize in accordance with these Rules, then he/she will no longer be eligible to receive the applicable Prize. 25. Each Prize must be claimed within the time limits specified in these Rules. In order to claim a Prize, each Eligible Participant who is selected to receive a Prize may be required to present valid government issued photo identification. If an Eligible Participant who is selected to receive a Prize does not claim the applicable Prize within the time limits specified by OLG, the applicable Prize may not be awarded and OLG has no obligation to award any substitute prizes or rewards. LIMIT: 26. There is a limit of nine (9) Prizes for a winning Eligible Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that an Eligible Participant can win a maximum of eight (8) Weekly Prizes and one Grand Prize pursuant to this Promotion. If it is

8 discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any Eligible Participant (or any person or entity purporting to be an Eligible Participant) has attempted to: use multiple names, identities, addresses, Accounts, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion; then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. VERIFICATION: 27. OLG reserves the right to verify any and all Eligible Participants, Accounts, s, Codes, Entries, and other pieces of information relevant to the administration of this Promotion, at any time and for any reason, all as determined by OLG in its sole discretion. OLG reserves the right to take any action necessary, as determined by OLG in its sole discretion, subject only to applicable law, to complete such verification by, including but not limited to, requiring proof of identity and/or eligibility from participants (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual's eligibility to participate in this Promotion; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any participant, Account, , Code, Entry, or other information for the purposes of this Promotion; and/or (iii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Promotion in accordance with these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of OLG within the timeline specified by OLG may result in disqualification. GENERAL RULES: 28. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any participant (or any other person or entity purporting to be a participant) has attempted to use multiple names, identities, addresses, Accounts and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion, then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and subsequent offers and promotions, in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. 29. Every Code submitted is subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. Any Code that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, is subject to immediate disqualification, in which case the Promotion for any such Eligible Participant will be declared null and void and any Prize(s) associated with such Code(s) will be forfeited in their entirety. OLG will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not an Eligible Participant has earned a Prize in accordance with these Rules. 30. By participating in this Promotion, each participant hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; and (ii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion and his/her participation therein. The Released Parties will not be responsible for, and accept no liability

9 whatsoever in relation to, any delay, cancellation or other factor(s) that in any way impact a Weekly Prize, Grand Prize or any other portion of a Weekly Prize or Grand Prize. 31. OLG shall have the right to recover any prizes deposited in error to a person's Account through a correcting entry to the extent that funds are available in that account and, if sufficient funds are not available, through a demand for payment to that person which demand the person shall immediately satisfy, to the extent of any deficiency, in accordance with OLG's reasonable instructions. 32. OLG will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website during the Promotion; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant s or any other person s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion; and/or (v) any combination of the above. 33. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Promotion mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any participant, any Wager (as defined above in Rule 10) or other piece of information, with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect or may affect the proper administration or the integrity of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason. 34. OLG is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing the Promotion, or awarding any Prizes in the event of circumstances beyond OLG's control, and OLG may, at its sole discretion, change or alter this Promotion (and/or amend these Rules), as OLG deems necessary in its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OLG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend the timing of any other element of this Promotion to satisfy any customer service or promotional integrity issues resulting from uncontrollable circumstances. 35. Personal information is collected by OLG under the authority of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and is intended to be used for the following principal purposes: to validate an Account, to conduct and administer the Promotion by OLG, including but not limited to the awarding of the Prize(s) and referring to and publicizing such personal information in communications (including websites); to facilitate commercial communication about OLG's igaming initiative, and to comply with legal requirements. For further information about OLG's privacy practices for online gaming, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

OLG reserves the right to change or alter this Promotion without notice, as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Rules relating to the accommodation of participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). 38. These Rules govern this Promotion and must be followed by all participants at all times. By agreeing to participate in the Promotion, all participants agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Rules. 39. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time. 40. Any participant who is confirmed as the winner of a Prize may have his/her first name and last initial posted on the Website. 41. This Promotion is subject to the Laws of the Province of Ontario and the Federal Laws of Canada, as applicable.
