The Sprint Pokémon GO to Japan Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on June 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 7, 2017 (the Sweepstakes Entry Period ). ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico, age 13 or older, who at time of entry, are members of the Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards program and have a valid U.S. passport that does not expire until after August 31, 2017 (collectively referred to hereafter as an Entrant or member ). Any eligible minor must obtain prior permission and assistance from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or register, for the Sprint and Boost Trainer Rewards account, which is subject to the Sprint and Boost Trainers Rewards terms and conditions, located at mytrainerrewards.com and void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sprint Communications Company L.P. (the Sponsor ), Razz Interactive LLC (the Administrator ) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotions agencies, suppliers, distributors or retailers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively "Released Parties"), and their immediate families and household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to play or win. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" shall mean individuals who share the same residence at least three months a year and "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. The Sweepstakes and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, are only intended for viewing within the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements, in Sponsor s sole discretion, will disqualify you from participating in the Sweepstakes. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Official Rules. HOW TO ENTER: You must be a member of the Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards program to enter. If you are not an existing member, follow the on-screen instructions at: (the Website ) to register for a free Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards account ( Account ) to become a member. By opening or using an Account you agree to abide by the Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards program terms, located at 1. AUTOMATIC ENTRY. Eligible existing Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards members will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. 2. ONLINE ENTRY. Visit and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form ( online entry ) to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each eligible online entry received is one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Limit: One hundred (100) online entries per person/per day. 3. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES. All entrants can earn additional entries in the following ways:

2 a. Online, daily as described above; or b. Member Points. Members can redeem Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards points for entry in the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Your Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards account will be debited each time you redeem points. It may take up to twenty (24) hours for your account to be updated. Entrant must be logged-into his/her account. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, for every (10) Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards points traded during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the entrant will receive one 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. In addition,, you may be able to earn points for completing task(s) as part of the Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards program, if such tasks are offered and completed during the Sweepstakes period. Per the program terms, points are assigned based on the complexity of each task. For example, the easier the Task, the fewer number of points the Entrant will receive. If applicable, entrants will have the opportunity to earn a minimum of ten (10) points and up to a maximum of fifty thousand (50,000) points per Task. Click here for a list of available Tasks (if any). Points per task are designated at Sponsor s sole discretion. Regardless of method of entry, there is a maximum of thirty-seven (37) hundred (3,700) entries awarded per Entrant for the duration of the Sweepstake Entry Period. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void. Points may not be transferred to a third party or aggregated from multiple Accounts. Each point can only be used once. If an Entrant creates multiple Accounts, then Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may void any such Accounts and disqualify the Entrant. The decisions of Sponsor with respect to entries, Account balances and points-related transactions are final and binding and non-appealable in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, at its sole discretion, to (a) award additional points for any given Task at various times throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period; and (b) incorporate additional Tasks (if available) throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Points may not be sold, bartered, auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), transferred, given away or obtained through any source other than from one of the entry methods mentioned above. Points are null and void and will be rejected if they are not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same address. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, printing, or other errors; or for points that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, garbled, undelivered, and delayed or any combination thereof. All requests and/or materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. WINNER DETERMINATION: A random drawing will be conducted to determine the potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The random drawing to select the potential winners will be conducted on or about July 12, If a potential winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize may be awarded in a separate random drawing from all non-winning eligible entries. PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ( ARV ) & ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner and up to three (3) guests will receive a 5-night trip to Japan plus tickets to attend an event in Japan (travel dates will be determined solely by the Sponsor ) and $6,250 worth of gift cards. 3 Grand Prize Details : Grand Prize consists of the following: roundtrip premium economy airfare for winner and guests from a major commercial airport closest to winner s primary residence to Japan; round trip ground airport transfers (while in Japan), and $6,250 worth of gift cards; up to four (4) tickets to attend an event in Japan ( Event ); 5-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations in (2) rooms (standard room and room tax only) and select meals. Selection of Event seats (if applicable) are at the Sponsor s sole discretion and are not for resale. Date and time of the Event will be provided to Grand Prize winner after he or she is verified and confirmed a winner by the Administrator. Subject to terms and conditions on the tickets at the Event. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on same itinerary and dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to the prize. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests are responsible for obtaining all proper travel documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa, travel insurance) prior to travel. All meals (other than those included), ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply and winner and guests must travel on dates specified by Sponsor and/or its agent or winner will forfeit all rights to the entire prize. Entrants acknowledge that Event is beyond the control of the Sponsor and is subject to being rescheduled, modified or cancelled. In the eventuality the Event is postponed or canceled, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner other than to supply a trip to Japan minus the unavailable portion(s) of the prize. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within six (6) months from the date of such notification. If for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel or attend the Event for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must comply with any security procedures or measures imposed by Event s personnel and/or its representative(s). Sponsor and/or Event s personnel/representative(s) reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel the Grand Prize Winner s and/or guest s attendance at Event due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. A minor can participate as a guest only if Grand Prize Winner is his/her parent or legal guardian. If the Grand Prize Winner is an eligible minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will serve as one of his/her guest. Each guest (or a guest s parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. First, Second Third & Fifth Prize Details : Merchandise prize values are determined by the manufacturers suggested retail prices or by what these items are currently known to be selling for at the time this offer was published and are subject to change. Merchandise prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Model and style of each First and Second Prize is at the Sponsor s sole discretion and each winner will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with Smartphone or Apple Watch usage. Fourth Prize Details: Each Amazon gift card prize subject to its respective vendor s terms and conditions and expiration dates (if any). Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of a merchandise prize except that each prize shall be subject to its manufacturer s standard warranty (if any). Limit: One (1) prize per household. If actual value of each prize is less than the stated ARV listed herein, then the difference will not be awarded in cash. No substitution or transfer of any prize (or any portion of prize) by winner to a third party is permitted. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, except by Sponsor who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize for another prize of comparable or greater value. Prize details are at Sponsor s sole discretion. After a winner takes ownership of prize, Sponsor shall have no further obligations to any winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. WINNER NOTIFICATION : Each potential winner will be notified by , phone, U.S. mail and/or overnight carrier and must be able to receive calls from an unlisted/blocked number. The contact information the Sponsor has on

4 file for each potential winner and/or provided at time of entry will be used to notify each potential winner. Each potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity Release ( Affidavit/Release ) as well as any other documents ( Prize Notification Documents ) within two (2) days of date specified on notification, or he/she may be disqualified. Prepaid overnight mailing envelope may be provided to return documents. If a potential winner is an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and submit all required documents on behalf of eligible minor. The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate each potential winner to determine if she/he has been truthful, and to disqualify him or her if he/she does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if a prize is forfeited, or if required documents are not returned within the required time period, or if a potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason or if he/she is not in compliance with the Official Rules, the corresponding prize may be awarded in a separate random drawing from all non-winning eligible entries at the Sponsor s sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, participating in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting and production services) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. All federal, state, local taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of each winner for the respective prize awarded valued at $600 or more. RELEASES : Participating entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, and release, defend and hold harmless Released Parties as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and all liability, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons (including death) and property which may be sustained in connection with either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of a prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities. The Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellation, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize won. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (and parent/legal guardian if applicable) affirms that they have read, understand and accepted the Official Rules. Any information collected by entering the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the Official Rules, Sprint Rewards Club and the Sponsor s privacy policy. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right not to award any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Sweepstakes materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive Sweepstakes related information (including entries) by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant s or any other person s computer related to or resulting from entering and/or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who engages in any conduct Sponsor deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Sweepstakes. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during Sweepstakes registration or prize claim, violating these Official Rules, accumulating entries through illegal methods or unfair tactics. CAUTION: Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5 DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Kansas, United States of America. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.
