3 Backgrund All SIMS Premier and Cmmercial Partners are required t cmplete an Accreditatin prcess t cnfirm their Integratin methds use the supprted Business Objects (API s). Technical Partners and Assciate Technical Partners als have this ptin subject t a subscriptin t the relevant service ptins. Partners will be required t prvide details n the cde that directly calls these interfaces fr read/write. Once the detail has been submitted it will be reviewed by the Partner Develpment Supprt Team and apprved r referred as applicable. Partners will be required t cmplete this prcess annually t maintain the mst recent Accreditatin status which will be published n ur public website. Prcess The primary gal is t review hw a Partners Applicatin Interfaces with Capita SIMS Prducts and t validate these methds as supprtable: These Prducts culd include: SIMS FMS Dinner Mney Back up services A separate service is available fr partners wh wish their prducts t be reviewed fr use n a Capita Hsted envirnment. Details f this service will be prvided n request. In rder t qualify fr submissin the Partnership status must be current/active. The Partner must als have access t the latest SIMS releases in rder t cmpile and test their integratin methds. The Accreditatin service is currently prvided as part f the Partner Supprt Service ptin. The prcess is t be cmpleted annually r n demand. Partners are requested t liaise with the Partner Develpment Supprt team fr all prducts that require Accreditatin. The status f yur Accreditatin can be viewed by all visitrs n the Capita-Sims Website: (Partners can pt ut n request) Usage f a SIMS Accreditatin Lg s (subject t acceptance f guidelines) A framed accreditatin certificate (Optinal) Supprt/reassurance fr ur custmers that the Integratin is t an agreed standard and renewable. 5 The renewal prcess will allw the Partner Develpment supprt team t renew and recmmend Interfaces that may have been intrduced r enhanced ver the year. Allws the Partner Develpment Supprt Team t better advise Partners against future changes that may impact interfaces/areas used specifically them. What des Accreditatin Mean t Mutual Custmers? Firstly it desn t mean that the partner prduct is guaranteed t wrk! That s a task fr the partner cmpany! It des hwever mean that the prduct interfaces with SIMS in a way that: Will hnur SIMS security Is Recgnised Is Apprved Is expected t wrk frm release t release Partners must be accredited within the past 12 mnths t be eligible fr inclusin n the partner web site.
